It had a lot of space inside, clean, well kept. Decent beds. Steps from the beach, nice location. Getting to the garage is tight but doable in a large SUV Probably should put a note that the door to the stairs is a bit sticky from the humidity. We thought it was locked but just needed to push pretty hard. Otherwise no trouble with anything else!

The location is perfect. Close to the beaches and parks. Belmont park and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Perfect condo for a week at the beach with a couple of teenagers. Centrally located between downtown San Diego and La Jolla with lots of space, garage parking, and less than a block from the beach. Great communication with the manager throughout - would definitely stay here again.

Although it was not beach weather the location of this unit was perfect for our get away. There were plenty of places to walk to and had built-in entertainment with a short walk to Belmont Park. The owner was proactive in communication and when alerted to a couple issues to be resolved responded quickly. I particularly liked having the garage. It’s a nice unit in an ideal location.

We were within walking distance of the beach!!! The stay was nice and the hosts had everything we needed.

The location was amazing. The place had so much space for the 5 of us moms. Communication with the host was great! We were steps away from the beach and multiple restaurants! 100% recommend❤️ Visit the Palms for breakfast! The drinks and breakfast were amazing!

Location is perfect, you can hear the ocean from your unit. Lots to walk to in Mission Beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the fresh flowers. They provide lots of beach stuff and having bikes available was really great.

The property is tucked inside a tidy little community of condominiums. There are several eateries and stores in walking distance to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This location was great for our weekend Getaway with Friends. 5 adults fit great in the space. The living room set up provided a great space for everyone to catch up. Enjoyed the beach amenities and parking space was very helpful. The only thing to note is that when some went to bed and others stayed up talking etc. voices carried up to the bedroom that is above the living space. Not that big of a deal for us but thought it was worth noting in case kids or babies would be trying to get to sleep in the open room. Would definitely stay here again!

Visiting family in San Diego, we wanted someplace close but with a beach feel. This location was great, we were able to walk along the water, take in the sites of Mission Beach and still see family. The unit was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having a garage was nice and although we didn’t use the beach amenities they were all sites in the garage.

We really enjoyed our visit to San Diego. We arrived an hour early and wanted to drop off our luggage. Susan was very accommodating and we were able to store it in the garage until check in. This allowed us to go straight to the beach. It was an easy and quick walk. Susan’s place was roomy and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again!

Property has location, location, location with the added bonus of plentiful bicycles to use, as well as boogie boards for the surf. We slept 5 comfortably, but could have handled a few more if needed. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with host.

We loved our week long stay in Mission Beach. The location was great, view of the beach from the patio, and a short walk to feel sand between your toes! We were close to Belmont park, but the noise was minimal (the park closes at a reasonable hour). We had access to the garage and street parking for our second vehicle. The only night we had parking issues was Friday, and we were able to find parking after 10pm when Belmont closed. The owner was vert responsive, when I messaged her during our stay she responded within an hour and when I messaged her after our stay, she responded within a day. All in all we would book this unit or the downstairs unit again. One note - the pictures paint a pretty clear picture of the unit, the upstairs loft room has minimal privacy, but we knew what we were booking based on the pictures and we were fine with that. There were also lots of stairs, but again, we knew what we were getting thanks to plenty of pictures!

Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. Beach access and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the unit, with everything you need. Plus, there are lots of bikes and other things to keep you busy. Host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great time!

This was our second time, reserving this home for our 7 day stay in SD. It’s spacious, has all the amenities and perks of a beach rental. Our kids loved it so much the first time that it was the only place they wanted to stay when we returned. Host is incredibly accommodating and very communicative in any questions we had. Would recommend 12/10!

This was a smooth and pleasant rental for us. The place was as-advertised with plenty of room and enjoyable space for our group. The ability to open the patio doors to make a large and breezy area was awesome. Sitting on the patio with a view to the beach and ocean was relaxing. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive, communicative and made check-in easy. Beach chairs and toys were available for use. A water tub greeted us at the gate to clean sandy feet. Plenty of blankets and towels. We were very happy with our stay.

Family had a great time with close proximity to the beach and shops. Amenities were a plus. We will definitely consider staying again when visiting mission beach.

We loved our stay at the house. The location is absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of six and the house had everything we needed. The only hiccup was the parking which was the city of San Diego's fault! However, there was plenty of parking nearby. We loved being able to walk to Belmont Park too. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Susan’s home is in an excellent location and is just steps to the boardwalk and beach. We stayed there for two nights with our son, daughter in law and grandkids ages 6 and 3. We had a bit of a problem finding the parking for the unit and the door to get in so not sure if it was a VRBO app issue or not. However once we got there all was well. We walked down to Capri pizza and ordered out. The meal was very good and we loved that it was close by.
