We stayed with our adult kids and 10 grandchildren. Amenities were so convenient. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.

Great large family house

Our family (10 adults, 8 kids) loved the location of this home. It fell short of our expectations in a few areas, most notably the downstairs bunk room has the bathroom vanity that services 3 bedrooms within the bunk room. There is no privacy for those sharing the downstairs space. This seems to have intentionally been omitted from the online description. That being said, we were able to work around that by utilizing the sofa bed on the third floor so we could separate the boys from the girls.
When we left we notified the management company regarding some repairs that need to be made, and if these things are done the house should more easily handle cooking and cleaning for 18.
Again-the location is a winner, just know going in that there is a single, split bath for the 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and the vanity for that bath is located within one of the bedrooms.

Perfect house for multiple families. Quick and easy access to the beach was so nice! Pool was never crowded and well kept. Would definitely come back to this place!

I planned thie trip for My Troop of Girl Scouts that are graduating this year and its our final year of GS fun. These stressed out seniors had the best time relaxing on the beach and swimming in the pool. We had plenty of space it was great!! I thought they would be glad GS is done- They are planning a reunion trip :) We may be back next year depending on college schedules. Thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us! we had the best time.

This property exceeded our expectations. Perfect in every way. We are parents and we had three adult children with us with their families. There was a place for everyone. Grandchildren LOVED IT. Beautiful in every way. Super access to beach. Great views. Just perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer than the one week!

The place was immaculate. Clean and well stock with items that you might need. Staff were very responsive with our questions and requests. Perfect location in proximity to the beach. Planning our next trip on the way home.

Comfortable and relaxing. Easy for the family to be together even in the kitchen preparing food we could all pitch in with out stepping on one another. Great access to the pool or beach. Hot water always ready for the multiple showers of our 13 people group. Loved every minute!.

The property was located in a great location and loved that we had access to a private beach. They have excursions within 15 minutes away and would recommend for families of all ages. Our family had a blast and would definitely come back!

Our family of 15 enjoy the wonderful one week stay. Everything was as advertised! Closeness to the beach was definitely a bonus. The only negative was that we were notified that the pool would be closed one day during our stay as it turned out, the pool was not closed, but we were not notified of that.
One suggestion we might offer. Since the beach is a major feature of this location a eay to sweep/vacuum the floors of sand would’ve made her stay more comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Home supplied all our kitchen needs. Location to beach and pool was excellent. The two refrigerators were nice to have as we had to buy ice because the ice maker did not work. As for my family it would have been nice to have one more king size bed. We would have preferred 3 instead of 2. The downstairs area was nice for the younger ones. Close to restaurants.

This was a great rental. It had a ton of space for our family and friends. Great access to the beach as well! Would definitely stay here again!!

The property had several issues.
Sinks that drained very slow.
Low shower water pressure.
Electrical receptacles that would not hold the cord that was plugged in. When you plugged a cord in it would fall out or lose connection.
There was not a working ice maker on the property.
With these issues I could not recommend this property.

The stay was wonderful and highly recommend to anyone with a large group. Our family had a great time. The property was clean and management company was so easy to work with. All processes were easy and seem less.

There were 17 members of my immediate family ranging in ages from 18 months to 60 years old staying at this beach house. This is the first time all of us were together since my dad's funeral in May of 2021. We were excited to spend some time together and not in the midwest. The house was big enough for all of us to hang out, eat, play games and have fun! The beach was a 5 minute walk. The house is gorgeous! Loved it and are thinking of going back!

This space was exactly as advertised. All of the space was well laid out and there was room for our group of 15. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Beds and accommodations were comfortable. Just be sure to bring/buy all food (spices, oils, etc.) as nothing is left behind. We would definitely stay again.

House was great. Some undisclosed work on the circle drive in the property was an issue. I had been told a manager with this host would contact me regarding this construction work but they never did. Unfortunate. The staff was great otherwise

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house. I am OCD when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean!!! There were more than enough kitchen utensils, linens, etc. The location was perfect as it was only a few steps to the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure throughout our entire trip that we had everything we needed. We had a group of 15 with ages ranging from 4 years old to in their '60s and had plenty of room. This is definitely a house. We will look to rent for all of our family beach vacations. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean, had all the bedrooms we needed, direct access to the beach. We loved the decks with the patio furniture that we could sit outside. The beds were very comfortable. Wish we could rent it every year!

Even though there are 3 floors - still very quiet in bedrooms. We are definitely planning to go back soon. Ages 6 months to 86 years enjoyed our stay so very much🥰

There were just a couple of things that I would recommend changing in order to make it a "5-star." Make sure guests are able to check in on time, furnish better brooms, a better toaster, newer cookware and more bath towels. We also found it somewhat disappointing that toilet paper, garbage bags, and soap were not furnished.

Everyone had a room with tv PLUS a separate hangout space if groups wanted to get away or do their own thing yet still be together. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The property had everything you could need—not lacking in any way in comfort or convenience! Restaurants are nearby or plenty of room to cook at the house and eat. Beach is steps away and pool is right across from house. Everything was amazing. Great time with our large family and plenty of space to play games and hang out. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the layout of this house. It was closer to the beach than when we stay in a high rise type! It fit our family 11 perfect! We'll be back!
