First, Ray was an amazing host. He always answered his cell phone and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable for me, my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We went skiing and it was absolutely amazing and perfect and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation stay. Thank you so much Ray for letting us stay at your property. Great place to stay in the winter if you're going skiing nearby, like our group of four did. Beautiful view of the pond from the windows and a porch that's great for hot drinks on cold winter nights. You could see the Milky Way in the sky from the pier. Mind your step on the stairs up to the property, and be sure to call Ray in advance on the day you check-in, especially in the winter; the cold weather can cause issues with the electronic lock.

The home was clean and comfortable, with good linens and good assortment of pots/pans/baking pans, etc. The view of the lake from the living area and deck is wonderful. Great sunsets!

Awesome place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Great location and good fishing right out the front door. Owners are helpful and very friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Peaceful, refreshing and the people I met there were all very nice, especially Ray the owner - always attentive to whatever I might have needed, which wasn't much as the space was nicely appointed!

The irreversible was very communicative and we had a great stay!

Beautiful, Peaceful place to stay. My only disappointment is some ridiculous HOA rules wouldn't allow us to swim in lake. However fishing is OK and we caught a few. Fantastic base to set out and explore the amazing scenes and attractions nearby. So glad I stayed here versus some stuffy hotel room.

The apartment on Lake Pagosa was perfect for a couple and Ray was an excellent host. We had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed and access to an outdoor kitchen. The entire neighborhood is lovely and close to anything you want to do. We will be back!

The Martinez property was great! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cold when we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the lake but I think it would be awesome in warmer weather. We would love to go back and stay in the summer. The check-in process was great and Ray was easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this property.

We had a great time staying at Ray's property. The place is beautiful and very homey, with great access to the town and to the ski mountain. Would definitely recommend for anybody coming to town!

I booked the property pretty last minute, just two days before I was expected to arrive. Ray was very friendly and gave me a call to go over the check-in process which was very simple! I appreciated the run down he gave me of the area as I had never been there before. The property was clean, warm, and perfect as a base during my three days of skiing. Will definitely come back.

You want to have a clean, comfortable home (CHECK) then you would like to be in a safe, central location for your vacation experience (CHECK) You think, what a perk it would be to have a great view outside the windows, for when you are at the home (CHECK!) beautiful Pagosa Lake. Good communication with the host is a secure feeling when you are in an unfamiliar area (CHECK!!) Having all appliances, including washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, Direct TV, all available while here is a huge benefit---just bring your food, drinks and clothes (CHECK). Ray, the owner, takes great pride and I do believe this is an act of service for him. So, all of your rental boxes should be checked, rest assured that you will make the right decision by renting this apartment!

We took our 7 year old son to this wonderful property. It was super clean and a beautiful, peaceful place on the lake. We caught huge rainbow trout and saw some beautiful fall colors. My wife and I stay in quite a few vacation rentals. This on is our all time favorite. No only is the property beautiful, clean and comfortable by Ray is an outstanding host. My wife caught her first trout, 1 16" rainbow off the dock there. We will definitely be back.

It was clean beautiful quite . The kids enjoyed the boat on the lake. The host Ray is wonderful and helpful. We would return 😊 next vacation. The location is great!!!
