This place was as advertised. Amazing.

During our stay, four families occupied this unit: Grandpa and Grandma, son and wife and two teenage children, granddaughter and husband and 3 little children (ages 5,3 and 1) and a second granddaughter and husband with one child (age 1). There were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The younger generation enjoyed the nearby beach. With four little kids, there was a lot of noise, but 95% of it was happy noise, which is more than OK! I did get some quiet time when I went onto the deck to read. All in all, it was a really nice vacation, enjoyed by all, and we may well repeat it next year.

Great weekend spot for a large family get together. Plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for all. Large dining area and hang out area. On site games, pool table and local shopping kept everyone entertained. Just across the street from a beautiful section of the beach. Would definitely stay again..

The home was exactly as advertised. clean, spacious and very inviting. It had a warm homely feel which made our trip very enjoyable. We also loved the fact that there were no pets allowed. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this home for any large family gatherings.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. The layout was great. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and play games together. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped with everything you need. The bonus was having 2 refrigerators.

The rental is huge, clean and just across the street from a lovely beach. The beach across from the rental is the only one with a life guard station for several blocks. This should give families some peace of mind. Tim was lovely to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

Tim I just want to say that of all the properties we’ve rented yours was by far the nicest ,most comfortable and cleanest. My whole family of 18 had their own space and yet space to be together thank you for all your help. Virginia

This place was wonderful. Very clean, great acceas to the beach, roomy for all of us with extraa auch as spices,coffee,coolers beach toys booie boards. Kitchen was well equiped for large numbers. Would definitely stay again.

We had a family reunion here - 4 different sisters and our parents met up for a beach vacation. We spanned 2-60years if she and everyone enjoyed the stay. (15 people) The owners care about your entire experience - from little coolers and ice packs to beach chairs, and from Aloe to games and movies ….. the little touches made all the difference. With two levels, all the littles could go to bed while the adults had time to socialize and not disturb them during nap or bedtime. The two fridges were a huge help for so many people.
We had a couple minor issues, but the owners were very responsive and took care of things immediately. We did find some leftover clothing from the guests before us…hence the 4/5 stars for cleanliness, but the place was overall clean. We would 100% stay here again.

We were a group in our 40s down for a guys weekend and the house was perfect for us. When everyone came in the response was unanimous, "Wow, this place is nice!" This place is set up perfectly for any large group of people. Plenty of seats, two living and gaming (pool and cards for us) spaces, lots of dining space, two fridges, and plenty of beds for all. Great house and great experience. Thank you, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be.

We would book with Tim again. The VRBO was very spacious. Open kitchen and living space. Beach straight across. Everyone had there own room and beds. We loved it!!!

Our ladies group enjoyed the openness of the main living space and the 8 bedrooms with all king beds. Great space and the owner was very responsive.

We take our team on retreats every year and this was the best rental experience we have had. The host Tim was great to work with; he responded to our questions and needs almost immediately. Hurricane Ian hit during our stay and he called to check on us. The condo was in great condition when we arrived and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
As soon as we get our dates for next year, we will be calling to book this place again!

This condo was perfect for our large family. It's very spacious so everyone had room to be comfortable. The pool table and upstairs sitting room were an added bonus. We had easy access to the beach. Parking was a little tight but there were plenty of spaces available. We would love to stay there again.

I highly recommend this condo! It’s by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed at during our many trips to Myrtle beach! Great layout with room for everyone! Well stocked kitchen, the two fridges were perfect! They even have little coolers, some beach equipment, and the like if you forgot to bring them! Easy check in and check out. Tim was super responsive to our needs and his sister who lives nearby was there within an hour with what we needed. Above and beyond service! Super easy walk to beach. The pool is on the small size, but clean and nice. We loved it and would stay again!

Perfect for a large family group
This villa is perfect for a large family group. We highly recommend it. There was plenty of space for our 4 family group. It is very kid friendly, pack-n-plays & high chair provided. Quick easy walk to the beach, even with little kids.
There is a PS2 that the teenagers enjoyed and a large collection of family friendly DVDs.

Family Vacation
Most of us were from Wisconsin but we love the beach and ocean. This place was perfect for us. A very short walk to the beach and tons of beach toys for the kids stored right outside the door. It was spacious and well equipped. And the kitchen was fantastic. We did a lot of eating in, and used the grills that are provided. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! TV in every room with lots of movies for kids and adults! Great time. Would definitely return to this condo. Thanks Tim.

Perfect for Lacrosse Tournament
Great space for all of us-6 players, all the parents, equipment, and close to the Sports complex. It was perfect! Clean, spacious enough so everyone had their own space. Had a little bit of issue with lock, but property manager was quick to fix it. If it wasn't late fall-the pool & hot tub would have been killer! Next time- we would definitely rent this again.

Good but needs better cleaning
The floor was not mopped clean. Walking on floor with Bare feet gave everybody Blackfeet on the first day we were there . We enjoyed the closest to the beach, the grill, toys and chairs for the beach

Remarkable Stay
The stay at the villa at 201 Perrin was a pleasant surprise. Our Bible Study group has been coming to the beach for a retreat for the last 8 years but this by far was one of the cleanest, friendliest most appealing places we have ever stayed. The owner was most gracious and responsive. Our plan is to return again next year.

Cleaning Problem
We had to wash all the bedding because there were hair and stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The oven was not clean at all. Baby high chairs were not clean. The shower curtains had mold on them. One was so bad, we bought a new one and our children wound up buying new sheets for their beds. House needs a very thorough cleaning. Once we got past that, we did enjoy our stay there.
