駅から近くリーズナブルなこと。朝のパンも美味しかった

エレベーターがなかなかこない。特に朝は酷かった。 段ボールなどの資材販売があると良いとおもいました。

The location is superb, just a minute (or two) away from Yurikamome Takeshiba Station. There's a Family Mart at the ground floor and some restaurants (like Sukiya, etc.) nearby. Staff were also helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho again on my next visit to Tokyo!

The location was great right near the harbour and train stations. The hotel was nicely decorated. Family mart right underneath for convenience.

The Hotel was close to 2 metro stations and away from the busy Tokyo central station. The rooms are small but clean.

I didnt like that the double bed was 2 single beds pushed CLOSE together but you couldn't actually push them together fully and hence you have a big dip in the middle

Great location, easy to reach from the airport or train. Only a short walk from the station. There is a Family Mart open 24 hours next door with good range of food. Rooms are very comfortable with great shower. All very clean and well maintained.

Coffee in reception could be stronger. Tea is available as an alternative. The free breakfast snacks were an added bonus.

During my recent stay in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of experiencing the hospitality of Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho. Nestled in a prime location, this hotel offers not only convenience but also excellent value for money. Pros: - close to Haneda Airport (20 mins monorail) -family mart right around corner close to trains/bus -good choices of food nearby since its located in the financial district - hotel staff at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho impressed me with their exceptional service and warm hospitality. -free coffee in the morning in lobby

Good location, friendly staff, and a modern and clean room. Great value with a convenience store at the bottom.

Beds and pillows may be too hard for some.

Hotel is in a nice area, has a Family Mart downstairs and is close to train lines.

The pillow was flat and we were unable to have another as there were none left.

Great location and beautiful view.

I wasn't too happy with the bedding as everything kept slipping off and the slippers that were provided were paper thin.

This was a really cool looking place. I had a really great view of the bay from my room. The free coffee and tea in the common area was nice. And they also bread in the morning. There’s a convenience store downstairs if you need anything. The location was nice and quiet.

The room was pretty small. It was fine for me as a solo traveler but it’s a tight fit for more than one. The bed took up like 75% of the room. The bathroom, towels, and bedsheets were clean, but on my third morning there the top comforter blanket untucked from the foot of my bed and I saw a stain on the blanket on the part that was tucked under (like someone spilled a drink on it or something). They change bedding on the third day so I checked when I got back that night and I had a new clean blanket and sheets so all was good. There were also some stains on the carpet and on the walls too.

The space for luggages is limited.

Handy location for exploring the Odaiiba area. Clean & colourful.

Arrived half an hour early but couldn't check in any early, however there was safe luggage storage area for bags so not really a major issue
