The owners provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every room was clean and furnished very nicely. The location was ideal. We had a few questions, and the owners were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Loved staying here for 2 weeks. The condo is spacious, perfectly configured, well-kept, and well-located--close to shopping, dining, etc. Also, we loved the balcony which overlooks the Indian Bend Wash and has great views of the McDowell Mountains. Finally, the host is wonderful. We intend to return.

The Condo was very clean and fully stocked with towels and all kitchen needs. Judy, the owner went out of her way to ensure the unit was ready and cleaned on time. She was very easy to work with and we hope to stay there next year,

Really happy with our stay! The condo was great, loved sitting outside every night on the patio. The pool is beyond wonderful, very big and great landscaping. Only small downside was the traffic noise when sitting on patio, but not enough to deter us from staying again. Would definitely recommend to people!

We stayed for a month in this well equipped condo. Beds very comfortable and bothe bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Owners were so helpful and kind. We had trouble with the door lock and they responded right away and had it fixed the same day. Nice pool in the complex and great location for stores, dining and access to Scottsdale attractions

Judy made the check in process very easy. Very central location to the entire valley.

Well decorated and very clean. Comfy beds, but linens, dishes, kitchen equipment need some updating and additions.

Very comfortable modern clean 2 bed/2bath condo. with patio overlooking greenbelt. 2nd floor no elevator. The complex was very quiet and very close to Paradise Valley Mall area with numerous shops, restaurants and golf courses. Small pool and covered parking in complex. Highly recommend for extended stay. Owner lives nearby and is very responsive.

Well equipped kitchen good bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent WiFi comfortable lounge. For elderly people the 18 stairs every day may prove a problem, also the traffic noise from Shea Blvd. Overall we enjoyed our stay Michael and Sylvia

A very comfortable well-appointed second-floor unit in a most convenient Paradise Valley gated complex. Near Tatum & Shea intersection close to grocery and PV Mall shopping. Lovely neighborhood offers mountain views and quiet streets for walking. Pool on premises; golf nearby. RELAX!

Our stay at Marbeya condo was very nice.The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. No issues at all. Very nice condo with nice pool area and condo itself was well equipped .Condo even had pantry items ,spices etc which is always nice.Nice furniture on a comfortable sized deck to enjoy some outdoor space if you like.Would not hesitate to recommend.

We wish to let all know that this was a great condo, the only complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom would need to be replace. We enjoy being close to grocery store & gas station. The environment is very nice and clean and safe. We would rent this condo any time.

We just rented this beautiful condo for two weeks. It was all the owner had said. Newly decorated, nice area, close to everything, easy to get around! We definately will be back! Sat on the porch most mornings and evenings til dark, enjoying the walkers and bike riders on the path. We also enjoyed using the path for long walks. Judy was very accomodating. Anytime I had a question or suggestion, she was answering me promptly. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking in this area!. This was our first time using VRBO and we were completely satisfied and happy! The condo was exactly as described in the ad (very beautiful), the location was perfect for our stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We contacted the owners for one instance and they responded immediately and resolved the issue at hand. The property was very clean and well maintained, everything was user friendly and had all the comforts of home. It was a very quiet community and we felt safe in the gated community. The availability of the pool/hot tub was definitely a plus. We will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends, if they are in the area and we hope to return! We spent most of our time sightseeing the beauty of Arizona and much of our time was in old-town Scottsdale and the surrounding communities. We especially loved the closeness of the golf courses to the Condo. Other exciting things we did were the Top-Golf and Apache Trail.

The accommodations were exactly as you had described. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo had all the comforts of home. We do hope to come back in the future and will keep your condo in mind.
