The home was just as represented. Owner was great to work with. First time we have stayed anywhere that the owner lived onsite. Enjoyed visiting with them and their kids. We actually rented two cabins from them for our group of 4 couples. Both cabins were clean and comfortable. Trail access was great We would highly recommend these cabins to everyone.

Cabin was nice and comfortable. We unfortunately chose the wrong time to stay as the entire town was closed for the season change. Could not find any restaurants or activities to do. We were not expecting this so we did not bring all our food to cook. Everything was closed. We were pretty disappointed that we only had one small (less than a 32" tv for the entire cabin.) Would have been nice to have an extra tv in at least one bedroom. We had 2 coffee pots but no coffee, cream or sugar, no paper towels, only one small shampoo, one bar of soap, one hair dryer for both bathrooms. We are pretty clean people and always leave our spaces as clean as we find them so we were not real impressed when the note above the sink ask us to wash our own dishes and put them away for the next tenants. We did, of course pay for a cleaning fee as well. Made us feel like we needed to wash everything first before we used them. We didn't know who the last tenants were or how clean they are. We did learn a few things as this was the first time renting a VRBO. Amiee the VRBO mgmt contact was very pleasant and helpful. As I said before the cabin was very cute and comfy. We will just need to plan better next time.

This is a great property. It’s located a beautiful property, the kitchen has everything you need and the host is amazing.

The property is located in a quiet small town that allows ATV’s on the street. If you want to ride Cinnamon and Engineer passes this is the place for you.

His property is great. We spent the week in Lake City and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The owners are great and quickly make you feel at home. This is a beautiful location just out of town and is UTV friendly.

I've rented a number of places in Lake City over the years and this cabin and location is the best yet. It's well appointed and appealing, which enhanced our stay and experienced while there. Thanks, Aimee for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin!

We really liked the separate upstairs bedroom so our daughter could go to sleep early and we stayed up later downstairs without worrying about waking her up. I was a little concerned about the size from the photos but it's actually much bigger than it appears while still being quite cozy. We brought our own groceries to cook in and were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen is for cooking. The property manager was very friendly and thorough with instructions and information and made the process that much easier. This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back soon.

There are definately black bears here, so don't leave food in you side by side like I did. They do like beef jerky and apples.

Aimee had great communication with us when we had a last minute trip. Got us in a room, and even brought over coffee when we couldn't find any in town since we got done riding to late to get some.

Check in was easy and communication with host was very good. Cabin 3 is a double unit with cabin 2 so potential for loud neighbors, but our stay was fine. It is closest cabin to road, but minimal road noize

This was a perfect property for our family of 4 who spent most of our time outdoors. This cabin was basic but was perfect for providing a nice place to sleep and a kitchen to cook in. Two king beds is a HUGE plus for us. The location was perfect for ease of access to everything. Beware it is a duplex as I didn't realize that when booking.

We had great success renting the cabin.

Clean, stylish cabin, great communication with the host. Kitchen a bit basic and Internet was very weak. Overall a good place to stay.

Received a warm greeting from the host and confirmation we had all we needed. Beds were firm and comfortable. Small item would be for some measuring cups and spoons in kitchen if planning to do much cooking.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It had everything we could have possibly wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The view on the porch was so relaxing. Loved seeing the deer early in the morning out grazing on the grass. Loved it was so peaceful and quiet. Aimee is a great manager. She helped when we needed her and was kind enough to wish us a safe trip home after we left. We will definitely stay at Rocky Top Cabins when we return.

The lodging was comfortable, roomy, beautifully and tastefully furnished, complete with everything necessary in the kitchen and altogether just wonderful. The only very little item I wished for was more salt. The landscaping and hanging flower baskets outside were beautiful. The art on the walls was local and lovely. The location is very convenient both to town and to outdoor activities; we hiked from our door. Aimee was there to answer our questions and check on our comfort. A great time!
