The house was very clean with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable!

Just perfect for our family to get together for Easter. Plenty of room, VERY clean and a well stocked kitchen! Really enjoyed our stay!

A little far out, but shopping near. Minor issues brought to the leasing teams attention. Nothing we weren’t able to deal with on our own. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a family Christmas in Arizona this year and enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the location was very nice and quiet. One thing they might want to look into doing is replacing the mattresses. All three are in need of an update. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and so easy to get ahold of the property manager and owner.

Home was clean, owner/manager was responsive to concerns. One small recommendation as a convenience is to put trash cans in each bedroom.

We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family who live there. The arrangement of bedrooms was perfect for our group. Our daughter and her family had the upstairs to themselves. It allowed the adults to continue visiting on the main floor without keeping children awake. The backyard provided a comfortable and enjoyable gathering area for eating, or catching up around the fireplace or work on your putting game.

It was beautiful and comfortable.

We stayed at Mark's home for a month and really enjoyed our time there. We were able to take nice long walks every day in the neighborhood or nearby trails in the desert. It was close enough to shopping and restaurants but not too close to be too busy. The back patio area was wonderful for relaxing in the warm weather. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Home: The home was just lovely, and everything was as described. For the price, you cannot beat it. We are a family of three, and we were so very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything a person would ever need. Lots of counter space, a huge table, everything. Roll-out drawers for the cupboards, which I am now begging my husband to get me. The fridge worked great. Microwave and stove worked great and were clean. Washer and dryer were clean. 2.5 bathrooms, which were very clean. The garage was spacious for our rental, and clean. Back patio was clean, and the fireplace was cozy. So perfect. Ceiling fans in every room, but if we needed AC it was available. The pool wasn't heated, but I should have asked that beforehand. There is a hot tub, which was roomy, nice and hot. The pool/hot tub are about a block away. Location: I'm going to dock it one star because of the location. We are Seattle coffee-snobs, so a Starbucks run took about 15 minutes one way. Otherwise, at that main hub, any grocery and eatery you want. The bagel shop next to a neighborhood Walmart was so great. There is a coffeepot at the house. The overall location was so easy easily accessible to everything in central or North Phoenix, and of course, Phoenix itself is an ideal local for access to other parts of the state. The house is in an area where walking is amazing! There are sidewalks and little carved out beautiful areas. It was really fun walking around the neighborhoods. Everyone we met walking were really kind and said hello. The nearby hills against the twilight were just wonderful. We did not see a single sign of any bugs or spiders, and we know the home is being treated safely, because we spoke to the serviceman when he showed up to work as we were leaving. Owner: check in was fairly easy. We had an issue that came up on our part, and the owner was so easy to work with and so quick to respond. We appreciated staying here so much and would highly recommend it. We may stay here agin next year!

This was a wonderful property for our spring break getaway. It had everything we needed and the accommodations were great! Very clean & the whole process was smooth, w/ awesome communication from property owner.

Need the security deposit back!

There were a couple contradictions in the listing: one re bathrooms (the half bath doesn't have a shower),, and the other re the latest date to cancel and get a refund. But it's a good place and served our group well.

Really enjoyed our stay! Lot's of amenities. My husband had to work a couple days, so was happy to have a desk. Really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Would stay again!

A beautiful and cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get into and out of, ten minutes from the interstate and close to shopping. The kitchen amenities were outstanding! Excellent communication with property manager. An extremely relaxing stay. Will definitely stay again when in that area.

There were a few items in the home that should be reviewed for next guest. 1. The light above table in kitchen did not work. 2. The wear/tear of the kitchen cabinets are starting to show. 3. The dryer worked but needs maintenance on the control knobs instead of being taped. 4. Instruction in guide for operating the television was inaccurate and the ease of operating the streaming of the television was questionable. 5. The outdoor grill was not cleaned. Grease pan was full and there were no replacement pans. 6. Upon arrival there were no vacuum cleaner, mops, or brooms available to maintain cleanliness of the house. Had to contact property manager to get these household items. The reason we did not give all stars for overall rating is because of items listed above.

Nice property in a great neighborhood - a wonderful setting.

We spent four nights here for a Phoenix getaway. The home was comfortable and as described. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot either for breakfast or a nightcap . Nice, quiet neighborhood. One couple took the master and another couple slept upstairs. Process to rent was simple and great communication by property manager.

Just as advertised and much more. The surrounding area is desert beauty. There are some nice trails into the desert just steps away from the front door. Very safe tucked away neighborhood.

The property was pretty, and pretty well stocked on things. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags. BIGGEST ISSUE was that the AC kept getting "locked" at 80 degrees. I contacted the property manager and it was "fixed" until literally later that day, and was never "unlocked" again. We spent the last two days of our stay sweaty as hell. Also, there was definitely a insect problem because multiple of us ended up with MULTIPLE bites a few were actual spider bites. I did make the property manager aware and they said they would call the pest guy to come back out after we left. If these two issues are fixed it is a great place to stay. The area is nice and there is a community pool.

Absolutely LOVE!!! this house. So much, that it’s our 2nd time we stay here!! Conveniently located to all of the Spring Training Stadiums specially the Peoria Sports Complex, grocery stores, shopping etc. It’s Super clean, in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. This house has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and relaxing. Mark and Kerry are absolute professionals. And the check in/check out process was a breeze. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful home over and over again.

Beautiful house in a private gated neighborhood. The house was immaculate with many extra touches. We especially enjoyed the covered patio as well as the backyard putting green. The community pool was just across the street. We would love to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We were very comfortable in the house, as it had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The backyard is cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the bbq and the fireplace! We loved having access to the small community pool. It’s a great home in a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked our stay at Sonoran mountain Ranch the neighborhood was very nice, pool was great. Sun city has great golfing at deer valley.

This was one of the most relaxing trips we have had lately. The home had everything we needed, space for everyone to have their own room, a community pool to entertain our daughter, golf near by to entertain the guys, and a patio with plenty of sunshine to read my new book! We grilled one night with a nice BBQ on the large patio. The home is a short distance from outlets, golf, hiking and airport. Kerry from Up North was very attentive and explained easily how to enter the gated community and use the facilities to the best it has to offer. Definitely fell in love with the area. Can't wait to come back again!
