立地や設備もよく、部屋内に入るととても静かで快適でした。駅も近くてコンビニも真隣なので、とても便利です。

The apartment is cosy but comfortable.
Would be very happy to stay there again - especially with the availability of a washing machine for longer visits. (the pictures are true to life). Thought it would be noisy from the emergency sirens during the night, however the apartment was quiet.
Nothing.

location, bus direct to tokyo station, comes with washing machine in the room
Cleanliness is not up to japanese standard. The room is dated. toilet was dirty. the washing machine has a very disgusting filter which actually made the clothes more dirtier after washing. The owner could not replace the filter but was able to offer a cleaning of it.
I booked here wanting to have more space but didnt end up letting my kid play anywhere outside of the bed as its not really much more spacious and looked dirty.

The host was very responsive to all our queries and request. Place was clean and easy to find.
Value for money for sure!

I think booking.com did not update the address information and instructions to check in on time

These apartments are excellent value for the money. It's not the first time we are staying here. You get a lot more space then in a similar hotel room but also have a kitchen and a big bathroom with washing machine. The area is very quiet despite being next to a big streat. Walking distance to the fish market and several tube stations. 2 combinis 2 mins away.
The apartments need a deep clean. The carpet and pillows have a heavy smell. We found that high touch areas like cupboards or doors were full of handprints which isn't great especially after covid times. Some bits I cleaned myself. Microwave/fridge had traces of food. There was some sauce spread on the wall. A clothes rack to dry clothes outside on the balcony would be very good. A bit more care to these details and the place would be excellent.

Do not book this apartment under any circumstances!! Your vacation will be ruined! We booked a room through booking for 5 days, after check-in we went into the room and were simply horrified in what condition it was in, it had not been cleaned for at least a year, garbage, mountains of dust and mold are everywhere! The hotel employs one boy who is unrealistic to meet at the reception, he is the only worker for the entire hotel. The rooms are not cleaned after check-out! After several days of talking about a refund, nothing was achieved, we were simply deceived. We're going to complain in defense of customers in Tokyo so that this doesn't happen to anyone else! Fraudsters!

- I have a mix feelings about this place. I booked this place because I would like to have a washing machine inside the room and I love it very much that the room has it.
- The kitchen and fridge are well equipped. There was a left-over green tea box in the fridge though, but it was not a big deal.
- The room is in good size perfect for one, if you are a couple, you might have difficulty finding a space to place and open the luggage.
- The heating system in the bedroom and bathroom is great!
- The place is a bit far but still walkable from the subway station. There is a bus stop just right in front of the place but I did not use it even once.
- There is a convenience store just a few seconds away! And there are few other convenience stores along the way from the subway to the apartment.
- Poor communication on the check-in date, they did not provide the password to the entrance until 30 min before check-in time via the app or email.
- Incredibly, the internet connection was poor. On the first night could not use the WIFI at all. The staff kindly contacted the internet service provider to reset the signal but the problem was not solved, so the second night also without WIFI. The staff provided the password of the neighbor's room, the connection is better but the signal was unstable. Sometimes having problems of watching YouTube.
- Unstable water pressure, so I got hot burning and icy cold showers in between.
- Smelly and dirty sofa in my room (of course not in every room)
- I got bed bug bites!

Cost-effective, compared to similar type hotel
I have never seen the staff at last
Suddenly all power was down in my room, and tried to call the staff, but finally no reply
After 1 hr, the power was recovered. . .
All table wares were also duty, please clean them

Faces a bus stop to Tokyo station directly so you can be on your way, especially if carrying a lot of luggage.
Conveniently located in between Shintomicho and Tsukiji stations (short walk)
A family mart right next to the main entrance.
Very spacious accommodation, more like an apartment.
check-in process is a bit tedious
the front staff aren’t aleays there especially if you show up early
you have to call them to leave your baggage
cleaning could require a little bit of work
they don’t clean the room during the stay unless you ask them to (for a fee)

Leaving the room and go as far as possible.
First time that I leave a bad review, but it’s my civic duty to try to save the next poor fellow! I booked a room while at the airport, and after one hour I was at the place. As I entered the room, a ridiculous smell of mold almost burned my nostrils. I could also bear the fake pictures, the dirt (huge stains on the sofa?!), and the fact that the room hadn’t been prepared. Fine, it happens. But, being allergic, I really could not sleep in a room with so much mold: I am pretty sure that under the wallpapers there were enough mushrooms for a good risotto. I asked for another room, and guess what? Even worse! Then I tried to say politely that I could not sleep there, and the show began. The kid at the desk (no English..) called his manager, who called the owner, because nobody wanted to take their responsibility, and I waited. And waited. And Waited. Then, the brilliant idea: they could lend me a portable air cleaner (for real!). I than asked for a refund (my booking had been done just a couple of hours earlier), but I’ve been told that it “didn’t comply with their cancellation policy”, and that “that’s the Japanese building standard”. Shame I live in Japan since 10 years, and I know pretty well the Japanese standard. Cherry on the cake, when I proposed to call the Booking.com customer service, they also got mad at me, in a very rude fashion: they brought my luggage downstairs, and they clearly told me that even they were aware of the mold, they would have never admitted it, in order to “protect their image”. In the end, I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, and only thanks to Booking.com I could get half of my money back after a week or so. I didn’t want to wrap it up, on a matter of principle, but in the end i chose to let them the money that they unfairly bled me: they will need it when sooner or later a guest with respiratory issues will sue them!

Terrible odor inside. Floors, bed covers, pillows. Smells like feet - literally everywhere.
check-in - room wasnt ready. Had to wait outside for an hour (staff look short-staffed - front staff was doing the reception and the cleaning).

Great value. It’s basically an apartment. There’s a kitchen and a washing machine. The room is very nice for the amount I paid. The staff was very nice as well.
The room wasn’t as dark as I’d prefer. The room doesn’t have a dryer, but there’s a dryer function in the shower room. Give yourself plenty of time to dry your clothes.

Great location, Tokyo station is easily accessible by bus line 15 within 10 minutes. The room itself looked very beautiful, the bathroom was great! I didn't need it but the room had a fully usable kitchen and a washing machine! And the price was amazing (though probably due to the pandemic)
It smelled A LOT like food in the room and the smell was still there the next morning. Whoever stayed in there before me cooked very fragrant food...
The mattress wasn't really comfortable, you could clearly feel the metal springs inside.

The apartment is very modern and decent space but the
The cleanliness was not up to standard. The plates, cups and pots was dirty (I had to clean them before use). The fridge was also dirty and was smelly. Also the carpets was not clean, the couch had stains and did not look good.

The hotel was great. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The hotel room was so clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. There was a big flat screen TV although I saw no TV in the pictures so I was happy about that! There's an elevator so it's pretty easy to access your room. Everything about the hotel was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again. The value for money is insanely good.
Nothing.
