There were 16 of us and we all had a wonderful time using the pool, the beach, the hot tub and indoor pool. The best part was relaxing on the front porch day and night with the outstanding view and just talking to one another. This house lets you reconnect with your loved ones yet gives you more than enough room for privacy.

This stay was exactly as presented, we all loved it and are coming back next year.

We rented this property for a wedding weekend at the Stage Neck Inn. It was wonderful to have a place for the bridal party to gather and get ready. The photographer even used it to take photos. It is a beautiful home!

We booked this for my wedding party and it was the best decision we made. The house was amazing and the perfect place for us all to gather. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful ocean views and sounds. Ocean views from many rooms. Fantastic layout for large parties. Warm gathering spaces with multiple large dining options and multiple living rooms. The property caretakers were wonderful, very responsive and courteous taking every opportunity to go above and beyond. Dave and Jane were fantastic. Definitely recommend this lovely home.

The bride and groom loved your house. No one needed to drive. Leasurely walk back and forth from the activities. Only complaint was the urgency to get everything done by the 10:00 check out deadline, with no one coming in, and no clean up crew all day. Giving us an extra hour as a courtesy would have been nice.

The Grand Maine Seaside Cottage is an extraordinary rental home. It is immaculately clean with a well organized kitchen. The butler kitchen is a real plus. We cook when there ,so enjoy the dual dishwashers, ovens, cooling drawers and up-to-date appliances. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a "private place." Our group of "older" women have been here twice and will return again. We love the views and easy access to town. Our group has rented many properties for our reunions. The Grand Maine Seaside Cottage is the best, by far. WE SHALL RETURN!!

I can't even say enough how absolutely wonderful our stay at the Grand Maine seaside cottage was....we were there for a family wedding and the bride and bridal party all got ready there! It was truly amazing! House is gorgeous and plenty of room for everyone! The family and friends were all able to come and go and we were able to have a family luncheon and pre wedding photos etc, and just so relaxing! Everyone wants to go back next year to celebrate....Absolutely perfect !! Can't wait to go back!!!

My family can't stop talking about our gathering at the 'cottage' for my daughter's college graduation weekend. The place is gorgeous inside and out, with plenty of room for my extended family, and it's so very well taken care of by the staff of the Stage Neck Inn. We simply could not have asked for a better experience. The beds were comfortable, the ocean views were exquisite, and everything was spotlessly clean....gosh, it even had a butler's pantry, a playroom and a big laundry room! The hotel staff (who handle everything from reservations through groundskeeping and cleaning) were so very helpful and caring, all while being consummate professionals. I have only two constructive criticisms....but they could just be personal taste.... 1) I'd organize the kitchen a little better - the placement of dishes, silverware, glasses and pots/pans in the cupboards wasn't very intuitive (to me), and 2) I'd put a rug or something in the dining porch to absorb some of the sound/reverb (it was a bit echo-y). My only other critique was that my budget wasn't big enough to be able to let everyone stay longer! Seriously, every time I talk with one of my siblings or my parents, that one gathering comes up as being among the best our family has ever had. And it was exactly the kind of celebration my daughter had dreamed of having. Thanks to all!!

We rented this property for our company's annual off-site conference and it worked great. Tons of common space - multiple living rooms with couches, two large kitchen tables, a huge kitchen with tons of refrigeration/dishwashers, etc. The bedrooms were large also. We appreciated the great views of the harbor and bay, and just a short walk from the beach. Unfortunately we went in the spring and weren't able to take advantage of the tennis courts and swimming pool, but the week we spent there was a great experience.

This lovely house was just perfect for our tennis gal pal reunion with absolutely everything we needed right at our doorstep! Beautifully appointed with plenty of space for gathering; clay tennis courts, pool, beach, great restaurant, great shopping...it has it all!

This house and Stage Neck Inn were the perfect place for our three generations. The house is beautiful and supplied with more than we needed. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable. We enjoyed the 10 rocking chairs while having morning coffee overlooking the ocean. With 16 people is never felt crowded. This is one of our favorite houses and we look forward to returning. My children want to spend Thanksgiving here but it is already reserved.

Our family of seventeen loved our stay at the Seaside Cottage. The house was spacious, well supplied and perfect for our needs. Our extended family rents a house in a different location every year and this was everyone's favorite. We especially enjoyed having the resort facilities such as indoor pool at our disposal. The property was clean well-maintained and exceeded the descriptions. We would definitely rent it again.

This was our third summer at the Grand Maine Seaside Cottage and we will absolutely be back again. The house is ideal for all ages...our family includes ages 3 to 81. The rooms are spacious, the bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is large and perfect for cooking for a big group, the access to beach, pool and tennis is superb. We park our cars and never have to leave the property (except to visit nearby Foster's for lobster and Dunne's for ice cream). We've been coming to Maine for years and this house tops all others.

We rented this gorgeous house for a week for our wedding at the Nubble lighthouse. It was incredible - and more than 8,000 square feet, I don't think "cottage" is an accurate description. So beautiful! We will definitely be back.

We have rented this property for the last 3 year and look forward to renting in again!!! Each spring we have a "Girls Weekend" for our family. We range in age from 25 to 85 and travel from all over the northeast for this terrific weekend! The property meets and exceeds our expectations. The rooms are nicely furnished and always very clean. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and chatting. The kitchen is supplied nicely with plates, glasses, pots and more. We enjoy being so close to the Stage Neck Inn because we take advantage of the spa, pool and dining. You can't go wrong with this property!!!!

My brother and I stayed over Thanksgiving week along with out mother, wives, and a total of four children under 3. It was the perfect house. Because of the layout each family had in essence their own floor of the house. The formal living room along with the TV room meant that there was plenty of privacy for adults and children. I really appreciated the number of refrigerators which enabled us to do most of our thanksgiving shopping in just one trip to the grocery store. Being associated with an inn meant that there was 24/7 support, especially when there was a bit of unexpected snow. The location is perfect with ocean views and a short hop into town for restaurants, shopping and groceries. We were able to enjoy everything that southern Maine had to offer. The size of the bedrooms and number of large beds made the house feel even more luxurious. We really felt that we were on vacation and able to truly relax. The kids loved exploring all the nooks and crannies of the house. They cannot wait to go back again next year.
