We have stayed at the Belle Mer condos for at least 15 years. We always stayed in the same condo every year until we had an incident where the condo was not cleaned at all before we arrived. We called and it was a big mess trying to work all the things out. The housekeepers came back during our stay and were very rude. This was several years ago. We changed units and have not had another problem until this year. This year we arrived and again the condo had not been cleaned. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I contacted the owner this time and she was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to have housekeeper come but this cuts into your vacation. We declined and said we would clean the unit ourselves. She was going to give us a discount for the trouble. So far I haven't gotten it and just got a response today, saying the cleaning fee was going to be refunded. I should get that plus since I did the actual cleaning. Also she said we did not follow checkout instructions. I think this is just a comeback since I have complained. I have stayed in condos for over 25 years and have never gotten a message that we did not follow checkout instructions. WOW! I think she may be trying to keep my deposit which is a whole other story. In the beginning we were charge a deposit outside of the VRBO fee. I have never had this happen and thought that it was weird. However we wanted to stay here and paid the deposit. Now I think she is trying to keep our money. Not sure what will happen.

This unit was perfect for families with young kids. There was a pack n play ready for us and the rooms are much more spacious than they appear in photos. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was short. The only issue was the rugs and condo in general were a tad dirty and could use a deeper clean between rentals. We rolled up some of the rugs that were getting my crawling son pretty dirty. The bath towels also need an update. Other than those small things, everything was excellent and we would come back in a minute!

Very nice area and beautiful beaches. Condo was fully equipped with everything that was needed. Unit could use a thorough cleaning and the patio door in the master bedroom would not open. Overall the stay went very well.

This home/condo was beautifully decorated, and very spacious . It was perfect for our family beach trip to Navarre, with my children and grandchildren. We would definitely stay there again. There was an issue with a pipe leaking, but home owner tried her best to resolve quickly and then gave us a discount for the inconvenience. That is not something everyone would do, and we appreciated it very much. The condo has amazing views, and as Navarre Beach is our favorite beach, it was perfect.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved having 2 queen beds in one bedroom versus 2 twins. Belle Mer is a very nice property and this was our 5th year visiting. This property worked perfectly for our family! We love coming to Navarre and meet up with other family (we end up getting 3 condos in Belle Mer). We are already in the process of booking again for 2024.

We take a beach trip every year. My husband and me, my daughter, her husband, daughter 14, son 11, my son and his wife with their 2 year old son. We had a wonderful and relaxing week with beautiful weather. The condo was very nice and we loved the location

You're own little slice of paradise! Beautiful condo. Clean, lots of space and everything you need during your stay. The building is clean, elevators are fast, carts available for luggage, groceries etc. Pool and hot tub well kept and was never busy. Had to call Betty for a few questions and she was very prompt and efficient. Betty made the entire process flawless and easy. Kuddos Betty! Highly recommend!

Needs updating, dirty furniture replaced, screen repaired, caddy or something to place shampoo etc in the shower. Chairs & umbrella should be included for the price expected.
