The booking and check-in was easy with the property owner friendly and promptly responsive to all our questions. The house is huge, we had 4-5 families with 11-13 persons and 2 small dogs with plenty of room, kitchen was tight but efficient. The two king master suites were a huge hit but other bedrooms were spacious as well. Convenient to the pool, the beach and overflow parking if you need more than 3 spaces. The gated neighborhood was great (as usual) our 12th year in Emerald Shores. I would recommend this house and hope that stay again.

This house was so beautiful, perfectly located, and exactly what we needed! The Destin beaches were incredible and the shuttle literally always picked us up on our short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here- Owner was super helpful and we loved the home!

The house was great for our family vacation. The kitchen is great and the rooms are separate providing privacy. My siblings and I with our children and mother and father had a wonderful trip. The 14 of us had plenty of room. The walk to the beach was longer than I expected and we had to cross the road but it was way enough to get to. The location of the pool was perfect.

My family and I stayed here for a family reunion/summer vacation. Al was very responsive and easy to get a hold of of we needed anything. The house was exactly how described and slept all of us comfortable. The second day we were there the washer and dryer broke and I contacted Al and he immediately looked into the situation and kept us updated.

We loved our stay at Casa Grande. Close to pool, beach, restaurants and shopping! Our grandkids loved the pool and beach! Weather was great and the house was very comfy and homey!! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us!! House was beautiful!

Would return in a heartbeat. Home was phenomenal, location was outstanding and communication with owner was fantastic. Absolute loved our stay.

The house couldn’t have been better! Perfect size for our extended family (11 total) and so close to everything we needed! We had some issues upon check in with the property manager but the owner Al was quick to respond and fixed any issues immediately! Al was wonderful, attentive, and communicated exceptionally!!

This house is fantastic! We stayed here with 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 kids and we had more than enough room. The house is a short walk to the beach and was very comfortable. The owner, Al, was super kind and helpful. The few suggestions I do have are minor. 1. The door code we were given didn't work so we left the place open most of the time. 2. They sent us an email stating that the house had salt and pepper so I took it off my grocery list, but there wasn't. No biggie, I just thought it was funny that they specifically said there would be. 3. There weren't any potholders and only one dish towel. We went to get stuff out of the oven and were like, "Uh oh!" Other than those very minor suggestions we absolutely loved it! We would highly recommend!

We love Emerald Shores and the location to the beach is great. The owner was so helpful and very quick to reply. We were given the wrong check-in codes for the gate and the house from the management company. However, the owner was quick to make sure we had all we needed to correct the situation. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The home was very clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of household items to cook meals and lots of game and books to use. It was just a short walk to the beach and the home was a short drive to shopping, food or anything else you need.

Awesome location, easy walk to the beach. House was well stocked with everything we needed! Pools were heated for the kids, quiet area

Awesome house with a gracious host! Al was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. 5 stars all the way. Zero complaints from our trip. Everyone had a blast. Plenty of room for our entire group. Fully stocked kitchen was no joke. Short walk to the private beach and right across the street from the pool. The beach pavilion really is the icing on the cake. Private bathrooms and a fully stocked snack bar for the kids and adults, too. I do recommend making umbrella/chair reservations in advance if you want front row seats on the gulf. Other than that, a perfect home away from home. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation rental.

House was exactly as described. Wonderful family vacation - plenty of room for family of 15. Property manager was easy to contact & checked on us at checkin.

We had such a wonderful experience for our family vacation. There were 14 of us total and there were plenty of beds and bedrooms to go around. We loved the 2 wagons that were provided. Those were extremely helpful when going to the beach (which had private access and was only 5-8 minutes away). Also, being directly across the road from the pool was amazing for the kids!The secondary fridge was a huge bonus. Our family likes to cook and it was really great to be able to store extra drinks etc in there while having plenty of room in the main fridge for food. When we didn't cook, the house was located near a lot of great options for dining out (15-20 minutes either direction).Only couple of items: kitchen was a bit small for a larger group that likes to cook. You couldn't really have more than 3 people in there at a time to get anything accomplished. The quantity of utensils needed to be increased for a house that would sleep as many as it does. The only other thing were the cleaning tools available. The broom needed an upgrade and a slightly larger trash can would have been helpful (since all trash had to be in a bag inside the can). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay very close to beach the house had more then enough room for all of us to move around have the wagons for the beach provided was very nice made it easy to get all of our stuff to the beach

We love staying here. Easy walk to ocean and across st from pool! Lots of extra blankets and pillows to get cozy after a day of sun!

Like, have to wear your socks, and at the end of the day they're a different color, dirty. Great location for beach and pool access! Enjoyed our time there with our kids and grandkids. The house has plenty of space! The renters before us apparently left the house in bad shape so the cleaners had to take a little extra time to clean. I feel the house could have been cleaner.

The owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions including best places to eat! The house was very close to the beach and we were able to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Our only complaint was the houseful of teenage college students next door that began partying from 10pm until 3-4 am. We would definitely rent this property again in the future. Thank you Mr. Apling

We loved our stay. Al was excellent with communication. We were low on gas for the grill and he brought it right away. You can tell that he listens to his guest and wants them to have a happy and care free stay. I wish the beach would have been a little closer walk, although the wagons helped a lot.

A short walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is big and clean. Very nice and fit everyone in our party. The owner was very responsive. If you are looking for a beautiful house in a great location look no further.
