My son got married this weekend. Great place to relax between all the activities. My wife and I only had time for one beach walk, very quiet and secluded spot.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this place was immaculate. The house had every amenity you could think of, very well stocked with towels and linens. The kitchen was also very well stocked with all the cooking equipment needed to make a great seafood meal! The upper deck was an added bonus! It’s gorgeous up there! We will be back! Thank you for having us!!

This property was in a great location!! You were just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but if you wanted to be a part of it, it was just a short drive away. It was a great house with all of the amenities that you needed!

A group of us stayed here for a weekend getaway. Great house, had everything we needed and was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to see my sister for Thanksgiving week and wanted extra space for my family and my mom to stay. This was perfect with plenty of space for all of us to have our own rooms and enough bathrooms for everyone, too. The proximity to the beach is great (just a couple blocks away, easily walkable) and the property is clean and well stocked. The hosts communicated well and we had everything we needed for the check-in and checkout process. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely home filled with personality and charm, with a spectacular rooftop, only a block from the ocean. Owners made us feel very welcome and kindly gave us an early check in when our plan changed and we could go a little early. Their neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk and very quiet. An excellent stay.

Took my elderly parents down to visit with my sister. We were all able to stay together and just enjoy the company of our family. It is an AWESOME place to stay, just wish it was closer to the action. I chose this weekend because of the sand art. I like to walk and was hoping it was within walking distance and nothing really close to shop. But all in all it was perfect and very nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

The title says it all! Perfect location on the North End of Va Beach. House is fully equipped! love the beach cart Debbie and Donnie are fabulous hosts and are beyond responsive! There was a minor repair needed for the property but Debbie reached out ahead of time to inform us and everything was coordinated around our schedule Truly a 5 star customer service experience! We will definitely be back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation. We had a small issue with the 1/2 bath toilet and the owners had someone out to fix it the next day. Very helpful and kind staff.

What a wonderful house - clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It's a block from the beach - very easy to walk especially with the cart that the owners provide. We would definitely stay here again.

All though we had a cooler week, This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Walking distance to beach and 5 minute drive to the oceanfront.

We had a great stay. Debbie was very very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The home was stocked with everyday needs - paper products, cooking ware, and even condiments - better than any other VRBO aww have stayed in. The elevator was very helpful for our older family members. Our only thought, if you have toddlers, there are lots of stairs but the owners even provided baby gates! Very family friendly home with a high chair, pack-n-play and video games. We definitely recommend this home.

The house was beautiful. The elevator was extremely helpful especially as we are all mature women. We enjoyed our time together, the open concept third floor and the roof top deck!

I don’t like to say anything negative as this property itself was great - it was the listing you have to watch out for -my search criteria was 4 bedrooms so when I saw 4 bedrooms I expected 4 bedrooms as this has always been the case in the many places I have booked however this properyt listed 4 Bedrooms and I didn’t discover until there that the 4th listed bedroom was actually the den with a sofa bed - I don’t know if this is “allowed” on the site or considered false “advertising” it does say under “4 th bedroom” that it is a queen sofa bed unfortunately I didn’t read that closely :( and there are also 4 pictures of beds which is what I use to confirm bed sizes and in the listing one of the bedrooms is pictured twice so I just counted 4 - again I should have caught it but there shouldn’t be 4 pictures of beds when there’s only 3 beds - we made it work but would not have booked a 3 bedroom - this has never happened to us before so don’t let it mess up your trip! Other than that the place was very nice clean and well stocked!! - super close to the beach and a fabulous rooftop for sunrise and sunset relaxing - the elevator was a bonus too when we had elderly family stop for a visit !!

The property was very convenient to the beach and state park hiking trails. The unit could use new frying pans--we did fix breakfast. Elevator very convenient for a disabled guest. The room with twin beds-- the bed has blocked egress thru the window in the event of an emergency. This was concerning.

When my nephew and his family wanted to visit we had no place for their 2-year old twins, so we rented the ideal place for the 6 of us to stay. Me and my partner stayed in the 3rd floor bedroom while my nephew’s family were on the 2nd floor where they were all together. The elevator was perfect for me, as I can barely walk with MS, and the carpeted stairs were perfect for twins experiencing stairs for the first time. We rarely spent time on the deck as it was February. Most of the activity happened in the 3rd floor living and kitchen area. It was wonderful getting to know new family members while staying at our new home away from home.

We were annoyed because we had to call because the water was turned off, the lock to the door didn’t work, and we had to fill the propane on the gas tank. It seemed like a lot of issues within the first day. Also, the house was very cold for the December temps. We couldn’t seem to ever feel warm. The blankets on the reds weren’t adequate. The kitchen could use some baking sheets. They had one and it was gross!!! Limited kitchen cooking utensils and dishes. I don’t know if I would use this house again.

Everything was as advertised...plan on staying here again

This was a first time in Virginia Beach for many of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The house is very clean and well equipped and the rooftop deck is peaceful and comfortable. The neighbors are extremely friendly and it is a very short walk to the beach.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the amenities, proximity to the beach, and quiet neighborhood. The elevator made it accessible for our disabled son, which was a must. We had a relaxing, worry-free vacation. Would definitely stay again!

This was one of the best house rental experiences we've had, period. The house had everything you could ask for from cooking utensils, to extra towels, you name it. Plenty of bathrooms, good internet, the house was nice and clean. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to walk to the beach, and the beach cart, chairs, and sand toys were REALLY appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, and perfect for our family. It's a short drive 5-10 min to the boardwalk area or the same distance in the other direction to restaurants, grocery store, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I loved this property. Spacious and bright with lots of windows. Just about everything that you need for the stay is provided. The elevator is an awesome bonus for loading and unloading. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!
