Wonderful week!

Loved our stay at Azure. Highly recommend being poolside. Room was lovely, couple maintenance issues that need to be addressed but nothing that impacted our stay.

Great location. Unit was excellent and well equipped. Disappointed splash pad advertised did not work the entire week.

Great all the way around. Easy access to everything. No problems or issues with anything. Loved it and will be back!

We loved our time at this property!! Convenience, comfort, cleanliness.. all the things! Ground floor and pool access from the patio was perfect for my elderly parents. My Dad already wants to know when we are coming back!!

We've been going to the Destin area for 22 years. I normally book a balcony with higher views, but having 2 young grand kids the balcony right off the pool was SOOO Convenient to the pool & beach!! Bedroom set up was perfect for 3 families with 2 toddlers. Okaloosa Island is WAY less congested and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and accomadating! We highly recommend their condo to rent for a great week!!

This condo is well maintained and very clean. Location is beautiful. Villy was very responsive and helpful through the whole booking and during our stay. Hope to go back again soon!!

Great location love have in direct access to the pool it was very clean it did have a few issues there was mold in the master shower on the ceiling we did have to go buy a skillet and tongs what skillet and cooking equipment was all very used and worn out all the beds were hard and very outdated this could be an awesome place if they would update and then there was the bracelet that they expected you to ware at the pool and if lost you pay $50 they were so big on my wrist it would have been a for sure loss we got ask every day to show them even got Handed a paper with the rules my 35 year old son put it on his ankle But we still had a good time

Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, clean, great view of pool and ocean. We could not actually see the beach, but we wanted a ground floor unit and knew that ahead of time. It was nice to bring the beach chairs up and not have to use the stairs or an elevator. Overall, the condo was excellent!!!

We have been to this property twice and a few others in Azure. We love the location, the pools and the splash pad as well as location to the beach!

The location of this condo is incredible. We had a 9yr old and 3yr old and being able to watch them swim from the back patio was a game changer. Also each day going down to the beach and not having to worry about stairs or elevators was awesome with 2 kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to check in slightly earlier and were very appreciative. The pool and ground were kept extremely clean. There were plenty of chairs by the beach and pool and it never felt over crowded. We 100% plan to book again next summer!

This condo was amazing, very clean, the view every morning is great, they property owner was very nice communicated with you in a timely manner. The location is also incredible you can walk to so many places.

Was the perfect place to have a family vacation with our adult kids! Very clean and great access to the beach! A little far from Pensacola...where we flew into...but great distance to Destin.

The location was very nice and so were the amenities. However, our unit was very dirty. Had to wear socks and then throw them away each day. Even attempted to wash the floors, but just not enough to get rid of the dirt…needs professional steam cleaning. Walls definitely need to be painted but that can be expected…but the floor moldings were splashed with dirt as well as the kitchen cabinets. Dishes were found with residual waste on them. Had to Re-wash anything we used. Food stuck in the cushions of the furniture. Area rug probably has never been cleaned. Worse…cockroaches in the bathrooms each morning. Several of us came home with bites all over our feet and lower legs. Love the property…just not the unit. I actually have never written a negative review before, but this deserves it. Our family owns three smaller condos down the beach, but decided to rent those out and opt to rent a larger unit to accommodate the six of us in one location My recommendation is a new cleaning company.

This condo is very spacious and great for a large family or several families to share. It was clean, and seemed to have normal home wear and tear, like scuffs on walls. The selling point for me on this particular property was its location on the ground floor and that the pool is literally 5 steps from the patio. I went with my preschooler, which means lots of things to schlep around for the pool/beach, and being this close was so worth it! Having a washer and dryer was wonderful cause we could pack less. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t “cook”; mainly made sandwiches or ate cereal. I most definitely would stay here again.

We are back home...😌 Had a wonderful week at Azure 113... Everything was just as we remembered from 2019. The Condo is just perfect for our family. Three generations ranging from 69 years to 20 months. So convenient and the pools are great!! 👍🏻 I doubt that we will ever look for another place in FWB. This is going to be our home away from home!! Can’t wait to start planning our next family vacation.

Upon arrival, we found a roach in the dishwasher and continued to battle them from Saturday evening until we were finally offered a small refund to leave the unit. Villy did not give us a true partial refund and was “shocked and surprised “ at hearing about the roaches, which was communicated to her immediately. Clearly she was aware based on the review from September 28th where a prior guest experienced them as well but was left with “everyone’s idea of cleanliness is different “. Villy said the roaches were due to being on the first floor, and the second excuse was they were in the sewer drains and out of her control. This is horrendous customer service but unfortunately we were at her mercy to be able to salvage our vacation. The unit was far from my idea of clean and the noises from the running toilet in the master bedroom made it worse along with a very uncomfortable bed. But, the roaches were unbearable. This should have been addressed immediately and a FULL refund should’ve been offered. It seems she is in the business of not caring about her guests comfort and happiness. I even sent her pictures of the bugs but she remained “shocked”.

You really can’t beat the location of this property, especially with kids! No stairs, steps from the pool, and short board walk to the beach! We really enjoyed the splash pad, pool, and hot tub! We did however feel like the condo could have been cleaner. At first glance it seemed clean, but when we started looking around closer, it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. There were black hairs in the tub, the floors didn’t seem mopped well, and there was a lot of dust build up on surfaces. Also, there was a dead roach on the counter when we walked in. I texted Villy to let her know about the cleanliness and her response was along the lines of “people have different expectations of cleanliness.” So maybe I have high expectations.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you are looking for convenience to pool and beach this condo is it! I took 4 senior citizens to the beach for a girls getaway and the Azure 113 was perfect. The porch opens up to the pool deck and is very close to the beach entrance. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. My only negatives on the property is the living room furnishings were very uncomfortable and if you need handicapped parking they were full the entire week. All in all this was a very nice condo for the price.

Great Location! Love that this unit is located on the 1st floor by the pool. Perfect for hanging out on our patio and sitting by the pool with the kids! Looking forward to our next trip! Joani

We had a large family group stay at the property. Ages were 3 months to 59. We had some problems on arrival that were quickly addressed by the owner. We had a great time and would go back again!

This is a great clean, spacious place to stay. It was perfect for us (family of 6) being ground floor next to pool and short distance to beach. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having beach chair service. Went to peir and gulfarium where the dolphin show was great! Only a few minor things I would change, the pool directly in front of this condo is not heated which is fine for day time but too cold to night swim. (There is 2 pools one heated, one not heated) I also wish there was more plastic table wear for kids and lastly the splash park was not up and running when we were there and that was a big reason I chose this place so that my 2 yr. old could play in it. But overall we had a great time and would highly recommend!
