Property is well situated - plenty of options for walkable restaurants and other activities. Short walk - perhaps 325 steps - to the strand and beach. Well maintained and the owner checked in with us continuously to make sure everything was in order and we were enjoying our stay. High recommendation. Thank you Anette and Chris.

This precious place was perfect for my 2 teen daughters & myself as they played in a beach volleyball tournament. The decor is fun & the location cannot be beat. You can see the ocean from the new patio still under construction, and the designated parking spot is very helpful. Coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance too. The owners are super responsive and attentive, and if you need anything they are quick to oblige.

This is a very cute and clean place to stay just a short walk to the beach. Annette is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. There are many nice places to eat close by.

I had a perfect stay here. The apartment is tastefully furnished and had everything you could want. Located just two blocks from the beech and within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a small but well-stocked grocery store. Annette was the perfect host, checking in several times to see if I had everything I needed (I did) and even responded promptly to my text when I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv, patiently walking me through the steps to reboot it. Highly recommended for a couple or solo traveler.

Great place, very nice owner and easy to work with. Annette was very thoughtful and left beach chairs and an umbrella for us. Unit is nicely decorated just like the pictures show. The tough part was the lack of A/C, the unit is on a busier street and windows had to be left open and it was still hot + the noise. If just the bedroom had a wall A/C unit it would be a 5 star hands down. If you are going at a cooler time of year great place. We stayed mid-August and it was hot, real hot, and the inside did not cool down much after the sun goes down even with windows open.

WE ENJOYED THE CONVENIENT WALKING LOCATION TO THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS AND OUR FRIENDS LIVING IN MANHATTAN BEACH. ANNETTE MADE OUR STAY SPECIAL, ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE DECOR WAS VIBRANT , EVERYTHING HANDY AND IMMACULATE . WONDERFUL PLACE TO EXPERIENCE CALIFORNIA SEASIDE AND LA IF YOU WISHED. CONVENIENT TO LAX AIRPORT.

We really enjoyed our stay. Annette was very nice! The villa was very clean, which was important to us. All of the furnishings were in great shape and everything worked well. The shower was great. We were there to watch our daughter play volleyball and so the location was very convenient to the different beaches and piers. The pull out couch was especially comfortable, which was a wonderful surprise. Although we didn't really use the kitchen, it was fully equipped. We would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Annette’s villa. Perfect for a couple or small family. The beach was a delightful barefoot walk away. The accommodation was unique and very comfortable. Highly recomendable. I will definitely be coming back for more Manhattan relaxation.

We had a wonderful time here and loved how conveniently located it was to everything! Close and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We were able to spend our visit in both the upstairs and downstairs units and felt comfortable in both. Annette was extremely accommodating and a great host. It made the trip all that much better!

We had a nice stay at this charming villa. It was a nice walk to the beach from here. It is definitely small and probably best for two people. We would have liked some sort of outside space to hang out at. The owner was very kind and accommodating with our flight schedule.

This is an absolutely wonderful location, a barefoot pad two blocks of sidewalk straight down to the beach between the MB luxury homes. Annette and Chris are sweet and responsive and the house is adorable. My 25-year-old daughter and I were very comfortable and happy here! The pizza and the breakfast places three blocks down are all good, too...we'll be back!

Lucky for me I got to stay in both units and while different they are both very well decorated and comfortable including the beds (a major plus). The owners, Annette and Chris, were excellent hosts and not imposing but always available and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and look forward to another stay on my next trip West.

This was our second time staying in the upper apartment. Located a short walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay in Manhattan Beach. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor patio. We traveled with our almost three year old son and the apartment was very spacious for the three of us. Beach chairs and toys were available for use. Annette was available to answer any questions before and during our stay. We hope to visit again next year!

Annette's Spanish getaway is a must stay for any beach lover. The home is in the heart of Manhattan's night life and is right in front of the walkway that takes you down to the beach (about 3 streets down of walking distance). The home has so much detail and personality. Annette is also a warm and welcoming host who genuinely cares about her guests' stay. I stayed here for my birthday getaway and was comfortably able to fit a few of my friends and myself. Will definitely be back!

Annette was very helpful, courteous, and just simply put, a lovely host. We used this amazing spanish style home for a photo shoot. Unfortunately for us it rained that day, so we could not utilize how close this was to the beach. So we had to do all indoor shots, but the decor was unique with the pop color walls. And Annette travels around the world collecting one of a kind pieces to decorate this amazing space. Overall, a great shoot despite the rain. Thanks Annette!

I can't say enough about this beautiful authentic Spanish styled home in Manhattan Beach. The home was fully equipped with every possible thing you could need. Fluffy towels, comfortable linens, easy wifi and a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful areas to relax, indoor and outdoor, a beautiful view and a warming fireplace. Walking distance to everything, the beach and wonderful restaurants and grocery options. Annette was an amazing and responsive host and clearly wants you to enjoy her stylish and comfortable home. She has left no detail unattended to and the pride she has for her home shows in every way. Thank you a wonderful stay, we will certainly join you again when we return.

I stayed in the lower level of the Spanish style villa with 3 teens. It's a cute small (500 sq ft) 1 bedroom home with a pull out sofa bed. Best part was that it was minutes from Manhattan Beach-about 2 blocks. You can see the ocean from the sidewalk. Super close to the shopping areas and many restaurants, teens felt very independent and knew where every shop was located! We were there for the 4th of July weekend and took a uber to Redondo Beach for the big fireworks show (a 10-12 min drive along the coast). Easy driving to several beaches. The property comes with all that you need for your stay, including beach towels and washer/dryer. Annette was quick to respond to any questions we had via txt. The only thing that could have made it better would be air conditioning, although opening the windows and letting the ocean breeze in helped, and an outdoor patio, which Annette informed me they are building...Can't wait to return when they build the outdoor sitting area. Can you say peace and relaxation?

We stayed at Annette & Chris's beautifully decorated home (top floor) for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. Definitely the most unique and cozy place we've EVER rented. The furnishings were gorgeous. Sea breezes through the window every night. Comfy, private patio. Walking distance to great restaurants. We walked the Strand everyday and enjoyed easy access to many local day trips. Highly recommend for couples. Annette was warm and easy to work with. She even brought us flowers and an anniversary card in person!
