Great property across from the beach with beautiful views. Close to all the activities in Cape May. House set up was perfect for our girls weekend with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely rent this lovely place again.

This property was great in so many ways for my family. The location was beautiful, quiet, and serene. Even with crummy weather, we were able to enjoy a beach view from the comfort of our bed

The location was convenient to the beach and some restaurants yet the area was quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and felt very beachy. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels and paper towels provided. Took us a few minutes to open the front door, didn’t realize we needed to turn the bolt knob and door knob. Once we figured it out it was a breeze. Parking was behind the building and easy to access. The deck off the living area was a nice spot to sit, have morning coffee, read or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the ocean. We had a small issue and property owner responded right away. There are a lot of stairs and might not be good for everyone. There is an adorable bedroom and half bath right up from the front hallway. TVs in each bedroom is a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Property was great- beautifully decorated and spacious. Sitting in the sunshine on the balcony, hearing the waves was our favorite spot. 5-10 minute walk to everything but nice and quiet and away from everything when you come back.

I booked the property for my husband and his son and a friend. They were able to relax in the beautiful condo. Everything was as described. Melinda was very accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

THE TOWN WAS SO BEAUTIFUL DECORATED, WE LOVED THE VIEW AND WATCHED THE MOST WONDERFUL SUNRISE ON THE BALCONY. WOULD COME BACK AGAIN!!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. The place is beautiful and they even had a Christmas tree up! The place is so centrally located and we walked everywhere and were able to enjoy everything Cape May has to offer!

The property was perfectly located across from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable and the view from the decks made for a nice place to sit and talk. The property had 4 floors, so many steps which may not be for someone with a disability. Otherwise, a perfect, fun place to spend time in Cape May.

Absolutely such a pleasure to have stayed in this beautiful place! It was so cozy, we have everything we needed!! The kitchen was very stocked, everything you needed was there!! Thank you Melinda we hope to return soon!!

Location is easily accessible to the beach. We had a good time and enjoyed the stay. Location was nice and quiet.

We have stayed at Philadelphia Beach Condos several times and really enjoyed our experience in B2. Easy walk to the beach, well-stocked with necessary items and nicely updated and decorated. Highly recommend!

The property was in excellent condition, comfortable living room -chairs, TV, mattresses were comfortable in the bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked for food prep, every room was clean, bikes available for use. This is a great location to get to restaurants, center of town and of course the beach is just across the street. We rode bikes to restaurants, easy parking for trolley tour & shopping. We had a fantastic girls reunion at this condo. Definitely recommend.

We have been coming to Cape May for more than 15 years and I’ve stayed at many places Philadelphia beach unit B2 was especially nice because of his close location to the beach and away from the Busytown section the property was very clean and neat with ample parking and beautiful view of the beach

Everything was perfect, location, parking, clean. Alot of stairs you get used to it after a day. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The only issue was the VRBO hadn't updated the listing and it had stated sheets and towels would be supplied and they were not Good thing I caught that before we got there. Otherwise the stay was a pleasure

Our stay exceeded expectations of our group. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect alternative to hotel rooms. Beachfront views beautiful. Close to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Place was really clean. Location was really good too. My negative was that the house was overwhelmed with glade plug ins and other scent inducing products. We did unplug them and tried airing out the place as best we could but my family and I all woke up with headaches and/or sore throats.

Ideal location and view of the beach. Property layout convenient and comfortable. It was nice to have the use of beach chairs and bikes while we were guests. Walkable to all town restaurants, bars and mini golf. Looking forward to another stay.

We visited in September and had a wonderful stay. No crowds, no traffic and across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed various MAC tours and our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great ocean view from the top floor of this four floor condo.

Had a wonderful time in a great location. Condo was spotless in a great area and convenient and easy beach entrance. Must say we were very proud that Melinda's condo was the only one that flew the American flag and colors on both floor balconies.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for our family - easiest walk to a beautiful beach and sweet view of the ocean from balcony after kids went to bed. Communication was easy and helpful. Can't wait to return!

We can’t say enough about this place! It was clean, comfortable and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Melinda and Russ were extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of when needed. The view from both decks can’t be beat- what a place to sit and drink coffee in the morning, cocktails after a long day at the beach and/or just soak in the view and ocean breeze. The overall property is also very clean, well lit and maintained. The beach is literally across the street with a cross way steps from the property and the hosts went the extra mile to provide summer comforts for their guests (beach chairs, beach passes, bikes and grill). We hope we have an opportunity to come back and stay! If you are looking for an ideal home and location for a Cape May getaway - this is it!

Excellent location for accessing the beach. Great views from shaded balconies in the afternoons. Comfortable and clean living spaces. Host was very accessible.

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Beach access is so easy, especially hauling a young kiddo in tow. The host was Uber communicative and even dropped off a booster seat when we needed it. Accommodations are comfortable, views are great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. We’d 1000% definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great trip to Cape May! The property was perfect for our family, it was easy to access the beach, great views, and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with Melinda leading up to our trip and during was great as well. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Rented this property for my mom and sisters as a Christmas gift! It was in a perfect location and They had a great time. House was clean and spacey with great views! Communication with Melinda was great. She was so friendly and in touch with the group and readily accessible! Will definitely rent again!

Cape May is a charming, family-friendly beach town. The condo is spacious, clean and the ideal location for beach goers. It was equipped with everything we needed, and the host was very accommodating. We loved it all!

This property was perfect. The location directly across from the beach access was very convenient. I look forward to a return trip soon.

We had a great mini vacation staying at this pretty home. Melinda was very nice to work with and we were even able to do an early check in. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and we had all the comforts of home. We hope to return soon.
