Our family had a great long weekend in this condo. The ocean view is amazing and the patio is great to watch the waves. The just is extremely responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful views from 3rd floor. Nice restaurants nearby, but very noisy during Bike Week! Only complaint is the smokers next to us on their balcony- we had to keep our door shut.

Jennifer was most responsive. We had no problems with the location, condo, access to the beach or any amenities. It was as described. The parking is very tight with a low ceiling. We had a minivan that barely fit. It is a walkup condo on the third floor, so you will get your exercise. The beachfront view is wonderful! The rooms are sizable and for our family of 5, we had more than enough space and beds. We enjoyed our time in Ocean City and had a beautiful place to stay.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our weekend stay. Couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. Loved being able to walk everywhere. We hope to rent again next year!

Perfect location. Well appointed kitchen. Great balcony. We really appreciated Jennifer’s suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc. We were only sad to discover beach chairs and an umbrella in one of the bedrooms on our last day!

Stayed for 3 nights. My wife & I plus two kids, each with friend. Right size for 6 people. The Midtown location was perfect to give kids the freedom to walk for food and activities. Beach was full but not crowded. Oceanfront location was perfect for the stormy day we had - played board games and hung out while looking out at the ocean.

A beautiful beachfront property and location. Unbeatable ocean and beach views with colorful sunrises! 3rd floor neighbors rented to high school kids during our visit and were loud 2 nights even after midnight which was not enjoyable. Condo has everything needed for easy beach access and in the heart of all your vacation needs.

Could not have found a more perfect location to celebrate a birthday milestone with my best friends. This condo is perfect for a small group of 3-5 with a view that is to die for...and the balcony is much bigger than looks in the photos!! The owner was so helpful and made the experience seemless... I would totally come back again!

My friend and I loved our stay! The unit was very clean and the host was responsive to all of our questions. The balcony was amazing and the location is great! The only negative is the full-sized bedroom isn't super comfortable. It was only me in there so it was okay, but two people in that bed wouldn't be comfortable in my opinion. It felt more like a cot, and there's no closet in that room. Having said that, we'd still love to return next year!

The property is exactly as advertised, but better than we expected, with the primary living area/kitchen, master bedroom and ocean front balcony all being larger than we have seen at some other ocean condo rentals. There was plenty of room for our family - including two teenage boys and our 9-year-old daughter - to spread out over the course of the week. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive, but I didn't really even need to reach out because there were no issues with the place all week. The five of us ate dinner together on the balcony most nights, the view was great. Beach access is as easy as it gets. Plenty of shops and stores in the immediate vicinity for adults and kids (we let the teenagers wander when they got bored, as teenagers inevitably do). As the listing warns, while you get a private parking spot, it has a very low ceiling, so our car didn't fit. But there was plenty of street parking all week, we never had an issue finding a space. If that's a concern, drive a sedan to the beach and not a SUV.

Rental was super clean and in a perfect location. We couldn’t ask for anything better!

We had a wonderful beach getaway at this condo, 2nd time back. Beach access is easy, the living space is bright and airy and comfortable with a real easygoing vibe. Balcony is spacious and beach views are beautiful. Jen (I think owner) is super nice and responsive.

The condo was a wonderful place to spend a week. Updated bathrooms, very nice primary bedroom, lovely view of the ocean. Everything we needed to cook and serve food was in the kitchen. The location is great, we walked to a lot of places for dinner and other activities. Very quiet at night, no loud neighbors. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This was our first time staying in a condo when visiting OCMD, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. From the second I booked the condo to checking out, the host was responsive and made checking in very easy. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our view from the balcony was incredible, and made it truly hard to say goodbye. The short walk to the beach came in handy with an 8 year old who LOVES the beach so much. We will definitely be coming back next year and stay longer!

This apartment is incredible! We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend and had the best time. All of the girls kept commenting on how cool the apartment was. The beds were super comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the location was amazing! We were a short walk to most places that we went to and we enjoyed playing board games on the balcony at night. Jennifer was very responsive and an excellent host!

The condo was in an excellent location -- right on the beach, third floor ocean views, and in a family-friendly and quieter section of Ocean City. The host's communication was thoughtful and clear -- she even gave spot-on recommendations to restaurants and things to do in the area! Our family would be happy to return.

Ocean view makes climbing 3 floors worth it. Cute and comfortable condo. Great and convenient shops/eateries just across street. Really don’t have to drive if don’t want to. Seemed a family friendly area and everybody seemed nice ! If you are considering this place, don’t hesitate

This adorable condo comfortably fit our family of 6. Outfitted with bright colors and overlooking the ocean it had everything we needed. An information binder was left on the counter with recommendations for activities and restaurants. You could tell the owner put a lot of thought into guests comfort.

Immaculate place... 3rd floor stairs so carrying bags in/out ... but ocean view from the balcony MORE than worth it. Would DEFNITELY stay again.
