The bedrooms were great for our kids and grandkids. The family rooms gave everyone space when indoors.

The house was just about perfect for our group. The water was pretty rough due to lake traffic, but we still had a great time. Katie was wonderful to deal with.

2nd time staying at this property. Has everything you could possibly need. We went down for a fishing tournament so having two boat slips was wonderful. Plenty of room and sleeping spaces. Owner was very polite to us and communicated well. 5 stars for sure

We rent a lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks every year for Labor Day weekend. We have stayed at several with our group of 12 and this is by far our favorite. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The dock was amazing with just a slight incline from the house to the water. Fishing was great. Our son caught a 28 lb Blue Cat. The owner offered early check in and late check out which was very helpful. The huge table was great for games. Plenty of room for our large group and then some. We will definitely be back.

Good location for pontoon pick-ups and plenty of space for family and friends to gather! Everything we were looking for.

Plenty of room for our large family of 17, great kitchen space & love the open floor plan on the ground level. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Rooms are very quiet which is wonderful with a large group! Wish there were handrails wherever there is slanted walking, would have helped little ones & older ones….otherwise a nice stay, thank you!

The house has 2 large areas for gathering with ample outdoor space as well. Katie, the host is was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Our family will plan to book here again in the future.

. Million Dollar view from upper and lower decks. Quiet area but close to Osage Beach for activities and food. Well stocked kitchen. Will come back next year from Colorado.

This house was super clean and more than we needed for our large reunion of college friends. The kitchen was perfect for a large group and upstairs wine refrigerator was a really nice bonus for extra beverage storage. The rooms are well sized and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, gather, play games, and have quiet time when needed. The roads leading to the house are a bit winding and narrow but easy to navigate . Drive slow and watch out for deer!! The house is in a great location and offered amazing views of the lake and allowed for awesome swimming from the giant dock. We had this trip planned prior to covid closures, and decided to postpone for a year to be safe, the owner was beyond accommodating. I would recommend this house to any group looking for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for us.

We planned a weekend away in late October to get a change of scenery after being cooped up for 9 months of covid craziness! We are SO very glad we did and that we chose this house. It was PERFECT for us. Two living areas and bedrooms for all the kids. The older teen had great wifi access to do all her remote homework and the younger boys and I were so blessed to be able to use the kayaks on the lake. (Thank you for having extra life jackets.) The house was very clean and the layout was perfect! You never know what tools and appliances might be in a VRBO kitchen but Katie had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of to possibly add would be luggage racks in the bedrooms and a bedside lamp in the master but seriously how minor are those things when the kitchen had EVERYTHING. And what a wonderful view, a full 180 deg view of the lake out the back and it did not feel like we were on top of our neighbors. Wonderful to have the lower deck covered in case of rain and the upper deck feels huge! We are already talking about coming back with the cousins in the summer and we would love to rent this property again. Thank you Katie!

The house was perfect! Lots of space to spread our. Everything you could ever want was there and the location was perfect! The pictures didn’t do it justice! Already booked to go back next year.

The property managers are friendly and communicate well. The house was immaculate. Important kitchen necessities and bath towels provided. High quality washer/dryer on-site, plenty of on-site garbage cans (we have stayed in other houses and had to pay nearby gas stations to take our garbage), very large refrigerator which was important for us! Two levels of deck for great leisure and views. A great grill is available to use on the deck as well. A short boat ride to Frank and Louie’s which is a great family spot. Good location close to other great restaurants too. Not in a no wake zone so a little wavy for swimming depending on traffic. The dock is large and very nice - and offers great fishing (nice crappie and catfish)! Kayaks and noodles available to use on property which was a great bonus. Adirondack chairs and picnic table on the dock were lovely but no lounge chairs which would have been nice - so bring your own if laying out in comfort is important to you! Highly recommend this property.
