My family stayed in the Willis home Labor Day weekend for a wedding at the venue. We enjoyed the location - getting to & from ‘town’ The house was spacious enough for all 5 or us and wax stocked with everything needed for a weekend stay. Our only complaint is the box springs on both of the full size beds were extremely creaky! They should really be replaced to allow for a good nights sleep.

My sisters, my mother and daughter visited my other daughter at UofI for the week end. We had such a great time. Kitchen and porch were awesome places to gather and the dining table welcoming. We cooked together and just hung out this incredible house. A gem! My only recommendation is to install a key pad for entry.

This house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfectly situated in a classic tree-lined Champaign neighborhood. It's a great place for a large group. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint is that it wasn't clear to us how expensive this place would be up front. With fees it ended up being $500 a night which is expensive for Champaign. But a great place overall!

This is a beautiful house in a lovely walkable neighborhood. The huge kitchen is gourmet and the dining room is a wonderful setting for a family meal. It was cold when we stayed but would love to enjoy the screened porch.

The property was a very peaceful stay. Owners were attentive and responded promptly throughout our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was too cold to enjoy the sun deck, I’m sure it’s a treat in the summer months.

Got the whole Illini family together here for a football weekend. Large house with plenty of room and great kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. We wished it was a little warmer to enjoy the patio.

This house was perfect! We were in town for a short weekend but wanted outdoor entertaining g space - the table outside was perfect! There are three nice sized rooms and one room with three twins! This house is great for one or two families. Highly recommend and great location!

The house is so cute and very clean. It was close 5-15 minutes from all of our activities. The owners were also responsive when we needed to make a change in our plans. We look forward to renting here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The main level was expansive and worked well for our group. The bedrooms were warm at night and a couple of the beds were uncomfortable but not overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Beautiful and comfortable home that surpassed our expectations
This house was amazingly beautiful and unique, and it comfortably housed us and our guests. We had a total of 9 adults in the house, and there was plenty of room to gather, relax, and sleep. The kitchen was also great for preparing large meals and snacks, and the refrigerator was a good size. The entire house was very clean and organized. Communication with the owner was extremely easy, and she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this property enough to others who are looking for a place to stay with a group. We will definitely consider staying at this home again in the future.

Illini Family Football Weekends
We stayed here several weekends this fall for football games. The home is conveniently located & is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The dining room table seats many & the family room has a comfy couch with a big TV for family gatherings! The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. The host is very responsive & the home is always clean, the perfect temperature & ready when we arrive! Appreciate the hospitality🍁🏈

Family friendly
This property was great for a weekend getaway and very family friendly. I have 1.5 old twins and since the property already had a crib and highchair I didn't have to pack as much to accommodate my children. We'll be staying again!

WOW -- comfort -- spacious
Family group perfect. Beautiful architecture. Everyone was able to gather for conversation as well as find a spot to relax in quiet simultaneously. The neighborhood in summer is a beautiful place to take a long walk to enjoy this historic area of Champaign in it's stately grandeur. The host was prompt in communicating, polite, and easy to work with during planning and arrival.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and it fit the description on the listing. The sheets and towels smelled nice. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to families. There’s lots of parks nearby and a fenced in yard.

Stately old home with all the modern updates you could ask for. Loved the personality of the place, set in a great leafy residential area close to both campus and downtown Champaign. Great beds and updated bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

A great place for a family get together.
The house was very nice for a family gathering. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. We had a Fairly major issue with only one operational shower. We should have had two, but we managed. We will see how this is addressed as I also let a message for the contact person. I would rent again if both showers worked.

Perfect home for a visit to Champaign - home was VERY clean and tidy - beds were very comfortable and all linens were above grade! Great location, $6.00 Uber ride to campus - could not have worked out better! Thank you!

Perfect house for us
We rented the house for 2 weeks in preparation for our daughter's wedding in Champaign. Almost everyone was coming in from out of town except our daughter so we had room not just for our family but also the matron of honor's family. Plus we kept our daughter's dog the last few days so she could dress at her house and not get dog fur on her dress. Location was perfect and being able to get in and out with decorative items for the reception helped a lot. It really was our home away from home.
