N/A (not so much a "don't like" but the stray dogs in the neighborhood can be a little noisy in the evenings. Maybe hot tip to bring ear plugs and you'll be fine!)

This hotel is composed of cabanas. We had a bedroom and a kitchen. We liked the ambience here - a few families and some older folks used the pool and sunbathed. It is also convenient to town and a nice walk. Of the 3 places we stayed in Loreto, this was our favorite.

The check-in was not good. The office was locked. We tracked down the maid who did not speak English so she ignored our request until we talked again 10 minutes later. The guests around the pool tried to help us and got us on the WiFI. So we stood around for awhile until the clerk showed up. After check-in everything went smoothly. The office is closed often. If you do not have a phone there is no way to contact them that we could figure out.

The photos and descriptions of the apartment did noy match where they tried to put our grand kids. Our son told the desk clerk and they would not check in. They all felt it was not safe. He was told I would get a 100% refund. 8 days have gone by and after 2 emails from me and 2 or 3 from Booking.com, No reply or refund.

Quiet location. Living area was good. Kitchen was great. Bathroom was good. Bedrooms were clean. WiFi was available.

Pictures on-line shows a modern building. Our unit was on a dirt trail to the back of the property, much much older. Light switch turned on the lights for both bedrooms. No extra sheets/blankets if a visitor gets cold (we stayed in February).

We booked a garden view room but were given a small suite behind the main area. It was clean and quiet but furnishing, paint, bathroom were in need of update and repaint. Fine for one night but not what we booked

The owner, Barrett, was helpful and friendly. His staff was excellent. We stayed in the "Outback" casita and it was great - clean, comfortable, roomy. The shower was excellent for Baja.

Medrianna was very pleasant and very helpful as was Barrett!

Super friendly and helpful owners. We loved the pool outside out room fringed with palm trees. Our room had been newly refurbished to a high standard and was really pretty and comfortable. We loved our little veranda by the pool too.

The owner, Barrett, was very helpful with providing recommendations for dining, money exchange and markets. He always made himself available. The cabana I stayed in was spotless.
