This house worked so well for our family gathering! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the only house we've ever stayed at with a dining room table that all of us could fit at! It was very clean and just across the street from a beautiful beach! Kitchen had plenty of supplies and hosts were very responsive.

This is a spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable property for a large multi-generational group. The house is exactly as advertised, the beach access is easy, the kitchens have every appliance and utensil one could want for a wonderful week of cooking, eating and relaxing together.

The house had everything we could ever need—lots of amenities. Ronnie was fantastic at answering any questions. We would highly recommend this house and any of the other houses hosted by the same property management team. We could see the water and the sun rise from our 3rd floor deck!

We have a large family and have a hard time finding places that can accommodate all of us, but this house was perfect! It has plenty of beds, two kitchens and plenty of space to spread out. I mean, it has six decks! And we can't overlook the huuuge dining table that fit all of us, possibly for the first time ever. The house is just across the street from the beach with easy access. It's far enough away from the busy shopping areas but close enough to get there quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if the family wanted to come back next year... and we rarely ever go to the same place twice.

We enjoyed a nice family reunion in Nags Head because of this property. The weather did not cooperate so we spent more time indoors then we expected. Fortunately the home was spacious and we were able to relax comfortably and enjoy each other.

There was plenty to do inside. It was a little chilly during our time there. We enjoyed the pool table and puzzles. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom which was wonderful. We even had a great movie night. This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed We wi definitely be back and looking forward. Hopefully the weather will be better so we can use the pool.

This is our first family trip. We relaxed, laughed, sat on the deck, walked to the beach but did little sight seeing. All of us work and the kids are busy in school. They all needed a break

Second year staying in this neighborhood. Loved this home. Plenty of room for everyone and fully equipped with everything we needed. Already planning our trip back for next year…

We were only there for a long weekend but everything that is written about this home is accurate. The house is very nice, well taken care of, the kitchens are stocked with all dishes and cookware you need, plenty of room for your family or guests, easy walk to the beach. The home was well prepared and clean when we arrived. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. We would definitely rent this house again when we are in the area in the future.

For a family reunion and large gathering, this was a great property to stay at. Plenty of room and bedrooms for those who wanted to stay, plus balconies on every floor, 1 large main kitchen and a smaller kitchen on a different floor for those who wanted more peace and quiet, both functional with lots of fridge space. Would have been nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, but we made do. It's right across the street from the beach, but the road to cross can be busy so need to watch the younger kids. We could have used more garbage and recycling bins, or had more than one pickup for a whole week stay, as all the bins were overflowing by the time we left, which of course attracted lots of flies. So make sure you close the doors quickly, or the flies will get inside and be a nuisance. The management company was very responsive. The elevator worked well, especially for those who were staying on the upper floors and to bring groceries to the main kitchen on the top floor.

This was a awesome place to stay and it provided our scrapbooking group with enough room for 11 of us to set up all of our tools and projects. We really enjoyed the beach being so close, with easy access. It was also great that there were so many stores handy too us. We had everything we needed. Everyone especially liked the elevator, as most of us are 65 plus. We will hopefully be returning next year! 🙂

Beautiful, clean, extremely roomy, polite and helpful hosts, and "easy to stay" in every way imaginable for our group of 26. The bedroom on the second floor that was directly under the 3rd floor dining table should be mindful that early risers may choose to pull out dining chairs and wake the 2nd floor sleepers. (The dining chairs are nice and sturdy, but they do make a loud dragging noise across the floor as someone pulls out the chair, which may affect those still sleeping in the bedroom directly under the dining table.) That said, the huge tables with ample seating for a large group was perfect for family meals together. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms.. We liked the theater room, pool table, 2 laundry areas, 2 full sized kitchens, and the comfortable porches. One of our favorite features was that this home was only a few minutes walk from the ocean. We enjoyed sledding on the nearby sand dunes and visiting Kitty Hawk. (We brought our own saucer sleds). We actually stayed in this very house in Feb of 2018 for a reunion as well. Both stays were late winter but still not bad temperature-wise outside, and the "off season" stay also made this reunion about as affordable as we could have possibly asked for a group of our size! We would definitely stay here again, and we most definitely recommend it to others.

The home was exceptionally clean and we loved the layout. Lots of room to spread out and enjoyed the location. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of amenities. We had trouble working the tv when we arrived (user error), but Ronnie had us up and running in no time. She also called to let us know we could stay longer if needed since some of us were unable to drive home in the hurricane that unexpectantly headed our way. Thank you for the memories!

We rented the house last year and decided to come back to NC. Luckily this house was available about the same time frame in August. Same as before, nice big house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. If we come back next year, will rent again if this place is available.

Excellent property for a large group. The living space was great for a big group, enough to spread out but also big enough for groups to spend time together. The large table was perfect for big family dinners. The large main living area worked really well for an anniversary party. Some things in the property could use updating. But overall the amenities were very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Deck furniture was really nice. Location to beach was convenient, just across the street. Everyone really enjoyed the trip, including the teenagers who got a lot of use out of the game room.

