We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at the Hickman Hideaway. Had a great time being able to play some pool. Very cozy and great job with the thorough instructions. Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed the game room each night! The beds available were good unless you had two people who were not married/together. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, sitting by the fire table on the deck among the beautiful trees, and enjoyed the sparkle coming off of the lake. The trek to Sedona was a bit much, but the ease of access to Flagstaff does make this a great spot to lay your head. The area is just beautiful with the tall pines and cabins, you can't go wrong with a walk around the neighborhood. The place is easy to find and we had ample direction on how to operate everything within the home for a comfortable stay.

The property was nice with the small town feel, about 35 minute drive to Sedona hiking trails.

Such a great place for all ages! Extremely clean, great communication and an overall beautiful location. We went with our son who is 1. Crib, pack n play, baby gates and a high chair were all available. Beautiful fireplace on the deck, game room downstairs, and a short walk to the lake. Couldn't of asked for anything better.

Great location owner really nice to work with

The Hickmans have really set the bar high. The communication was excellent before and after we booked. Access was a breeze and the house directions were simple, yet detailed. The place was very clean and organized. Everything that we needed to cook family meals was there. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family and friends spent wonderful week at the cabin. It has plenty of space for 6 ppl and is very well maintained. We enjoyed views of tall pines from the warmth of the living room every morning. The hosts were very attentive to our questions/requests. We made the right choice picking the cabin for 2021 spring break.

Our trip was centered around hiking in Sedona and Oak Creek, visiting the Grand Canyon, etc. We decided to stayed in Munds Park bc it was more affordable and more space than options in Sedona. The drive into Sedona takes about 40+ min depending on which way you go but it's so beautiful that you hardly notice even with 3 young kids in the van. We arrived during the last week of winter and mother nature wanted to go out with a good snowstorm. This made our arrival difficult but man did it make for a beautiful winter wonderland the next few days. The owners did their best to try and have driveways shoveled but more snow kept coming in the hours leading up to our arrival and rendered any prior day shoveling useless. Shoveling during the stay is the occupants responsibility which is fine. I needed the workout. Heated walkway mats helped get most of the way to the front door without slipping. The house is equipped with enough heating options (central heat, space heaters, wall heaters) to keep you comfortable in any room. Beds were extremely comfortable which was nice after long hiking days in Sedona and skiing at Snow Bowl. The basement shower for the master bdrm is a corner install and a little small for an average size person so I used the shower on the main floor most of the time. The living rm tv came equipped with a ROKU which was nice to access streaming content for kids. I would suggest adding a tv to the basement bedroom since its setup more like a master bdrm. The host was extremely good at communicating and checking in with me during our stay. Overall great trip and stay.

Loved the location, amenities and cleanliness of home. Very comfortable and easy to figure everything out.

Showers are a little tiny (I'm 6'4, 265), but over all great times!

The cabin was clean and owner did a great job decorating the place, they even have a Christmas tree so we can put gifts under. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The kids loved the game room. There was one day had snow so that made the stayed so memorable. Thanks Sondra for everything.

Our family of 8 with 4 kids under 5 years old spent the week of Thanksgiving here. Beautiful cabin. Great location. Walking distance to the small lake. Very child friendly with crib, pack and play, highchair and gates for stairs. Also a playground just 2 minutes drive away. We loved spending our mornings on the patio around the fire pit and our evenings down in the game room. Sondra was very friendly and easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions we had while there. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful. Clean. Great beds, furniture, decor. The owners thought of everything you could possible need to make you stay there the best.. Clear instructions about operation. This is the best cabin we have ever rented by far! Thank you Hickmans.

We had a great time sitting around the outside fire at night, shooting some pool and darts in their game room, watching Saturday football by the fire and really relaxing. We also grilled some fillets for our small feast and all of the beds were very very comfortable. Top Notch experience.

This cabin is amazing! It’s cozy and quiet, and the owners have thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the basement game room and the super comfy beds! We loved our stay at Hickman Hideaway and plan to visit again. Thank you, Hickmans!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hickman Hidaway. The beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in yet and the house had all the comforts of home. The playroom in the lower level was perfect for our kids to hang out in and the porch is the best place to enjoy the great weather. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

My family and I just loved this property! So many things for the kids to do and the lake was just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to return in the future
