This place was perfect for our annual girls getaway. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was right off the ocean. The only suggestion I have would be to renovate the screened in porch area; it could use some work. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations!

Property was as advertised and location excellent. Used as extra lodging for family Christmas hosted in Market Commons. Linens provided in plastic wrap and we made beds upon arrival. Tv's and wifi all good. Kitchen has regular coffee maker plus Keurig. Ice maker in freezer. Nice view of sunrise every morning and enjoyed unseasonably warm weather. Condo clean and a few things were left by prior renters, so take inventory before going to store. Nicely updated and everything worked!

We had an amazing two weeks staying in this spacious condo! This is the second time we stayed here and we just LOVE Surfside Beach. Our place was clean, on the ocean, and convenient to golf and restaurants. Looking forward to a return trip!!!!!!

All in all it was a great week. We were a little disappointed at the obstructed ocean view because of the palm trees. But the day before we left the tree trimmers came and it was much improved. Condo is very clean, well equipped (except for no corkscrew or bottle opener), comfortable beds and very convenient parking and easy beach access . The pool is also very nice. Some directions for the television sets would have been nice - we did finally figure out but it took us a while I would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a great time at the condo. Everything is as pictured; clean, spacious, and so close to the beach. We couldn't have asked for any better accommodations for our group of 8. We had a small issue with the tv in the living room, but that got resolved when the younger, more tech savvy people figured things out. The littlest ones, ages 4 and 5, could not get enough of the swimming pool, and took daily trips to the beach to collect sea shells each morning. This made the first floor access especially important and handy. Over the last 20+ years, my wife and I have stayed at several condos in the Myrtle Beach area (probably 8 or more). While a balcony is nice for the view it affords, the first-floor, beach facing access of this particular unit was definitely worth the trade-off. Stay here, and you will say goodbye to the days of schlepping all your earthly belongings to a slow-moving, wet and dirty-floored, sometimes stinky, elevator every morning and back again in the afternoon. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and would (will) stay here again if opportunity affords the next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Convenient location on ground floor with great view of the beach and ocean! Enjoyed the screened porch with rocking chairs and the shared pool. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

This apartment was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. The beach and ocean are just steps away and we enjoyed early morning walks. Our son and family spent the afternoons on the beach. The apartment is equipped with chairs and buckets. There are restaurants close by along with the Garden City Pier. Murrell's Inlet is a short drive with wonderful restaurants and seafood markets to purchase fresh fish. We thoroughly enjoyed Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to Surfside Beach.

It was so easy to schedule the rental. Thee owners were very responsive and answered all questions easily. Easy check in and check out process. Beautiful view to the beach! Beach is right outside the back door! Will definitely stay again.

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo! I stayed there with my elderly parents. The condo was perfectly suited for our needs, first floor convenience, screen porch with rocking chairs for us to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon breezes. Beach access was very close and we were able to come and go without much hassle. I enjoyed the morning sunrises and liked having the ability to get there quickly without having to wait for an elevator like in a high rise. The location was exceptional as it is located close to the pier, restaurants and shopping. If I could change one thing it might be to suggest some more kitchen items such as measuring cups and maybe a tray to take food outside on the porch. Beds slept great. We hated to leave!

We had a great time at your place at Surfside Beach. The Condo was just as advertised. The beach was great and our family enjoyed it. We will want to come again when time permits. One quick comment just to let you know. You are running low on eating utensils. There were very few knives, forks and spoons for eating and would not serve a family of four or more. We were fine. The sheets from the linen company did not fit the beds correctly and kept coming off. The bedspreads did not fit the beds and needed to be cleaned. There is not enough silverware for the number of guests and needs to be replenished. Need to make sure that guests know there is only a Kurig coffee pot so they will need to purchase the K-cups. The refrigerator does not keep the food cold enough even when the temperature is lowered. I would think about replacing it with a bigger unit. The location is great and it was wonderful not to have stairs to climb. Would rent this unit again in the future.

Beautiful ocean front views! Love that you can access from the living room and master bedroom! Excellent communication with owners while we were there. Overall wonderful experience!

After being with family during the heigth of the shutdown, our grands and us (PAPA AND MIMI) decided we needed to plan a getaway to isolate from computers .. This condo was perfect! On ground level- no climbing stairs or elevators and a beautiful view of the ocean from the den as well as the screened in porch which by the way had 4 great rocking chairs!The beach was right there to enjoy all week with no lugging lots of stuff back and forth. Our grands-ages 13 and 11- said it was the best place they had ever stayed at the beach because it was so convenient for everything! Decorated nicely and everything required to do when leaving was spelled out nicely.

Upon arrival smell of bug spray and found dead ants in the cabinets in addition to several dead palmetto bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. Master bedroom shower not draining well. Overall had great weather and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This condo was perfect for our family and it was in a wonderful location. The pool and beach were easily accessible which is so important with our 3 little ones (4,6,7 yo). The condo was even nicer than the pictures!

We had a fantastic week! Away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet close enough for the kids, a short drive to everything and anything. It’s a quieter family community which is great. Our view was fantastic and being on the first floor made it so easy to carry in and take out. The unit was very spacious, which is nice when you have teenagers, I still had privacy and my own retreat in the master b/r. I loved the way the master opens up to the porch. I spent a lot of early mornings out there alone with my breakfast in the oversized rocking chairs taking in the sunrise and the ocean breeze. We took advantage walking the beach to the close by low key pier where they have the Surf Diner and Ice cream parlor. I feel completely rejuvenated and my children and I will definitely book here again!!! Thank you to the owners. 🙏�🏼�😊�💫�

The unit was in excellent condition, the new renovations are super .... we have reserved for next year for 3 months.

This is nice updated condo! It was very clean & 1st floor is very convenient for a lot of things! I only wish view of the beach was better (palm trees really diminish view) but I'm sure they help with the storms! Overall nice condo & love the location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to the beach and the porch.

We had a great time!! Was worried about the unit being to small but that was not an issue. Our two families had plenty of space. We weren't so lucky with the weather though. The unit had lots of beach toys and supplies which was great. We will be back!!!!!

The location of this condo is perfect. The condo is nicely decorated, and the 1st floor, screened-in porch was exactly what we needed for our 16 month old daughter. We could relax on the rockers, and know that she could safely play. When we arrived on Saturday, we were overjoyed to see that the porch led right out to the ocean. Its beautiful! However, at the beginning of the week, what can only be described as a temporary, makeshift fence was built directly in front of the property's first floor porches, blocking the ability to walk right out onto the beach. The fence syphoned all of the first floor condos down to the property's beach access stairs to get to the beach. I'm not sure if this is only during peak season or for construction of some sort (we saw nothing going on after the fence was built), but it really took away from the beauty of the condo's direct access to the beach. Not to mention the fence was quite an eye sore. We even had people who are renting this property over labor day weekend stop us on the beach after seeing us leave the condo, and ask about the fence. Hopefully it's just temporary, because it really takes away from a fantastic feature of this property. And finally, the Wi-Fi and TV in the living room both need to be addressed. I know that when going on vacation, technology should be left behind, but unfortunately, we all rely too heavily on them. The main TV in the living room constantly blacked out, or required multiple turn-ons before the picture would show (sound would come on), and the WI-FI was basically useless. It is spotty, at absolute best. We could not get any of our devices to remain connected, and unfortunately, our baby monitor relies on Wi-Fi. We made due throughout the week without the monitor, but it was very disappointing to have such a beautiful property lack on two very simple, but essential items. All in all, we would certainly return to this condo. It is beautiful, and in the perfect spot. With those minor updates to the technology, it would be absolutely perfect.
