We had a great time staying in OCNJ! This was perfectly close to the beach and boardwalk and we got to visit both multiple times! The chairs and sand toys were much appreciated to reduce packing. The pre stay info was SO thorough and appreciated that I think the only thing I forgot was hand soap! The accomodations were clean and very nice. The kids used the bottom bunk and trundle as we didn't want the little guy trying to climb up the bunk and it worked perfectly! The weather was so nice we didn't use any air/heat but just the fans. Thank you so much for a great weekend away from home!

Great unit for a small family and the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Nicely stocked kitchen. Sand chairs, toys and cart were a really nice treat to save space on items to bring. Would love to rent again in the future.

We had a great time, loved the condo! It was clean, and spacious for the two of us. The beds were super comfortable! Loved the new kitchen. Kristen and Tom were fantastic hosts for our weekend in Ocean City. Their communication was super fast and clear, and there were absolutely no surprises. Great place! Very clean, lots of extras and hosts were very accessible. We even left some items there and the host sent them through the mail in a few days! Will definitely be going back next year.

The Hovers’ place was the perfect location and size, and offered the amenities our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) needed for a fun trip to kick off the summer, with convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. Kristen was very friendly, provided detailed instructions, and was a great communicator. They obviously take pride in ownership, and it can be seen in the details, quality, and cleanliness of the condo amenities and decor. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, and my kids loved the bunk beds! The pool looked great but was not open for use yet, which Kristen was upfront about it not being open until the season officially started. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely book again!

The whole renting experience from start to finish was fantastic! Kristen and Tom were extremely kind, responsive, helpful and flexible when we wanted to add an additional day to our long weekend. The property was immaculate and the location was perfect for restaurants and family friendly things to do on and off the boardwalk. They provided beach tags, beach chairs, books for the kids, a covered parking spot and a great lounging area on the balcony. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely great experience for our stay. The location was beyond ideal as we could walk to most destinations and not have to worry about parking. The condo was clean and perfect for a weekend with family. We would 100% stay here again!

I loved this place so much! So cozy and adorable, has literally everything you need. Also the location is amazing, shortest walk to the boardwalk and downtown where are all the cutest shops and restaurants are. Will definitely book again whenever I'm back in OC :)

Wow! If your looking to book this place, don't hesitate. Tom and Kristen were nothing but over the top impressive from start to finish. We had a girls weekend for a 10th birthday and never used the car once. Perfect location for walking to everything. The place is immaculate and decorated so sweet! The owners even left toiletries and other items to use so we didn't have to bring everything. We own a shore house in Somers Point, but will definitely be coming back to stay at this amazing place again! Thanks so much for the BEST BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!!!!

There is nothing but great things to say about this property. GREAT location, clean, fully stocked and tastefully decorated. The owners provided great communication. The porch was great to utilize and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and if I have a chance to book again I would most definitely!

We had a great stay for a long weekend at OCNJ! The condo was exceptionally clean and perfect for our family of four. We loved the deck with the awning for sitting in the morning having coffee or in evening after a fun day. The location is great since it is so close to the beach and boardwalk, but at the same time far enough away that is quiet too. Kristen, the owner, was extremely helpful, responsive and kind throughout our booking and stay. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come again soon!
