Great location, beautiful decor, spacious, all the things you could want in the room. Loved the shower & the bed/linens were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I really liked the location.

It could have had more “creature comforts” I always really appreciate water bottles In the fridge and small snacks especially if it’s been a long travel day and my hotel is the first destination between landing and going out.

the bed was comfortable. the teas and bath products were nice.

it was cold, lacked vibrational warmth, no side tables by bed. it was like a higher design level airbnb but without the half and half and beer. Yeah...yuck chemical creamer for the coffee. The tech wasn't self evident. I sort of hated the whole idea.

room was spacious and nicely decorated and had high ceilings. entry to and exit from the property was uncomplicated. garden patio was lovely. sound system for music was excellent. the bed was super comfy.

no luggage racks provided. lots of clothes hanging dove but no drawers. only two bath-sized towels provided, which is not enough for two adults on a multi day stay (plenty of hand towels though?). no stool or bench in the large stall shower made shaving legs nearly impossible. phillys elevated train is literally outside the window and is noisy when rumbles by, although you get used to the sound after a while. no hair dryer in the room but there is an ironing board??? the shower head is rainfall type and too high to adjust directionally which would not be an issue if there was also a hand held shower wand. bathroom also has little counter space although there is plenty of storage space under the sink (where extra bath towels and a hair dryer could have been provided but we’re not). Fishtown section of Philly is still in transition.

Location was close to many great restaurants. Parking lot was close too. Value seems pretty good. Love the space. Can't wait to come back. We'll be back in a few weeks as we've already booked another stay there.

The Garden Jawn bed seemed to be on a angle so one side was a bit "off". The heat was really tough to control too. Towel hooks in bathroom are too low (bottom of towel can't help but rest along floor). But otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Pretty loud though as guests move up and down the stairs (drunk). In fact, one woman fell down the stairs and you could hear it very easily in the room.

Location was cool and up and coming. Very beautifully appointed. Great soup on the corner at Good Spoon. Excellent shower in the Garden Jawn. The garden itself was lovely.

The Sonos app on the iPad was in need of an update in order to work. There was no access to the App Store so I was unable to update it and therefore unable to play any music during the stay, which, considering the room rate, was disappointing. Please make sure to check that all electronics are in full working order before each new guest.

Very clean and comfortable. Right down the street from the Filmore and Kung Fu Necktie if you’re in town for a show.

Really dumpy area and the train was right outside the window.
