It was fun, I had grandchildren and they loved the ocean, LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Overall very nice. Also, the owner let me make a change to my reservation because my oldest Grandson was graduating on the original day of our reservation and we wouldn't be able to make it so they just let us change it to the next 2 days. Thank you so much for that. We enjoyed.....

The place was amazing. The view was breath taking and the condo had everything that we needed except for a blow dryer. I would recommend this condominium for any large family. There 3 pools and a lazy river. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. The beds and couches were comfortable and the 1/2 bath was perfect for guest so they didn’t have to enter the bedrooms. I’m in love with this location.

Large and clean condo, great location, views and parking. The only reason not a 5 is that the bedroom off the living room/ kitchen the bed headboard and frame needs to tighten or bolted its not very stable but all other beds and everything else is fantastic!! Will definitely stay again! Lesley

We loved the layout of the condo, the amenities of the property and the location to the beach. The condo itself needed a few kitchen items, and there were some hot and cold bedrooms. We didn't stay in the condo much, so it was tolerable. Being on the 10th floor was great - the view was amazing from the spacious balcony.

Only complaint is bedrooms are hot

We had one of the most amazing weekends at the beach, this place was perfect for our family!! The view that you get at this place is priceless. Location is perfect. We are definitely coming back!!

Condo was amazing!! Great view of the ocean and the state park since the condo is on the corner and the balcony wraps around. Every bedroom has a view and it’s own bathroom. Ike’s beach service did a great job having our beach chairs and umbrellas ready each day and checking on us to see if we needed anything. The lazy river was fun and relaxing. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the slide at the pool. The ice machine in the condo makes filling up your ice chests easy. The air pump at the pool to inflate our air rafts and tubs was a nice perk as well. The condo had everything we needed! We couldn’t have asked for better weather. It was a great week with our kids and grandbaby! We can’t wait to come back!

Condo was exactly as described. We had a short stay but had everything we needed. Everything was convenient and efficient.

This condo was great for our family of 10. Spacious and well equipped. Lots of activities to keep the teens entertained when they were not at the beach. Loved the convenience of parking “right outside” our 10th floor accommodations. The balcony area was huge w/lots of seating. Kelly was quick to answer questions and very informative. Would book again if in the area.

The property itself is a gem. The views are amazing, but the following issues made our stay less that satisfactory: (1) the host was unresponsive (2) cleaning crew dowsed the room in cleaning solution which we had to clean out by wiping the floor with water (3) the beds are terrible, literally fold in when you lay down (4) the checkin desk was very rude and made it clear that we were renters. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but when I spend thousands there is an expectation of a better experience. Again the property itself is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to all family & friends. Already planning our return trip for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the master bed mattresses still needs to be replaced. Too soft. Absolutely no support, which aggravated my back, post spinal surgery. But overall we loved it and we’ll see you for Mother’s Day!

Beautiful views, and comfortable environment. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with family and friends. The condo is large and and offered plenty of room for 8 people. We especially appreciated that there were bathrooms in every bedroom. The walk to the beach was relatively easy. Once, when it began to rain a long line formed at the elevators. The stairs are not an easy option when carrying lots of beach gear. Otherwise, the elevator service was quick. The few issues we had with the unit/facility were that the Wi-Fi would not allow us to stream a movie. It froze up several times. Additionally, the cookware needs some replacement. The frying pans were in particularly bad shape. Also, security shut down the pools on several occasions and they required everyone to leave the area (even the entire indoor pool area). They remained closed for long periods of time. They cited lightning one time, even though the weather was clearly, quite a distance away.

Beautiful condo. Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, plus a half bath for all to use. Balcony and constant sea breezes made it perfect.

Was a great place and every room had a great view of the ocean very clean and lots of room. I have no complaints of this place. Would rent it again in a heart beat.

We had a wonderful vacation here! The condo was spacious and Stacy and her crew did an excellent job preparing it for our stay- clean and stocked with starter supplies. The balcony is incredible! It’s huge with unobstructed views to the front and west from anywhere you may be sitting- outside or in. The bedrooms all have floor to ceiling windows with a small balcony and a view of the ocean. The location is great as there are no other large condos to either side to obstruct your view and plenty of space on the beach to get close to the water. Our vacation here will be one to remember! We had a great time. The one and only problem was the place had not been clean. So, we cleaned it ourselves.

Luxury condo unit and property. Property is great location. Set up of unit is great. Plenty of utensils, dishes, cups, pots, pans, etc. There is a regular coffee pot and Keurig in the unit. An Electric can opener, and blender. Good size fridge. We had 8 adults and a toddler and plenty of room. The Master bedroom bed is comfortable, however the other three bedroom mattresses are going to need to be replaced soon. Pillows need replacing, but we read this about pillows in previous review and some of us did bring our own. Others went and purchased some while we were there. The living room furniture is very cozy and comfortable. Nice TV's in all rooms and living room.

The place is amazing!! Be sure to bring your own soap; there was no bar soap. Bring other supplies you need like plastic trash bags. No extra is provided. Also, bring plenty of towels. The unit doesn’t provide many and they are small. The view amazing. Plenty of space. Love the floor plan. May want to bring a sharper knife if cooking a lot. Would go back to this unit. The amenities at the resort are top of the line. Parking so easy. Enjoy!!

I have stayed at Phoenix West II multiple times but this was my first stay in this unit and it was definitely not up to par with others available onsite. 1) the condo was not very well cleaned. There was items in the fridge, the master bedroom sheets did not look clean so had to be washed before we could settle in for the night. 2) upon settling in the shower in one of the room did not drain so you were standing in 2in of water the whole time. We called Constance who’s voicemail is full when she called back Saturday night she stated she would have maintenance there Monday to fix it they never showed. 3) the ice maker needs a new filter and was hardly producing ice called Constance again Tuesday for that voicemail full and no return call. 4) not enough towels in unit to accommodate the amount of people it states it sleeps. Overall the condo is exactly how it is described but I would definitely pay attention to the reviews because the issues above seem to be consistent with most guest

Fabulous, beautiful and LARGE corner unit. Extremely clean. Wonderful host. First family vacay and it will be FOREVER remembered as awesome and a huge success! Highly, highly recommend. Kelly is sweet and most helpful and a huge help to this vacay success. We will most definitley be back!

This is our second year staying in this specific unit, and we had a great time! The unit is beautiful, laid out fantastic, and the balcony is absolutely amazing! They have added a walk in pantry since last year, and that was an extremely nice bonus, because we always do a large grocery purchase for the week. They have all the kitchen stuff you could need for cooking, and even have a Keurig that’s new this year. You won’t regrets staying here!!!

We have stayed at multiple Phoenix West properties over the years. This unit was great and we would definitely stay again.

This property was just right for our family's vacation in Orange Beach. The unit and property were clean and well maintained, there was plenty of room, there was something for everyone to do, we were close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the views from this unit are really nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was nicely decorate it in the condo however every single bed needs updating! the beds are horrible! I had to put pillows under my mattress to prop it up because it sunk down so bad. what few pillows we had were flat. One bed had the feet of it broken at the end. so if you sat down at the foot of it, the head wanted to fly upward. there was only eight towels in the entire condo that sleeps 12. So you want want to bring extra bath towels. It only had One dish cloth and one hand towel in kitchen. Property location was nice.. front desk was very rude. Upon arriving they told us we had to park in overflow across the street with our third vehicle that we paid $35 per vehicle to park. and over half the condominium complex and parking garage was empty the entire time we were there. It’s a very large unit with a very nice layout accommodates 12 comfortably. If I plan to come back to Orange Beach in the future I will look into staying there again.
