Location

Leak in bedroom, overstuffed kitchen drawers, mismatched crockery, had to wash it all before use. Grill door held closed with electrical tape, no bbq as advertised. Broken blinds in lounge. The photos shown are of the lounge and kitchen.

The space was awesome for our family of 6. Across from the beach was fantastic.

As we opened the front door there was half a tampon wrapper and dirt on the floor. The cupboards smelt musty and were filled with unnecessary junk. The beds did not have waterproof liners which made the beds feel unclean. Doonas and blankets were old and generally felt unclean. The grill section of the oven was duct taped shut. Lounge chairs looked like they had been collected over 30 years and never cleaned. Too many for the space really, looked like a meeting room not a comfortable lounge. Generally, alot of stuff just needs updating.

Location is good and the living areas a good size.

The grill and oven did not work. The fan in the 3rd bedroom did not work. The property needs a pest control. The front door lock does not actually lock the door. The small outdoor area could be nice but is uncared for.

Property is in a excellent location

Very old , old furniture that needs updating , to much cramped into lounge room , all beds old , broken stuff shoved in cupboards , actual the place needs to be total clean out and owners need to go to ikea , beds r us and Bunnings for some paint and the place would be great and fresh and they could ask a bit more for it . The property is being managed by a real estate who surely must have given the owners advise, if not their not doing their job .
