This house is awesome! The location is perfect - steps to beautiful Mission Beach and a few short blocks to mission Bay! I enjoyed beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean. Easy walk to anything you need - we didn’t need a car! The home was comfortable snd had everything we could have wanted. The roof deck was amazing!! We can’t wait to come back!

Some vrbo are not "homes" but rentals..this is a home and i so appreciate being able to share in it. All was in working order. The pack n play was an added bonus. Just a memory making property

Wonderful house in an ideal location. Great hosts and everything was perfect. Enjoyed the access to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to everything in PB. Rooftop deck was a bonus and nice place to hang out with family.

Home is more private than those located on the boardwalk. Works well for 6 guests. Several beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Only 3 beach towels available...more would be helpful.

This house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. Everything was stocked to where all we had to do was bring in our clothes and food and not have to worry. Absolutely loved the kitchen and had everything you would need. We were provided plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay, and having a washer and a dryer is definitely a plus. My car was small enough for the garage, however parking in the beach city can be a challenge, it definitely did not ruin our stay. You can always park at the Bay if needed and it is just a short walk. The ocean breeze flows through this house so nicely with the windows open. Me, my daughter, son in law and grandkids had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing this house for us to enjoy! Definitely loved it so much to where we are hoping it will be available for our trip next year. Kelly and family.

The property was perfect for our family of 2 kids and 3 adults. Location was great too, a block to the beach. Rooftop deck for the nightly fireworks was great. We will stay again. Thank you.

We had the best time staying at this property. It was clean and beautifully furnished, with lots of towels and everything needed for the beach. We had a full house with kids ranging in ages from 6 to 14. Everyone enjoyed their time. Comfy beds. Lots of storage room. There was a bicycle to use which came in really useful! We would definitely consider booking again next year.

Nice to have a house for the family. Nice to be so close to the beach. Needs a sitting area on first floor and a dining area for six, not that lumbering table and huge benches. Needs a patio table and chairs on the first floor deck. There were no extra trash bags. No dishwater soap. Had to buy. Not your fault, but parking is beyond unavailable. Both my daughters spent half the day finding parking and then walking to our rental. Anyway, thanks for letting us stay in your beach house. Some rough edges, but left with many happy thoughts. Our stay was perfect! The place was so clean and perfectly laid out. I liked how all the bedrooms were on the second floor with two bathrooms. Our group was 6 people and it was perfect (2 people per room). The pullout worked great as well. It’s kind of it’s own separate little area where it feels secluded and it’s right next to a bathroom. One of the guests ended up staying on the pullout so everyone had their own bed except the two in the master bedroom which was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop made it all. Great views in a prime location for walking distance. Quiet (for the most part) as well for the beach town area. The place supplies plenty of beach towels, there’s one bike, about 6 lawn/beach chairs, sand toys and multiple boogie boards as well. The only two things I would suggest for the place is placing a long mirror somewhere in the spot as well as darker curtains for the master bedroom.

Amazing location! House is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels etc. and had a great bedroom layout for our family. Rooftop deck is beautiful and has ample seating and the lifeguard chairs give a great view of the ocean. This is an amazing beach house!

Came for anniversary, had a fantastic time. View from rooftop deck was fabulous. Grandkids played on the beach for the 1st time. Loved the boogie boards Watched the Sea World fireworks from the deck. In all a great time was had by everyone. Would definitely come again!

My five sisters and I had a lovely time. The rooftop deck was spectacular and proximity to the beach and shopping great. Each bedroom was comfortable and well appointed. We had issues with getting the oven to work and Steve had a convection oven delivered the next day when the repair person couldn’t fix it. There were several maintenance issues with the facility but Steve communicated promptly and was very responsive. It is a lovely place to stay.

We came out for our annual guys weekend trip and the place was perfect. Literally a block off the beach and we could walk everywhere! Will definitely be coming back. The host was also very responsive if we had any questions. Awesome place and experience!

This home was just about perfect. It was spacious enough to accommodate our bigger group, and offered all the conveniences of home. The location couldn't be better. Steps from the beach, grocery stores and other shopping nearby, and some really great places for food. I loved our stay!

This location was wonderful for my 30th birthday with plenty of room for me and 5 friends! The host was also very accommodating with our check-in time!

The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck and loved being so close to the beach, being able to walk back and forth so easily. Also, we left something behind and Steve went above and beyond to have someone grab it and send it back to us. So a special thanks to Steve for the awesome communication!!!

Perfect beach house to enjoy a weekend in The San Diego area. Close to everything. Easy to Uber. Nice amenities in the home. We loved the rooftop view! We will be back!

Very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have beach towels, chairs, and toys to use. Steps from the beach! Just the right amount of space for my family of four adults and a preschooler.

The property is a clean, lovely house one block off Mission Beach. The rooftop deck is decorated comfortably with patio furniture and has ocean views. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, surf shops, and the roller coaster. We were easily able to put on our wetsuits and be in the ocean in mere minutes. This house has wonderful beach getaway feel while maintaining privacy that on Boardwalk homes will not have!
