You will never find a better person to do business with than Josh. He will help in anyway possible. He has a great place in a wonderful location. We did not know much about Roswell but we loved getting to know the town.

This is the perfect house! My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Roswell Cottage. It's a wonderful location, with so much to do in downtown Roswell. The home was exactly as marketed, it was clean and the check-in/check-out processes were clear. Josh and Wendy were the perfect hosts making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this property if you're considering Roswell for your travel plans.

From booking to check-in to house features, Josh made sure that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The cottage is absolutely adorable and the location is perfection. 5 minute drive to a hike along the Chattahoochee in the afternoon and then a two minute walk to some of the best dinner and drinks in the evening. Loved this place!!

My husband, son and I had a wonderful week at the cottage. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were stocked with all necessities. Josh was wonderful to work with and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. I cannot say enough about the town of Roswell and Canton Street especially. We loved being able to walk and try new places each day. And even though the house is steps from all the shops and restaurants, the street was always quiet and calm. This house is a perfect getaway if traveling for Perfect Game baseball tournaments!!! We hope to stay here again next summer!

Beautiful quaint cottage in historic Roswell. House is quiet and cozy. Minutes away from great food and entertainment. Highly recommend.

I came to town for a medical procedure and stayed at the cottage for 11 days. The rental was very quaint and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being right around the corner from restaurants and shops was just perfect. I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching all of the squirrels. Thank you for having this rental available.

Roswell was just what we needed, a peaceful oasis in a pretty neighbourhood with a village on the doorstep

We used this as a home base for sleeping and eating breakfast while in town to see some family. I wish we had booked this for a trip to just explore downtown Roswell. The house was perfectly situated to explore downtown or to access other parts of town. Josh was amazing at communicating and having the house set up before our arrival. There were more amenities in the house than listed. I would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend this place to anyone. In all the places we have stayed over the years, this was more stocked with household goods than I have ever seen!

A charming cottage on a quiet side street that is immediately accessible (1-2 minute walk) to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Roswell. The house has historic charm but with updated interiors. We found the house to be a respite while staying 4 days out of our home during renovation. What a find! Definitely recommend. Josh was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

This property is perfect. The location is in the heart of Roswell, but located on a quiet tree-lined street. Josh is a great host and was super helpful. I will definitely book again!

We shared the cottage with another set of grandparents. In town for our granddaughter's graduation, so most of our time was spent with family in Marietta. The property was super clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many shops and restaurants was a plus. Communication with Josh was excellent. We would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly and always out walking their dogs. Very dog friendly town. Cottage is located at a very short walk to coffee shops and restaurants with outdoor seating. Hiking trails near the river is just a short drive from the cottage.
