Fabulous Condo with awesome balcony and view! Just as described. Great communication. Had a sevice call on the dishwasher which needed replaced and installed a new one right away!

We had a great stay! The property met our expectations!

The condo was very roomy and location is great! The downside is the elevators in this complex . You may have to wait 20 plus min during busier times. Or if it rains everyone is headed to elevators all at once. The balcony was nice , but furniture was very stained. I would suggest to have a wagon to get all stuff on ebevator and to beach , a laundry basket would have been great also. Overall a great place !

Very clean & beautiful

The condo unit was absolutely beautiful! The pictures describe it accurately and it's even better in person. There was 4 adults and 3 children and we felt like we have plenty of room. The only challenge we had was with the building elevators. It was often a long wait getting up from the beach during peak times. We learned to work around it and greatly enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our group of nine. Just enough room, but not too big. Views from the unit are spectacular! Property offers plenty of amenities and is close to area attractions. Only minor complaint is that the Phoenix West 2 has a less than ideal elevator situation. At peak times elevators are difficult to catch. Nevertheless a great unit and would recommend. Property owners are great to deal with also.

The property was excellent. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything anyone needed. Would have loved a K cup coffee machine but it did have a regular coffee machine. Needed a few things fixed which the owner had fixed immediately .Needed a few more handicap parking on each floor.

Son and I traveled to visit family. Condo as listed. Very roomy, great view, awesome facilities. Would certainly recommend.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The accommodations are nice & the pool, games, and boardwalk to the beach are nice. The only downside to this property is the elevators. We waited at times for 30-50 minutes to get on an elevator, especially at check-in, which actually took us over an hour to get on an elevator to go up to our room because they were full each time it opened.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. The property has plenty to do and it is very well maintained.

Our favorite beach trip yet! Great accommodations at a great complex. Phoenix West II is our new favorite place.

Reservation process was easy. Clear, concise, and friendly communication with property owner. Easy check in, accommodations were more than adequate, and the whole experience was pleasant.

The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We wish the kitchen would have been stocked with a few more necessities- garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The elevator situation at checkin was a disaster. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator. Over all, we had a wonderful time.

I will never stay at Phoenix West ll again, not because of unit 2210, BUT because of the elevators and parking… both were a nightmare our entire stay. It would take 30+ minutes to catch an elevator during peak times and 10-15 minutes during other times It was very frustrating when trying to leave and go, especially with a party of 8. There are only 6 elevators for this entire complex. One of the elevators was broken our entire stay which made the situation worse. I’ve never left a negative review for any place we have ever stayed in OBA and Gulf Shores for the past 15 years. We love to try different properties and complexes but this one is definitely off our list. I wish I had read the reviews more closely for this building, I found the same complaints dating back at least 2 years ago so this has been an ongoing problem. Unfortunately this is why I had to rate our overall experience low.

Checked in July 2, 2022, was given a 2 hour time limit parking pass to unload and move in, elevators were extremely slow & crowded, took 30 minutes to go up to the condo. I had to go to overflow parking lot near The Wharf at $16.50 per night. my son didn't leave his Phoenix West parking pass on his dash and he had a tire boot placed on his car, he had to go to the desk to get it removed before we could take my car to the overflow lot. Check in was extremely aggravating & stressful. Elevator service was very slow, elevator cars were packed. The condo itself was very nice, only problem was the dishwasher not working on the last night.

Four adults and four kids under 4 may not be exactly one's ideal dream vacation, but this Unit and the Condominium's amenities made our family trip a great experience. We will certainly be back!

The condo was absolutely the cleanest we ever stayed in. You won’t find a better equipped unit where the owner takes great care to provide a worry free vacation. Beach toys are even provided for the kids and noodles for the pool. If you stay here you won’t want to leave. We will be back as many times as we can.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beds were very comfortable. Actually all furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the deck the most could watch sunrise. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We love Phoenix West properties. This condo was absolutely the best we have stayed in. It was so beautiful and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect for our family!
