Great location, beautiful home, well equipped kitchen. Couldn't ask for one thing to be different. It's perfect!

All I can say is Wow!!! This Bayside rental is decorated so beautifully and has such a comfortable vibe. I absolutely love the remodeled kitchen with all the amenities to create fabulous meals during our stay. However, the best thing is waking up in the morning pulling the blinds up, opening the doors and watching the boats, paddle boarders, kayakers walkers and runners Going about their day, it’s such a wonderful view!!! There were fresh cut flowers placed in the condo upon arrival, which was such a nice touch. Overall 5 stars, I would give it more if I could…. I can not wait to plan our next visit to this bayside beauty. Thank you!

My family had a fabulous week right on Mission Bay. The location was great, right on the water at the Bay, a short walk to the beach and super convenient for traveling around San Diego. Also very close by was Belmont Park, restaurants, playground and Ray's Rentals where you can get anything from bikes to surf boards and soccer balls. We rented stand up paddle boards and paddled around the Bay one afternoon. Grant was very responsive to my questions and provided beach towels so we didn't have to pack them in our luggage. Great property, great host and great location! My kids have already asked if we can go back next year and I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!

We couldn't have found better accommodations, in a better spot on the beach/bay. We loved staying on the quiet bay, while having easy access to the busier beach and boardwalk, a 5 minute walk. My favorite thing was drinking my coffee on the patio then running in the morning before everyone woke up. This condo is very well stocked to prepare any meal you could imagine. I loved the fresh flowers provided by the hosts. The hosts were great to work with. Parking for one (not large) vehicle. Parking is super tricky (back-in only) into a very small spot, and at an angle. I wouldn't try parking a larger SUV. We had a minivan and we had to get out of the van before my husband parked otherwise we couldn't open the doors to get out. He mastered parking our fill size minivan in that spot but if we were driving anything larger we would have been in real trouble!! If you have more than 1 vehicle to park, have a large SUV, have small children to get in and out of the vehicle, or suck at back-in parking, you may want to consider all of your options.

This place is a great place for a family vacation. Very clean, with great amenities.

The property was just perfect. Very clean, organized, well stocked. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled. It's obvious a lot of attention goes into this property to ensure it's an enjoyable stay for their guests. The location on the water is incredible, as is the peaceful and beautifully landscaped patio area that overlooks the bay. It was hard to leave! I would definitely book this property again in an instant! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this condo met the mark!

This was one of the nicest units that my family had the pleasure of staying at. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be rebooking!

Grant's property in Mission Bay was such a wonderful set up for our family of 4. It's just a few minute walk to the bustle of Mission Beach, but its quiet and peaceful in the house. My boys are aged 5 and 8 and the Bayside was perfect for the boys to search for shells and beachcomb while I enjoyed the patio/cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The nautical theme and the fresh flowers was a nice touch. We did day outings to Midway, the zoo, Balboa, Coronado, La Jolla - so easily accessible from the property! The Sea World fireworks across the beach was a nice bonus. Thank you for having us and would love to stay here again :)

Stayed in this amazing beach house to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The house and location were amazing. The host was friendly and very helpful. Everything we needed was provided. This is an impeccably designed beach house that gives chill vibes. We all loved it and hope to return soon !

The location is perfect on the quiet bay side of Mission Bay but walkable to the more crowded beachside. Parking was fine in the spot provided. Clean and well kept property with minimal noise from above guests.

Came down for family get together for Father and son Bday celebration. There was something for everyone at this relaxing, beautiful home. We enjoyed the beach which was so perfectly situated and close! Stores and coffee shops were within walking distance as was the ocean with the boardwalk. This getaway paradise couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This group loves to eat and cook so we were more than pleased with the kitchen, appliances, and kitchen accessories, just like home!!! Decor was lovely and outside patio with BBQ and furniture work welled with our outside time. Of course you couldn’t beat the view. Would love to come again and stay longer. It was the best VROB we have stayed at!

It was so nice just to get away and be by the bay and how beautiful it was. Drinking coffee out on the patio was my favorite. The beach was very close by and we were able to go to Seaworld and the zoo. Everything just seem to be right there. The house was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. Would love to stay there again.

We have a family of 4 including two kids -13 and 10 and it was perfect! The home is just as described- clean and well appointed with a great location. The location was wonderful- right on the bay and a very quick and easy walk to the beach, food/coffee and rentals.We have a great time and absolutely fell in love with the area. The owners are friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed for a great stay. We hope to come back in the future!

Nice location right on the bay beach front. House clean and nice. No AC so a little warm at times and a bit noisier than expected as house is shared and very close to other houses. We enjoyed the location and the stay.

We've been VRBOing for quite some time and I found this to be a very favorite spot. We took the kids to the Zoo 15minutes away. Other than that we just enjoyed our beach and the property. This house has beautiful higher end amenities and is Central to many wonderful SD. attractions. Ralph's supermarket is a short drive away. The bottom bunk needs to be better though, it's uncomfortable.

We recently visited San Diego with our two young children. Our stay at this property was perfect. The bay of the ocean is a perfect area for children to play. It’s a short walk to fun boardwalk activities. The condo was clean and a perfect size for a family of five. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone and we plan to visit again in the future. Parking is a bit difficult if you have a large vehicle so if possible I would get a smaller vehicle for your stay.

I booked this condo for a small family get together with my mother and sister and we absolutely loved our stay. The condo itself is lovely, well furnished, and impeccably clean. There’s a great, large patio that looks right out to the bay, a BBQ, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space. The location is also perfect, it’s walkable to the beach, lots of food options, and the amusement park nearby. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect (so glad we were on the bay side) and our kids loving being able to get out of bed and run right into the sand/water. The house was clean and looked just like the photos.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. If you want a peaceful place to relax, you can't beat it. If you prefer the loud hustle and bustle of partying youth then look for something facing the open ocean instead. We wanted to unwind and couldn't have been happier.

Three well traveled girlfriends enjoyed the perfect location on the bay, close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, beach and shopping. Very quiet and just lovely.

This property is just what our family needed to get away. Steps away from the beach (on the bay side), walking distance to Belmont Park and Mission beach boardwalk, food, shopping, and just a short car ride to SeaWorld and the Zoo. This property is right on the beach so either bring beach towels or grab some on Mission beach as the house didn't have any. Parking in the spot on the side of the building isn't too bad, just don't get a SUV for your stay. You have to back in your car from they alley so turning can be challenging. If you are looking for a relaxing spot on a beach, this is the place to check out.

Very nice clean and spacious place. Location is ideal - easy to get in and out when driving and walking distance to nearby attractions / beach. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the outdoor area / patio was much larger than I expected. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! From enjoying coffee on the patio while our 7 & 10 year olds played in the sand along the bay, to walking to Belmont Park and restaurants, and then quick drives to the zoo, La Jolla, and the airport - it was perfect! The condo was clean and the fresh flowers were so welcoming. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely home with a beautiful view on the cove! Nice and quiet area, and very close to the beach area. Definitely rent the smallest vehicle possible for parking. I had a Camry and it was tight

Simple, clean and close to everything.

The property is right on the beach. It is very nice and clean. The only improvement we would make is change all the fluorescent lighting to softer lighting. It made the charming beach house feel cold. Overall, it was a lovely stay on Mission Beach.
