Room was way more than expected. Pool area was great. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Unit was clean when we arrived if more linens were needed all you needed to do was call Easy drive to ST. Augustine and resturants Gre as t place to get away and chill Cons were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the ocean at the public accesses

John’s place was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo was super clean and very well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The public beach is about a three minute walk from the front door and isn’t super crowded, even on a Saturday. There is a long boardwalk over the dunes to get to the beach with about 100 stairs, so keep that in mind before you bring a giant cooler. It’s not a bad walk at all, but it’s also not the place to bring your big wagon. Haha. There is access to drive on the beach just down the road as well if that’s your thing. John was the best host. Super responsive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about the stay. We definitely hope to be back next year!

The property was really nice. The only thing holding back 5 stars across the board was the shower faucets. Its pretty picky on my part,but we all had issue because they seemed backwards. Otherwise we had a really great stay.

A quite area that is close to the beach, restaurants and area attractions. The kitchen had many smaller appliances that came in handy especially when your there for a couple months. The only recommendations I would make is to have it deep cleaned and some new furniture. Overall, it’s a place we would come consider coming back to.

It was just as advertised. Quite location but not far from places to go for the day. Even after a storm the property was already cleaned up with some repairs being done. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. The owner is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

It does need somewhat maintenance inside the condo . Example, caulk around showers, updating laundry room. But we have been extremely pleased with the area in which it was located.

This was our second year at the property, and we will be back next year! Clean, comfy condo across street from beautiful beach. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. John left excellent directions and answered questions quickly. A gem!!!

This is a good property to stay. You need to cross the street to go to the beach but is not far. Place was clean the building is a little old but I saw some renovation going on

The condo had everything we needed. It's located in a peaceful area, though it's on A1A. Not too many tourist, even on the beach.

Super vacation place for family. We took our 2 grandchildren ages 8 and 5 and they were satisfied with the large pool and easy access, close location. It is one block to the beach and has easy access to the public beach walkway to the beach.

Property was clean, quiet and very convenient to everything. A little bare in the decor but nice just the same. The kitchen had everything needed.

Nice location and good experience

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the historical sites of St Augustine, yet outside the bustle. We could go site see and come back to peace and quiet. Access to the beach was convenient also. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here and had friends staying in the same block. This was a very nice, well-run and super clean property. I have stayed in quite a few rental properties and they have all been rather old with second hand furniture and varying levels of cleanliness….this was the best of the bunch. They have a very well-stocked kitchen, I was surprised at the amount of utensils, etc that were provided. The owner answered immediately when I had a question and helped me with my misunderstanding. The walk to the beach is quite short as the public access is almost directly across from A1A. The condo building itself was very quiet, we were not disturbed at all by our neighbors. Literally the only thing I disliked was the pool is not heated. It is a very nice, large pool with lots of patio and seating so I’m sure it’s very nice to hang out there in the warmer months. In March it was much too cold to swim. Would definitely book this property again.

Great location with a short drive to St Augustine. Comfortable condo, nicely equipped kitchen . Walk across the road and you are on the beach .

John sent detailed information on the condo as soon as we reserved.We loved the fact that the kitchen had so many small appliances that we made use of such as crock pot, Ninja, George Foreman grill. Pictures were accurate of the condo. Liked that we were close to St. Augustine. The only recommendation that I would make would be maybe new sofas as they are getting worn but we noticed it more because we were there for a month & an older couple who have back issues. We lived in St Augustine for 15 years. This property is in southern area of the beach. The interior was spotless and very comfortable. We are retired and relatively new to VRBO. We had several calls with host due to our inexperience and he was extremely helpful.

Place was a great spot for us to stay for a inshore fishing trip with Captain Clay Phillips. Fishing ,weather, and the beach were wonderful!

We asked for an early check in the day of and they were able to accommodate us last minute. When we got there we were worried that it was going to be really noisy due to the road noise. But, once we were inside it was really quiet. We didn't hear anything. The place was clean, smelled great and we didn't have any problems with bugs. We had everything we needed and there were even beach toys provided. Super easy and close to the public access for the beach. Overall, really satisfied and would stay there again.

It was ok small for adults fine for family with young children

Enjoyed our stay in St augustine although the weather wasn't as nice as we would have liked. Condo was very nice and so accessible to resturants and shopping. Met some great people at condo pool area. Found some great restaurants. A great trip would recommend to family and friends. Thanks John!

Really couldn't have asked for much more, especially at the price.

I would highly recommend staying here. The owner was very responsive through the app and via a phone call. The location is 20 to 25 minutes from downtown St Augustine and all the things we wanted to do. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and ready on time. Our teenagers loved being across the street from the beach. We also enjoyed hanging out on the patio. They kitchen was furnished and met all our needs. The crockpot was a bonus! We did use the pull out couch in the living room and were unable to find bedding for that. I don't know if we just didn't find it or if it wasn't there. We could have called and I'm sure they would have taken care of it. We just used what we had and it wasn't an issue. We would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful location and great people to work with. Very easy to access the beach! All the guest are friendly and nice. Quiet, clean and overall just a great place to stay! Our family will be back and will be staying at this location again and again!
