The place is beautiful and location was perfect. It was a delight having a pool and grills. Instructions were very clear. We had no problems or wants. You don’t need to take time out of your vacation to exercise, You get your exercise every time you go in and out of the condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our condo. The layout and rooms were perfect for our needs. The large living space, big dining room table, and master suite were some of our favorite features. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed the pool and often had it to ourselves. The storage closet had everything in it that we needed for the beach. The outdoor grills were nice to have. The host was easy to work with, responded quickly, and very professional. We would definitely stay there again!

Acme Grocery, a bagel shop and other restaurants are located down the street as well. Tom made the rental process seamless and was always available via text. The condo is clean, spacious and set-up perfect for a group and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo also has an entire storage closet in the garage that is filled with 2 beach carts, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. You can pack lightly and enjoy your vacation. If you are looking for safe, clean rental, look no further. We will absolutely use Tom's condo the next time we are down at the shore. Thank you again!

This year, (September 2019), has been the 5th consecutive year I've rented this property, for Irish weekend. My friends and I have a great time every year. It's close enough to the festival, where it's extremely easy and convenient to get to, yet far enough away, that we don't have to deal with the crowd. It's only a short 1.5 block walk to the boardwalk, or a 1 block walk to a diner. It's great having the heated pool here, for the days that we don't feel like leaving, and just want to hang out. The house is well furnished and always well kept/clean. No matter where you want to go in Wildwood, it's only a few minute drive from this spot, making it a very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our vacation greatly! Tom’s place is beautiful. It was a family vacation and there was plenty of room for the group that we had. Just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk - great location! The place is well maintained and very well stocked. Tom is very quick to respond. We had an issue with the cable not working and Tom got it resolved in a very timely manner. Thank you Tom!!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and it was a fantastic experience all around. The rental was super clean and spacious. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and one little guy that we were with. The pool was clean but we had such great weather that we just hung out at the beach every day. The location was perfect. Will definitely look into staying at this property again in the future.

The condo was clean. It was close to boardwalk, beach and dog parks! If you have mobility issues, there are two steep flights of steps. That was the only negative. The owners was unbelievably responsive to questions, etc. will rent again!

Great place with lots of room. Very convenient having two full bathrooms. Good location that was close to the beach and Morey's pier. Owner was great with communication. Would stay here again.

This was my first time renting through Vrbo. Owner was awesome and answered all my crazy questions! This condo is absolutely beautiful and is literally stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a cheer competition and it was located within 4 mins of the convention center. It is also walking distance to the beach. We are considering renting in the spring or summer! Thank you for a wonder stay!!

I've stayed at this house the last 4 years for Irish weekend. The place is always clean and welcoming. I love how close it is to the boardwalk, but that it's not directly on the main street, so it cuts out a lot of noise from cars and people. The owner is always helpful and easy to get in touch with. The pool is always very well maintained and nice to sit by. Have never had any issues with neighbors, everyone has always been great and easy to get along with. All in all, I love coming down here, and look forward to it every year.

Such a nice place for our summer vacation! Roomy enough for our group of 6 adults, 2 small children and 1 dog. Very close to boardwalk, beach and dog parks! I don’t think we could have chosen any better. Very friendly area, met other vacationers and owners at the pool. I highly recommend this location for your next Wildwood vacation.

We just stayed at this condo in July 2018 and loved our stay. Tom was super responsive and accommodating and the Condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great as it's a quick walk over to the beach and boardwalk (conveniently located right by one of the Morey's piers). The walk to the beach is boarded most of the way so you don't have to worry about carrying all of your stuff across the long beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance we needed and even if you forget something, the condo was pretty well stocked with cleaning supplies, extra TP, paper towels and other common household needs. I'd definitely recommend this condo to others.

My family and I just got back from our 4 day Memorial Day weekend getaway. This condo was absolutely stunning! We were a family of 9 and we all fit perfectly fine. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need including a laundry room. The decor in the house was absolutely beautiful. It made you feel right at home. The condo was in a perfect location. 2 small blocks away from the boardwalk/beach. The area was quiet which I enjoyed. There is a bike rental place right around the corner which we rented out from every morning. Highly recommend. Tom was very responsive and helpful with all my questions and Always got back to me quickly. I highly recommend this condo to everyone. I’m lookIng forward to staying again in the very near future.

We stayed Columbus Day weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tom was pleasant and helpful as i booked his condo. We found the condo to be spotlessly clean...wonderfully and tastefully decorated and with every little detail thought of to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended this condo!!!

This is the 3rd year me and my friends stayed here for Irish weekend. The house is beautiful and always clean... Its a very quiet area and neighbors are always easy to get along with. The boardwalk and beach are conveniently only a block and a half away, but you can also just enjoy your time sitting by the pool. We look forward to coming back here every year.

The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The townhouse was beautiful-very clean and close to the beach and boardwalk. All of the beach equipment was provided for us. We contacted the owner several times with questions (grocery store, restaurants, etc) and he responded immmediately. We will absolutely stay here again.
