This property fit our needs perfectly for the week as we were taking our daughter to the area for a roller derby camp. We were able to cook like we normally do while also walking for coffee and other things. Plenty of places to eat and visit to keep us busy. Its a great walkable quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside during the evenings on the ample places to sit.
The only disappointment was getting a text message while driving that there was an issue with the units AC. It seems to be an ongoing battle as other have mentioned issues. Being a trouble shooter though I figured out the issue (reported it) and hopefully they are able to address it in the future. So for me and my family it was technically not much of an issue but without knowing the north bedroom and living room both need to be running at the same time to cool I could see where people would be unhappy about it. Hopefully my feedback/input helps

This was a gem of a stay! We so enjoyed the house, lots of nice touches outside with lighting and outside seating. The beds were comfy, house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping.

The separate living unit was perfect for our needs two bedrooms one bath very quiet close to restaurants and bars easy access to downtown!

Rentals in Sellwood are hard to come by and hotels close by are non-existant. Was several blocks away from our family's home so this worked out great . Sellwood is a cool , special place and this property puts you right in the middle of all .
Clean , easy access , cozy , comfortable beds best describe this oasis .

This was a perfect place to stay while dropping my kid off to college. It is walkable, super clean, and very well maintained. Great space otdoors.

This house was perfectly clean and well maintained. One of the AC units malfunctioned while we were staying there and the management company was extremely responsive and fixed it right away.
The home had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was so comfortable and relaxing. It was nice to be walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!.

The house was wonderful and perfectly placed. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one bedroom was broken. We had to follow up on this a few times through out the stay. It was not able to be fixed. I loved the property but had to ask for some compensation due to the air conditioner problem (it was leaking on the bed). I feel they should have immediately offered something without me asking.

Another enjoyable visit to the Sellwood neighborhood. This is our second time staying here. Comfortable accommodations and the close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping are the reasons for coming back. Management company is very responsive to any issues that may arise. We’ll be back!!

The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. It's new, and all the furnishings are as well. We were provided with adequate kitchen accessories, t.p., towels, etc. I highly recommend this home.

A great home base for a long weekend in Portland for my family (me my wife and daughter) to visit our youngest our daughter who attends Reed college. The accommodations were very comfortable and the up and down layout provided plenty of space for the 4 of us. Sellwood neighborhood has many great dining and shopping offerings. We look forward to staying here again on future visits.

The location and neighborhood is great, very walkable and convenient with lots of good parking close by. The beds were not a fave (very squishy) and we could have used some kitchen essentials go help us get settled (there was no salt/pepper or any spices/oil) . I had assumed (incorrectly) that a pdx rental would have good coffee to get our visit off to a good start, but there are lots of good coffee spots close by. Other than those little inconveniences, the accommodations were comfy and convenient.

Great quiet location in Sellwood. Good parking. A pretty basic place, no frills. Sparsely decorated. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately the upstairs Air Conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The management company sent several texts asking for a 5 star review but when I let them know about the issue they said that they would be right on it and I never heard from them again so 4 nights one room was so unbearable hot. Also lots of old food in the pantry so that was kind of gross. All in all location and quiet factor rates a 5, decor a 3 and management company a 1.

Sellwood stay
This place was beautiful, centrally located to nice area with food and breweries. Located about 15 minute drive from downtown. The house was very comfy and felt like being at home. The owners were quick and responsive. I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends

Great Location
Stayed with my daughter while doing some college visits. Very comfortable, very new. Location is great-walking distance to several blocks of restaurants, and shops. I would stay there again.

Perfect Stay!
My family and I came to Portland to celebrate my daughter's college graduation at Lewis and Clark. This was a perfect rental for us as we were 4 people. It was close to everything and the neighborhood is super cute. Check-in/check-out super simple and everything you could need was in the unit including washer and dryer. You even have you own outside deck that is separate from owners (though obviously within the same property). We had a great tie and would definitely sty here again.

Spotless Accommodation in a Charming Portland Neighborhood!
Lots of things to love about this spot!
- Sellwood location is easily walkable to numerous fantastic shops and restaurants. We tried several nearby restaurants and food trucks and loved them all!
- Charming, safe neighborhood with a very friendly vibe. We walked around the neighborhood with our children and never felt unsafe.
- Accommodation is extremely well appointed and spotless. Our kids loved the place and were very sad to leave.
Highly recommended to anyone interested in enjoying a wonderful untainted neighborhood of Portland!

Family Weekend
We had a great time visiting family in Sellwood. The place was easy to access, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. There was enough space for us to gather inside - wish the rain would have let up so we could use the nice patio. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would stay here again.
