I’ve just returned from my stay. I appreciated this little charming condo. I have family in Naples and 2 kiddos enjoyed a sleepover a couple nights.
The location is literally 1 block from the famous pier and beach. It’s such a quiet area and gorgeous homes. Coffee is 2 blocks away. It’s a modest, clean efficiency with everything you’ll need. I appreciated the communication and assistance with the owner. I wish there would’ve been a screened area for morning coffee and laundry in the efficiency. Both of those are no reflection on the owner at all. It’s rare to have an affordable rental at this pristine, affluent area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great trip to Naples and the property, location and host were all excellent. The place was very spacious and clean with all the main items needed to explore the beach that is right across the street. It was very smooth checking in and communicating with the host throughout the process. This is the best location to explore all of our favorite spots in Naples. Thanks!

The manager stayed in touch with me about updates and reminders leading up to our trip. I felt very comfortable and confident about staying at this location and it did not disappoint! Perfect location to the beach and dining areas. Everything was perfect for our little family. Would highly recommend and will be back!

The condo was very cute and exceptionally clean. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet, as well as plenty of towels, a fishing pole and some tackle. The layout is great and you could easily have a small family or 2 couples stay without any problem. And the location is phenomenal. A very short walk and you are on the beach with the Naples Pier to your right and endless white sand in either direction. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We walked to campiellos for dinner, and highly recommend it as well. We would stay here again, absolutely.

Loved the location and how easy it was to communicate with the owner. Everything was just what pictures showed online and the pool was never crowded and always well taken care of. Laundry facilities very nice and convenient. Many restaurants within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride. Fabulous neighborhood and 5 minute walk to the beach! Plan to rebook soon.

Our annual girls trip brought us to the beautiful Naples beach this year. This condo was perfect and a great location! It included beach chairs and plenty of beach towels as well!

Great stay. The apartment was neat and clean and it worked perfectly for us. Best location in Naples near the beach, restaurants and shops. We have stayed in the Mariner in previous trips and we like it very much for the great pool and location.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at the Mariner. The location is fantastic, with a quick walk to the beach, and a quick walk to the shops/restaurants! The condo had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, cooler and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, and we enjoyed breakfasts and made lunches with ease. We dined out every night and ate at some wonderful restaurants that are literally, "around the corner" from the Mariner. Steve made the check-in process very easy, and contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great communication! We will be staying again!

This is the only the second time we have stayed at a vacation rental, but communication with Steve was great which helped put us at ease that we would have a good stay. The location is excellent as it is a very short walk to the beach and to 3rd street, which we did both everyday. This location is very quiet at night.
We also enjoyed the pool just about everyday and met several other very nice visitors and owners.

We loved the easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Having towels, chairs and umbrellas in the unit made beach days a breeze. We also enjoyed using the pool after a beach day. Coin operated laundry room is available for longer stays.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing! So close to one of the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer. Everything was easy about accessing the property and had a designated parking spot which was a very nice bonus. The condo is equipped with everything you need - very cute and convenient to everything! Definitely recommend!

If you cant be On the beach, you cant get any closer than 300 steps! Condo was clean! Plenty of bath & beach towels and beach chairs. Great Fridge which was super cold for our beverages! Dont turn up beyond 2 or some things might get icy. Beds were comfy. Already rebooked! Owner was very responsive.

This Condo is less than a block from the beach in Olde Naples. It was really clean! It is older, but we loved that about it. My friends and I will be back with a few others to stay here again!

Ideal base for 2 couples (2 beds & 2 baths) as part of our west coast road trip, with beach access- a short walk away. Although it is quite small, the property had everything we needed for our stay and has had some internal upgrades. The communal pool is well maintained and inviting. Only negative was polyester bed sheets?! Good communication with Stephen was appreciated.
