If you have rented enough places, you know that you are not sure until you walk in the door if you made a good choice. I could not stop smiling once I arrived. The 180 degree view of the water was what I came for. Great unit for one or two. Remodeled beautifully. Everything I needed and more were available! I hope to be back.

Beautifully decorated, nice having Flippers next door but disappointed about the maintenance on the outside deck & not being able to use it u til the last day!

We have stayed in this resort a few times in the last few yrs and this was the nicest and most comfortble of all of them Lots of constructuon still going on but it was a great trip

We enjoyed our week at Lovers Key Resort. The unit worked well for us. Had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the amazing view of the bay. Loved the floor to ceiling windows.

It was a beautiful condo and well furnished. There is construction ongoing but it didn't hamper our vacation. The location is not on the beach but the bay, which we knew going in but the Lovers Key Beach is only a 5 minute drive away. There is still a lot of damage from the hurricane in the area but there is ongoing construction all over to bring Fort Myers back!

Without Flippers Restaurant next door, this would not be as good of a place to stay as there is not much nearby.

Loved the property! The view was amazing and breathtaking. The restaurant located onsite was great and the it’s only a short drive to main beach strip.

Everything was perfect clean easy beautiful views and easy access wherever we wanted to go.

We enjoyed our stay at Lovers Key Resort. The condo was clean with awesome views. We felt comfortable in the space. The area is still building back from the hurricane. It would have been great to walk to the beach but there is construction at the entrance and the walkway closed. A new drawbridge is being constructed with completion date 2026. Flippers restaurant was great. Delicious food! I would recommend the owners invest in new pillows and sheets. They need replaced.

This is our third time booking with Vrbo and every time our rental has been spot on…amazing!!! This property did not disappoint….beautiful on every aspect!! Clean and amazing views!!! Thinking of making this a yearly adventure!!!

The views were as great as described and the condo was very clean and uncluttered, allowing them to be the highlight. The kitchen was well supplied for basic needs and there were ample towels, which was appreciated. The location was just what we wanted, quiet but centrally located for exploring. The property lost a star for a couple of reasons. The pool lights were so bright at night that it was almost like daylight in the bedroom, making sleeping miserable for many people, including me. You could easily replace the thin white cellular shades with some room darkening shades so guests would have the option to darken the room at night. Also, the one small closet in the condo was very cluttered (beach chairs, pool noodles, coolers, fishing poles, buckets, cleaning supplies, the list goes on!), leaving little room to hang our clothes and no room to stow our luggage out of our way. Nice gesture to try to provide extras, but I think it's multiplying out of control and needs serious decluttering. The closet door was also broken and would not close and the lock to the sliding door to the balcony was inoperable, both of which were reported. I think these would be small fixes to elevate this to a 5 star property.

This a great location that’s away from everything but still very close to everything at the same time. Having Flippers right next door is a huge plus and the pool definitely has the “resort” feel unlike most condos that have a boring rectangular pool in the parking lot. So much fun and a very relaxing getaway! The condo was very clean and great views of the bay and so much wildlife at all hours of the day. It felt like we were actually on the water! I would recommend to anyone and we will be back!

Room was great, super clean and updated. View was amazing. Pool was amazing. Close to fort Myers beach and plenty of good food and beaches! Can’t wait to return!

This is our 2nd stay at Lovers Key, 1st time in this unit. The property does not disappoint!! You spend so much time researching places to stay, hoping it’s all you’re looking for when you arrive…IT IS! Down to the last detail, the unit was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, everything was super clean and spotless. Plenty of clean towels, soap and paper supplies. We enjoyed the stunning view, sunrise and sunset! Dolphins, manatees, fish and birds and the iguana on property! So cool! The property is so quiet. The pool was clean and relaxing. I watched the pool attendants meticulously attend to all the details. Area restaurants, Oliver’s was fantastic. Publix just down the road. Walked downtown Ft. Myer’s …even when the rain came, it’s FL after all, the view was beautiful. We expected at least some rainy days and decided if stuck inside we needed a gorgeous view and it was!! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place, to be honest, so bright, cozy, and clean, we hope to come back again!! Thank you for letting us enjoy it!!

5 min walk to the state park and its awesome beaches . Also nice and quiet ads it's about 5 miles away from Fort Myers Beach bar hoppers .

The view was amazing and the condo was the perfect size for us. Very clean and updated. We love the area and the weather was just perfect!

Our fIrst impression was WOW as we walked into condo unit 504 at Lover’s Key Resort overlooking Estero Bay through wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. The one bedroom unit was very clean, recently renovated, had a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, good size kitchen, and featured a 70” HDTV. Lover’s Key Resort offers many great amenities too, including proximity to Lover’s Key State Park, location next door to Flippers Seafood Grill, workout facility, pool & hot tub, easy check-in and check-out. What we appreciated most were views of the bay, dolphins, and Osprey watching. We will definitely consider Lover’s Key Resort when visiting Fort Myers Beach in the future.

Absolute best location along the beach/bay and with one of the best restaurants in the area right in the parking lot. Unit has been updated and has comfortable furniture and bedding in spacious rooms.

The pictures did not begin to truly prepare us for the breathtaking views from every inch of this condo. We are already planning on our return next year. This was our first time in Ft Myers and absolutely could not have picked a better place. The condo was beautiful and the property location was out of this world. The restaurant ( Flippers ) was more than ever expected. The food and service was amazing. We are recommending Lovers Key Resort, and especially this room to all of our friends. Can't wait to be back next year.

Just an AWESOME unit, #504. VERY clean, nicely equipped and easy to feel comfortable and at home. Perfect for the two of us. Overall facility also A+, Lovers Key Resort. Nicely secluded and private with a short, easy ride to activities. Thumbs up and highly recommend.

Everything went great. The beautiful beaches and tasty restaurants were close to the Condo. We would definitely go again.

The only thing we didn’t like was not being able to lower the AC and also, feel that y’all need a shade in the living room/ dining to keep the heat out during the day. Over All awesome stay. Thanks. 😊

I just kept looking around and asking myself if I was really there? The rental was very tastefully decorated, beautiful pool, and you couldn’t beat the view. The clear blue waters, dolphins and Manatees just added to the experience. We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and I am so glad we did! We walked to a nearby beach (just across the street), took a Uber to the shops around the square and also visited other nearby beaches. The restaurant attached was also a nice place to grab lunch when we arrived with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend this place!

This was our second time staying at the condo and as always it was amazing. The view, the location, the attention to details and the prompt response from the host was just wonderful. Looking forward to being back next year.
