Great staff, clean, convenient location, loved how the parking worked. Also like the sofa bed in the room. It’s great to have a sofa.

The beds are horrible and so hard my back was killing me and the same for my young girls…so it’s not just because I’m old! ;-) please change the mattresses or I probably will never rebook in a Hyatt Place. The location near Bloomington Normal was the same. The beds are absolutely unbearable and I could not sleep.

The placement was perfect for what I needed.

The staff at the front desk. The other part of the staff was awesome super nice and helpful but the front desk was either very unfriendly or unhelpful or just rude.

Location was great. Punch bar was great as well as the desserts.

Room carpet was spotty. Couch was also spotty.

The location was perfect!! A parking garage was located onsite. It was in easy walking distance of many good, classy restaurants. Breakfast offered a wide variety, staff was present and helpful and the entire hotel was very clean. I would recommend this to everyone

Tv didn’t work

I really enjoyed the location. What I did not like was that the carpeting in the hallways was filthy and the room was a little beat up too. Tattered sofa, stains on the sofa.

Love that it is located downtown and close to restaurants, night life, etc.

The staff were extremely rude. I booked through Booking.com for two rooms and only one was made available. The staff acted as if we were beneath her and was not trying to be accommodating at all. The beds squeaked, the toilet leaked, and the air conditioning unit would not cool the room down. Then, I was charged for the second room that "wasn't available" and that we didn't utilize. I did call and was able to get a refund. A different staff answered the phone and was very helpful.
