Was nothing like the pictures showed. Needs lots of updating ! You can barely see the beach and the cleaning crew needs to be fired.

We enjoyed the quiet Ft. Morgan area; we all liked the food at Tacky Jack’s and Sassy Bass; and it is an easy drive to/from Gulf Shores. The house was very clean upon arrival. Like most vacation rentals, a deep clean never hurts, but all the important “daily” stuff: counters, appliances, bathrooms, linens, and floors were in great shape. Management was great to work with – professional, helpful, prompt!The kitchen had plenty of glasses (plastic, ugh), plates, and silverware to serve a large group but only had a few well-used pans or skillets. The crisper pizza pans were a welcomed find. We were a group of 3 families: 4 adults, 3 kids (9-13 years of age), and 2 dogs. We had more than enough space but found the living room seating a bit limited (3 couches that seat a total of 9). There is also a small sitting area off the kitchen (couch, tv, and chair). All TVs were connected to DirecTV but didn’t seem to receive the same channels. Personal preference, the beds are awfully tall. I’m 5’2”, the beds on the 4th floor were impossible for me to get into. The beds on the 2nd floor are a bit lower. Notes for those with physical limitations: --The ensuite of the 2nd floor King bedroom has handrails at the toilet and a no-step shower. Not sure the ease/difficulty of getting a wheelchair into the bathroom.--The elevator is helpful for groceries, luggage, and those with physical limitations. Be aware there is a step to get in/out of the elevator at the 1st floor/carport. Also, in order to enter/lock the house upon leaving you will need someone that can manage the stairs to the 2nd floor entry as a key was not provided for the elevator.

Our family is all over the country so we want to start a new tradition where we all stay together in a big house for Thanksgiving. This house allowed us to do just that! We had plenty of room for all the babies, kids, and adults to rumble around. It was also incredibly helpful to have 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 microwaves. Some of us took advantage of the neighborhood pool & hot-tub. The house had everything we needed to make a traditional thanksgiving dinner.

Minor issues, living room tv is messed up, a blender didn’t work, and the sheets for bunk room needed cleaning but didn’t deter us from having a wonderful vacation! Loved the house, the quiet community, the location. We had a wonderful stay! Will do it again for sure!!!

The property manager was easy to reach and responded to every text promptly. We had a great time. The kitchen is where we spent alot of our time and it was awesome. The two refrigerators were our favorite as we do alot of inhouse cooking on vacation. The elevator made load in and load out so easy. The beach was just a short walk and had beach umbrella and chair service available. And Tacky Jacks is literally across the street for yummy Bushwackers!

Great family vacation

Great! Especially for large groups. Excellent kitchen. Double- fridges, microwaves, dishwashers and sinks. Ice maker a big plus only surpassed by the elevator. Multiple nice size balconies added great gathering spots. Furnishings very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Generally we really enjoyed this property and location. But there were some minor issues that could easily be addressed. The grate on the BBQ was rotted out and made it unusable. There were not sufficient rugs around the entrance or stairs to catch sand on our feet, so sand gets all over the house. In my bathroom the shower curtain is too short so water gets everywhere. The washing machine needs to be cleaned. The property management company sent me emails with a link to all the info on the property and trip. But the link took me straight to Snapfish, a photo sharing website. So we couldn't access that info. All of this is simple stuff that's easy to fix.

Would stay there again

We had a lovely time! The house and property were amazing and just like the pictures- the beds, the kitchen, the balconies, and extra rooms provided so much space for all!
