HOWEVER, it would have been nice to be given a heads up that over half our vacation would have been ruined by the beach restoration shutting down access to the beach by our place and that the entire shoreline was rocky and you couldn't even get into the ocean without injury! We would have postponed our vacation if we would have known this or moved to another location all together! This information needs to be provided earlier so that guess can change if needed! We ended up leaving a day early because of this.

The beds were comfortable except for the 2nd guest room that had a very uncomfortable and noisy mattress encasement. I understand the need to protect the mattress, but for older children/adults it made it impossible to sleep there and the mattress was too large for it to be removed for our stay. My kids ended up sharing the other bedroom. The decor was cute and beachy, but the furniture is uncomfortable inside and on the porch. We weren’t there much, but kicking back to watch tv or sit outside was a challenge. There were a lot of lights, clocks, remotes that didn’t work or required us to purchase new batteries. We’ve come to CB for over 10 years and I wouldn’t book this condo again unless upgrades were made. Location and view A+ though.

Pros: Location, of course. Kitchen, linens, bed pillows, etc. were well stocked and in overall good shape. Nicest set of pans and knives I've seen in a rental, as well as lots of extra gadgets (blenders, toaster oven, etc.).

Cons: Only one comfortable chair in the living room -- couch and two other chairs are worn out/have very thin cushions. Had to pile bed pillows on them. Same issue for the patio furniture -- paper thin cushions. Two of the beds have Very Firm mattresses (not my preference). Putting a simple inexpensive foam pad on top would help. The third bed was more comfortable; however, it was covered with a noisy plastic cover and is next to a bright window without blackout curtains. Some areas of the condo require maintenance (e.g., slow flushing toilet; broken towel rack) or proper cleaning (grubby grout in kitchen and bathrooms needs to be beached; doors need a good wipe-down; front door jam is all banged up).

Condo was nice and the area was quiet and peaceful. Beach access was easy and had a nice pool area.

We also had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on nice days on the patio. We watched the dogs playing on the beach. What fun. Yes, I would recommend this condo, other than uncomfortable living room furniture, and we had so much fun here. It looks like the owner made new bedrooms, stocked the linens, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It seems that the owner is concerned about comfort and has made a pretty place to stay. It was nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with the basic items. The kitchen facet leaked when on a lower flow mode and caused it to leak under the sink. It looks to have been leaking for a while by evidence of the water stained under the sink. We did notified maintenance. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Bed felt like an old spring bed. The master bathroom also smelled, like a sewage smell and it never went away. Other bathrooms were fine. General living areas were comfortable.

Being on the 5th floor allowed for expansive ocean views as well as partial golf course view over to the side. The furnishings were attractive and updated. Our only disappointment was the master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable in our opinion and every time you moved at all, the bed creaked. The management company was very attentive and came quickly when we let them know a smoke detector had gone off in the middle of the night for no reason.

The condo was clean and beautiful. The beach was wonderful. Be careful of the large rocks on the beach. Once you get past them swimming in the ocean was great!

Beautiful condo very clean and well equipped. Pools were great especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean. We were a little disappointed that Most of the beach area is lined with rock and coral making it dangerous to swim… especially in high tide since you cannot see it. There was an area near the pool that appeared more accessible. There are other beautiful beaches nearby St Augustine which you drive on if you have a 4 wheel vehicle. We visited Flagler beach and New Smyrna. Beautiful area and the complex is stunning.

Only a few less than satisfactory things to mention: 1) the masted bed was pretty squeaky. Not a deal breaker, but we had our baby in a pack n play next to us and I was afraid to wake him lol. 2) there are huge rocks on the beachfront. Sometimes they’re completely not visible which could totally cause injury, but most of the time you can view them. They’re pretty cool to look at but not ideal for small children. Chose this floor plan, but a different condo since the other one we loved was taken. Unit 752 was very clean and it had the right "look". We really did enjoy our stay. What was different from the previous rental were upgrades and a more personal rather than commercial touch.
Not deal breakers, but some things that could improve the stay for the next guests:
1. I had to take the dishes out of the dishwasher when I got there. They were so stuffed in that alot of the silverware was not clean. Had to rewash.
2. I do not cook while on vacation, but the pots and pans looked fine. The plastic glasses were scratched and most of the dishware/glasses need to be replaced. Only 4 mismatched wine glasses.
3. The place was stripped of any spices, etc. Only one set of salt and pepper shakers was there.
4. Although everything looked very nice visually, the big appliances were rather low end.
5. Really would be nice if there was a lounge chair on the deck.
6. Coasters. Felt guilty not putting a paper towel under my drink
7. Add a Swiffer or vacuum. Only a broom and dustpan was available.
8. The 2 lights were out over the master shower and the handle on the shower door kept falling off. Easy fixes. The shower head was minimal. Nothing like a great shower head to say "Oh, wow" to a place.
9. Could not lock the glass sliders or close the curtains. Believe it or not, not once but twice we had painters on our 5th floor deck!

Again, we had a lovely time and will return to Cinnamon Beach.

Another excellent stay. Love this condo, makes traveling with teens or extended family very enjoyable. Excellent unit, wonderful view, nice beach/pool etc. No problems at all. We will be back. Love it!

We have been to Palm coast many times as we have family that live down there. LOVED staying at Cinnamon Beach and at this particular property. Great ocean view, saw dolphins a few times from the deck. We went in August but the weather was wonderful. Not too hot as we were on the water. Great pool and small water play area for my kids. We would definitely go again!
