The property was very nice. I wish we had beach chairs but we survived. We were able to walk everywhere from the property.

Beautiful location. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. So close to beach and the pool was awesome . Can’t wait to stay there again. The stairs were the only thing we didn’t like . Anyone with mobility problems would be in trouble.

This condo was perfect for our group of 4. The view of the pool, palm trees and beach were spectacular! Even better from the master bedroom. We just sat out on the deck and soaked it in. The condo was stocked well. We made a stop at the Piggly Wiggly on the way in for provisions. It was a quick walk to the beach, pool and walking distance to anything in the town center. Loved every minute here!

Wonderful stay. We loved the easy-going atmosphere on the island and the golf cart riding. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds and furniture we’re comfortable and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We loved the pool and the short distance to the beach. We will be back as soon as we can.

We are east coast people. We’ve needn’t to the west coast of Florida but wanted to explore the panhandle.

Too many steps..I should have done my homework better...have to go up stairs just to use bathroom. Maintenance.. Kitchen sink handle loose..Commode loose in small bath..air cond issue in small bedroom...hot too cold..maybe thermostat..never seemed to not match reading on thermostat. No spare light bulbs ...had ants in kitchen. Also directions you posted for me...go to 8th and turn left, left again and look for white bldg with green trim on right..try it. see how that works. Go to 3rd turn left, left again and look for tan or ivory bldg with blue trim on rt.is what you need. Bright side.. good view and we had a good week with my brother..enjoyed stay. Electronic door lock is wonderful. I would use it again.

They were evaluating St George Island the day we were to start our vacation. The owner keep us updated on the storm, we were able to get in the next day. St George Island is a beautiful vacation spot. I will be going back soon.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The host really went out of their way to accommodate us. The condo is fully stocked and very comfortable. This condo provides more than your typical rental and definitely makes you feel at home! The host is very sweet! The location is perfect. We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book this place. You will love it!

We enjoyed the location of this property and the proximity to the water. However, the place was not clean and that went for pretty much every room, refrigerator included. The cleaning person also left only two bath towels when we were supposed to have six sets of towels. There was a big brown mark on the sheets so we asked that he also bring clean sheets and he brought the wrong size sheets. It made for a frustrating start to our vacation. He offered to clean the place but we were already there and didn’t want him around. That’s supposed to happen before we arrive.

the area is delightful and has character. enjoyed the beach, shopping, Apalachicola and the quinteness of the area. The weather that week was not great; too windy, too wavy in the ocean to catch fish. Loved the state preserve at the end of island

Easy access to businesses

This condo is like home away from home. On beautiful St. George Island. The condo is in walking distance of shops and restaurants it was very clean with a fantastic view of the beach and pool. The owner Barbara is friendly and helpful with anything you need to make you feel right at home while on vacation. I absolutely enjoyed my relaxing stay in this condo on the beach, can’t wait to come back.

We have been coming to St George Island for several years now. This is our first time going this route to stay there. It was a very easy process. The villa we stayed in was very nice and clean. It had everything you would need to cook with, from a crock pot to a blender, all of which I usually bring with me. We love being right on the beach, but also having the pool at our finger tips. Thanks Barbara for allowing us to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. Barbara was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. The condo was clean and very well stocked. It felt like home. Our kids loved the pool . We would definitely stay here again .

This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed our visit as much as the first time. Highly recommend if you enjoy being on the beach!

Homeowners were very responsive when we had a question and the location was great! You can walk anywhere within minutes.

Hostess pics showed pool and a quick walk to beach - it was perfect, lived in my suit. Swam, played in surf and made myself crispy. Then I sat on the porch and watched the waves. Very low key, but available restaurants and a bar if that's your thing. Condo had EVERYTHING you could need, but I did buy a beach chair. Love it, and will come back!!

Our recent stay on St. George and this villa was perfect. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed coffee each morning from the balcony with both ocean and pool views. (Both the second and third floor have balconies, we spent our time on the second floor balcony, conveniently right off the kitchen/living room area.) The keyless entry was so convenient! The owner checked in with us via vrbo email to be sure everything was ok upon arrival. She was quick to reply when we inquired and were able to unexpectedly add on days! The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to the stores and restaurants. We actually rode our bikes to the state park. The sand dunes in the park are so amazing! I’d like to claim this villa my “home away from home” and make it my go-to when we are able to escape to SGI!

Overall we enjoyed the property. We did not anticipate the 2 steep sets of stairs. Also the mattress in the master bedroom was kinda lumpy. And a few more towels would have been nice to have. The view and sound of the water were great!

Our family of 4 spent 5 nights in this villa and we were very pleased. The villa was clean, the views were great, and the condo provided everything we needed and some. I highly recommend this condo.

My Mom and I stayed in October for 4 day Fall Break. It was just as described, and well stocked with all you would need. I loved the keyless entry system, so no one had to keep up with a key! The Island is quiet and folks were friendly everywhere we visited. Our favorite meal was at the Family Coastal Restaurant in Eastpoint, great shrimp and grits! I also would recommend the Doughnuts at Weber's Little Doughnut shop-yum! The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Glad we came, and enjoed it very much.

Second time for us at this property. Enjoyed our stay once again and would definitely go back. It's convenient to the beach and the pool is clean and well maintained. Also, really convenient to all the restaurants, etc. that we frequent. Thanks for a great overall experience!

Rental is in a great location on the island, right in the center. The view from the condo is amazing and such a short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and so was the entire property. Owner was nice and helpful and wanted to make sure everything was how it should be. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was located in an excellent spot, close to the beach and pool. The owner did email that she was temporarily using a different cleaning service and the condo wasn’t thoroughly clean. I am sure it’s hard to find and trust someone to do a good job these days! I did noticed a spindle was missing on the 2nd level bacony which could be dangerous for a child. Overall we had a great vacation!!
