Everything about our stay was fantastic. The hosts were very communicative and flexible. The unit itself is nicely appointed and decorated and felt like home. They thought of everything and even had good coffee. The location really can’t be beat. Our college student we came to visit loves Sellwood. That’s her hang out. So we were in the heart of a neighborhood she loves within walking distance to everything. I really wanna stop here because we want this unit to be available next time we visit. An easy five stars, top to bottom. Thank you to our hosts!

I loved this place. It was a perfect retreat while in town for an art workshop. Very comfortable, private, quiet, and clean. The apartment is located above the garage and has a private entry. The home and neighborhood is beautiful. The only hiccup, and it was minor, was a mixup in the access the first day. However, the host was on site and resolved it immediately. So, no worries. It is located in a cute downtown area and is very walkable. Try Kangaroo Coffee shop for morning coffee and the food trucks for a quick dinner. The parking is street parking. I was able to find a spot each evening within one block of the apartment. Easy access to Portland and many other nice communities. I would stay again and I recommended it to several Art friends.

The apartment/unit in the Sellwood area of Portland was exactly as posted, and even better! The place was so clean, spacious and cheery. Traci was easy to communicate with - very responsive and thoughtful. The place is walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. So nice after a full day moving out son into college, to have to a number of food options within walking distance. We plan to come back and stay again!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for Labor Day weekend. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. We walked to restaurants for every meal. It is a beautiful and very safe neighborhood. The apartment is spotless and seems like brand new. The bed is super comfy and the make down couch is great too. Our hostess kept us up to date and checked in with us periodically. We would definitely stay here again.

We don’t even know where to begin to sing praises for this exceptional VRBO property, and it’s host. Start with perfect walkable location in the most adorable Sellwood neighborhood, it’s cleanliness, it’s superb shower, comfy bed, favorite rocking chairs, heater in the immaculate bathroom, great fireplace, keyless entry, really strong Internet, and perfectly appointed living space — Traci has not forgotten any detail. The apartment is stocked with everything from olive oil and coffee to cushy towels and your choice of several styles of pillows! There is even a fridge with water and ice dispensers in the door. We visited in February and March, while Portland snowed and rained and hailed almost every day. We so looked forward to returning home to warm by the gas logs. Traci was more than accommodating to every question or request we had! The most gracious host! We will return again and again to visit our grandchildren (as long as I can climb the stairs to this private and quiet getaway)! Couldn’t have been happier.

We came to the area for a family event. My husband and I stayed in this lovely, quiet, clean well appointed apartment above the garage behind the family’s home. The location is wonderful with restaurants, coffee shops, markets, stores and even a library branch nearby. The area has a small town feel even though it is close to busy Portland. We were able to find street parking but I wouldn’t say an abundance of spots. Somehow we managed to find the last spot nearby every time. The owner was very good with all necessary communications. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

What a wonderful apartment and location! Traci has thought of everything in this well-stocked and comfortable apartment, which was spotlessly clean and a perfect homebase to explore the neighborhood. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in easy walking distance and there’s a beautiful park just down the street. This spot is definitely a gem!

We were fortunate to find this VRBO for our Christmas holiday visit with nearby family. It was just as advertised. We hope to be back in not too long for birthdays.

This cute little spot was just perfect for our weekend stay. It is close to shops and eating spots yet affords some privacy. The old neighborhood with beautiful old trees is lovely. The owners went to great lengths to insure that our visit was comfortable. They anticipate needs and provide so many little touches to make things comfy. The handbook and guide they provide leaves very clear directions and was especially helpful. The owners also helped us through our day when a storm unexpectedly knocked out power for several hours. They kept in touch with power updates as well as suggestions to stay fed and comfy. Could not be more pleased with this property.

The property owner was super kind and thoughtful during our visit to Portland to drop our son off at college. It’s a beautiful property in a fun area with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Will return to this property again for certain.

Bright and opened design Super quiet Few blocks from a nice park and a walking trail Walking distances to many great restaurants, bakery, and grocery stores. Well stocked apartment and very comfortable. Our host, Traci was a definitely a super host! She made our check in easy with a detailed instructions and emailed us with the great recommendations to local restaurants and places to visit through out our stay. She even surprised us with a bouquet of local grown sunflowers. They were beautiful! My husband and I had amazing 2 weeks! We would highly recommend Traci’s place and will definitely stay here again when we Return.

I was visiting my daughter for 2 weeks and had to work remotely part of the time. The connection was great. It was quiet. Really a wonderful experience. Traci was very attentive without being nosey. She was gracious and understanding even when I missed one of the rules. I would recommend this lovely apartment anytime and hopefully it will be available the next time we are in the area to visit.

Our host made sure we had everything we needed PLUS the apartment is attractive and comfortable. There are ample kitchen supplies and a lovely market is within walking distance. Sellwood is charming and offers are a variety of places to eat any meal, within walking distance. What we needed to know about our stay was clearly communicated in a timely manner. Our host even checked in a day before we left to see if we needed anything. If you are looking for a true taste of Portland, we highly recommend this apartment as your home away from home!

We spent three nights here while visiting our son who lives nearby. The apartment is beautiful and located in an equally lovely quiet neighborhood. We never had difficulty finding on street parking. Shops, restaurants, and groceries are within walking distance. We hope to stay again the next time we visit!