Great house for big group. A bit shopworn but clean and as advertised. We had great trip, beach across the street and easy access.

We really enjoyed renting this property it had large spaces , very clean and convenient to the beach and nag head. More than likely will be renting this property next year.

Overall we had a great stay here. 3 generations of family from 1-75. We loved the house and layout of everything. I would have personally preferred the theatre room on the top floor instead the middle floor just because it was out of the way of where people congregate so other than the children, no adults used it. Those of us with kids slept on the bottom level because having your own kitchen/fridge/living area plus the game room was amazing for them. Those without kiddos slept on the middle floor. The pool was a lot smaller in person especially when compared to the neighbors on both sides, however it was too cold to use during our stay anyway (middle of May). All the kitchens were well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and a plethora of cooking devices. It would be nice to have some storage containers for leftovers, but we were mostly able to use ziplocks. Everything was well cleaned except if you have crawling babies on the entry level, prepare for them to need to be wiped down/bathed cuz they will turn their skin and clothes dark. Also, we spent so much time on the top floor and all the exterior windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see outside, but we just “cleaned” a few ourselves. We did initially notice some things like staining on many ceilings, and though they weren’t appealing, there were no leaks that we could see or feel. There wasn’t any chalk for the pool sticks and no ball for the foosball, however, the property manager was super quick to have someone drop those off. A few of us noticed that the signals for some TV’s were too weak that they couldn’t be used…. Or at least we didn’t want to take the time to figure it out, however there are so many TV’s throughout the house, that it wasn’t even a big deal. A funny note: so many flies get in the house from people coming in and out, but we kept forgetting to grab a fly swatter at the store. At the very end of our trip (as we were packing to leave), one of the taller members of the group found a whole ton of fly swatters on top of not one, but both of the refrigerators. I am only guessing that there are that many because previous renters have bought them and left for future guests, but they keep getting put on top of the fridges where most wouldn’t look or see them. Also note, on top back balcony there are loose spindles on left side. Luckily we check everything before letting the kids (especially the crawling ones) outside or they could have fallen through easily if pushed).

This house has three levels and plenty of room. We liked having the large living room upstairs with lounge chairs and big TV's. Adults enjoyed upstairs while the teenagers enjoyed the downstairs. It was nice having two kitchens because we cooked meals every day for a crowd of 20. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. This house is pet friendly and it did not have any bad smells and was well cleaned. It is close to grocery stores and shopping.

Property can use some updates, the doors on every floor front and back are not worth nothing. They were hard to close and lock, the top floor back balcony door was nailed shut with a sign saying a guest had broken door and they were waiting a replacement door. But none of the doors were any good as far as drafts or security wise. Elevator was on outside of house, don't recall if that was in listing but does make a difference when it's chilly, rainy and the winds whipping like they did on our visit with elderly people and a toddler having to go outside to ride the elevator. Place was clean and spacious. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our group of 20. The bedrooms were comfortable, having 2 kitchens was a big help, and our group really enjoyed the pool table and TVs. The location is super convenient, too!

Family reunion with 4 generations present. The weather was absolutely picture post card perfect!!! I was concerned that a "fully stocked kitchen", as designated by someone else, might not be my idea of a fully stocked kitchen, so we brought extra appliances, etc. Didn't need anything but extra crockpots... the kitchen had everything you might need to cook for 28 people. More than enough room for everybody. Clean and comfy. We had a wonderful time. Hoping the next generation now picks up the torch and makes it an annual event, and if so - we'll be back!!!

Location was not far from the beach, only across the street from public beach access with plenty of parking. Home had enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Only wish was a jacuzzi. Other than that would still recommend this place if you are looking for a big home with lots of amenities. Hope to book again for next year!

We enjoyed staying at Sandfiddler for our family vacation. There was plenty of space and we loved that the property was dog friendly. We weren’t able to enjoy the back patio because of the broken door but other than that no real issues with the house. We would definitely stay again.

Loved it and the few issues we had were promptly handled. A recommendation I would give is that the exterior doors need to be worked on or replaced as they were very hard to open or had other issues. All my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and friends who came to visit were impressed.

We were so surprised at how great this property was. The photos do not do this place justice. Plenty of room for everyone this is a great property for a large group at a great price!

The location was great, view of the ocean as well as quick access to the beach. The elevator made a visit by the 80-year-old grandmother from Charlotte NC possible: thank you! The interior is well-suited to pets and we really appreciated the pool, too!

My husband arranged to have the kids and some of the grands together to celebrate my 60th birthday. After a year of not being able to celebrate much of anything all together this was a fantastic place where we could all still spread out, but be together. Everone agrees we should come back for my husbands 70th in Dec!
