Thanksgiving in Jason's cabin in the beautiful Smoky Mountains with all of our family present was the perfect setting for witnessing our granddaughter 's boyfriend surprising her by dropping on one knee, engagement ring in hand, asking her to marry him!!! He asked, she said Yes!! Officially Engaged!! His family being present for the occasion was also a surprise, to her. A special thank you to Jason, who is the perfect host!

Everything was wonderful! The area was close to near by stores. Everyone enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful cabin on a hill. Not far from Knoxville or Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend. I wish all VRBO owners would learn that king sized beds are great for couples. This home has 4.

Great cabin. 2nd time we have stayed . Had TV issues and owner had someone at the cabin to fix the problem. Great host !!! Super convenient location away from heavy traffic

Very nice cabin, we enjoyed the hot tub & rocking chairs on the decks as well as the foosball table and Donkey Kong. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay, the cabin was very clean, the roads to get to the cabin were very nice and it was convenient to everything. The owners were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family enjoyed our stay here. With plenty of room to spread out and come together, it was just what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes, pans, and utensils you need for making meals and the grill was very nice! We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and close proximity to the pool. The location was close to everything with a short drive, which allowed for that country cabin experience and still easy to get to all of the excitement. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the cleaners missed syrup on the table, coffee table, and steps. They also did not unload the dishwasher, which had been run but some dishes were dirty still, which we had to wash to use. 4 stars for check in because the cleaners forgot to reset the code. However the owner responded quickly and gave me a code to use. Not the owner’s fault on either count, and not anything so bad I wouldn’t give this cabin 5 stars!

Had a great time!

Four siblings from four states gathered for annual siblings trip. The cabin was perfect and our host was great. Jason (host) responded quickly with any questions we had. We all would recommend to any family wanting to have a good time.

Quick 15 minute trip into town! Great location to feel away from it all, hearing the wild life around as you sit on the deck enjoying the sunrise and sun sets!!

The cabin was lovely. My favorite part was PacMan!!! We loved the layout!!! Kids at the bottom and adults on floor level and upstairs!!! Kitchen was nicely stocked with lots of dishes. Check in was so easy!!!! I would stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful and very festive! The Host was great and very easy to work with. The whole family loved the cabin!

We come for a family meet and enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was what we come for and really spent most of our time on the porch. We brought a space heater and it made conversations outside amazing. Jason responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was close to everything in PF and on the Gatlinbrlurg strip. Cades Cove was about 45-60 min drive.

Nice to have four king beds and showers for a group of families. The wrap around decks on both levels were very nice. Overall a nice location and a wonderful residence.

Beautiful, well maintained luxury cabin. Living room furniture very comfortable to sit on. I especially liked the rocking chairs in the living room (so often rental homes do not have them). King size bed also was very comfortable as well as the pillows. I slept great every night. Loved the porch furniture. I really can not think of one negative thing to say about this place. It was wonderful!

This cabin was perfect for our party of 10 (5 adults/5 kids). We were in the area visiting Dollywood and used this cabin as home base. The location right next to the pool was great for the small kids, and everyone loved the arcade game. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were spacious—the upstairs bathroom is especially luxurious! Communication with Jason was a breeze and he was super accommodating. We definitely recommend this spot for large family gatherings.

The home wasn't clean, especially the kitchen. Description indicated kitchen renovation in 2015 and it needs update again. Photos are misleading as the kitchen is very small and the table is too big for that area. The overall size of the home isn't in area of 3000 sq ft as indicated. Hot tub was luke warm. A/C system made lower level cold and upstairs warm. On the plus side nice porch, great location for the pool, and all bedrooms had a bath. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are going to spend this much on a rental.

This is one of the cleanest, well equipped VRBOs I have ever stayed in! The home is spotless and has everything you need. Cleaning company came by mid week to collect garbage which was great! Communication with Jason was excellent. We were in town for a Ripken baseball tournament. Location of cabin was perfect for that. Adults would sit on the deck in the evening while kids went to the pool. So nice for them to be able to go back and forth. Wahoo Zip Lines we’re great fun too and the discount for staying there was a definite plus. If I am ever back in the area I would definitely stay in this cabin again!!

We had a great time spending a long weekend with our extended family here. Close to smoky mountains, Gatlinburg and zip lining.

Cabin was in a great location and was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin. Definitely worth the trip

Easy process renting the cabin, check in was extremely easy we will be renting from them again.

We stayed for 4 nights. The cabin was well furnished. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and appliances. The 4 king beds were wonderful. Plenty of extra pillows, towels, etc. Kids did the zip line which was within walking distance and had a great time. Highly recommend this owner and cabin.
