This rental was as pictured and overall a nice rental. Plus side.. the kitchen was SUPER well appointed. The bathrooms also very nice, roomy with great water pressure. The other plus is that if you want easy fast access to beach and pools it couldn't be a better situated condo. If traveling with kids old enough to swim alone, you can easily watch them from balcony which hangs directly between the two pools and beach boardwalk. Also, another plus for those with limited mobility, ZERO stairs to beach! What I was less pleased with, the condo could def. have been cleaner, and the walls in the main living space are badly in need of a fresh coat of paint. The master throw pillows, smelled like greasy hair. Yes, I make it habit to always smell bedding. :) I can report the rest was clean. The beds are very firm, but no one complained and all of us slept well. Lastly select furnishings, were a problem. The balcony furnishings are basically trashed with eh exception of the tall deck chairs which we stellar and all we sat in. And the TV, for move nights was awesome, but the small, uncomfortable couches in the main room were not something anyone wanted to gather on. The TVS worked well. Though this condo sleeps 8, I would say best case is 2 couples and their kids sharing the bunk room.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen well stocked; some beach toys, and access to 2 beach chairs and umbrella; beach rental staff on property were very nice and helpful. Communication with manager was excellent! Well located to many things; we enjoy walking in mornings and found good sidewalks. Building was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed. Would love to return in future.

The property was perfect - spacious condo for all of us to stretch out. The whole place is well maintained and the beds were very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. Communication was excellent. The location was excellent. The view was awesome - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a family Christmas week with 7 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. The property was very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely return.

Inside Doors were dirty in every room. But everything else was perfect. Enough room and we were not on top of each other which was wonderful. Location was perfect and pools were very clean. Thank you Martha Warwick

The property and view was beautiful. Nice furnishings and space to accommodate my family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were very comfortable, and we loved the large balcony. Location is wonderful. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Owner nice and easy to communicate with about any questions we had prior to arriving and during stay. Definitely a top notch rental!

Beautiful beach, heated pool and good restaurants within walking distance. it is a great spot to just relax.

We loved the color scheme and well decorated condo. Ease of getting to the car, beach and pool area. Pool was heated and hot tub was spacious. Great to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The comfy deck furniture made it nice for sitting with a cocktail and chatting as we watched the sunset. I’d come back here again.

We stayed for two weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed unit 607! The unit and the experience was wonderful. We were already familiar with Azure, Okaloosa Island, and the general Destin area, all of which we really like. This is our consistent go to location for vacation time and we plan for this to be our go to unit.

We had the best week staying at Azure! The penthouse unit is in the perfect spot in my opinion. My 75 y/o mother in law loved being able to hang out on the balcony. She could either watch us at the pool, which is directly below the balcony, or spot us at the beach. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times while sitting out there drinking our coffee- it was perfect. The walk to the beach is within feet. You simply take the elevator down to the main floor and take a very short walk out to the pool area- which is beautiful- and the boardwalk to the beach is right there. We loved having beach service, which is for two. But there were also extra beach chairs and a few toys in the laundry room of the unit to use. When we weren’t hanging out on the balcony we were playing scrabble at the large dining table. They had a PlayStation or Netflix for the kids.. when they weren’t swimming that is. ;) Being able to cook dinner or breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen helped us save money. But we did hit up way too many restaurants that week! Our favorites were AJ’s and Tailfins. Although we did have an issue with our deposit- it was in no way the owners fault. It was completely something I must have missed. And even then- when I spoke with Rick he walked me through it and worked with me, meeting me half way. This was 100% something he didn’t have to do and was my fault. They rarely ever have to hold back a portion of the deposit. I wouldn’t even mention this but my experience in speaking with him on the phone completely turned the situation around. My advice is to reach out to Rick if something goes wrong. All they want to do is take care of this property to the best extent possible for the next family staying. And you guys are doing great Rick! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at several condos on Okaloosa Island and this was our favorite.

Needs furniture update. Mattresses and couch. Still dirty from prior group. Cleaned???

The pictures do not do it justice- the views from the balcony were spectacular we saw dolphins multiple time a day! Fully stocked kitchen, had beach chairs and toys. Rooms were set up perfectly for multiple families and kids had their own room with bathroom. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Felt very safe in the area, clean throughout the condo and the whole complex. Definitely visit the pier down the beach- saw sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays and sharks every time we went! Owner was quick with all responses. Would most definitely rent again!

It was good

The views from the deck were absolutely amazing! We even caught a fireworks display one night. The bunk bed room was spacious and allowed us to fit 4 kids in there. The 2 pools and splash area were great. There was plenty of space and never felt crowded. The area has so much to offer, plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great time at our location. Condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to some things.

Stayed with 3 kids, us, and the grandparents. Had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Penthouse views of the ocean. We love the Azure with the 2 big pools, splash pad, and hot tubs. Nicest beaches I've ever been to, and is snow white and soft, water is crystal clear! The owner was very responsive during booking and checkout, and had no issues during our stay. Would love to be able to come back.

The condo is a nicely appointed unit in a great area. For health reasons I have to spend more time than usual in the condo. The unit was really nice and I loved the balcony. I am 6’4’” and 250 lbs, the balcony was spacious with furniture that was very comfortable for spending the entire day relaxing on the balcony.

The location and property itself were great. However, most of the furniture was old and dirty, which bothered all of us. Even the outdoor furniture was dirty. The master shower was extremely moldy and in dire need of repair/ replacement. The kitchen was not well equipped as far as utensils. The master bedroom was warmer then the rest of the unit.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Azure 607. This unit had a fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig), comfortable furniture with a huge tv (perfect if it should rain and you have to stay indoors), a very comfortable master bed and has a bunk room that is perfect for children complete with queen bunks and video games. It is on the top floor, fairly close to elevator, was very quiet and we saw dolphins every morning. We had a great stay.

Loved every single thing once we got in to room. View was outstanding, rooms were great. Only issue was the check in. Didn’t get in to our room until 6:45 PM because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Owner was very nice and apologetic and from that point on the trip was fantastic. I cannot wait to go back next summer, if not sooner!!
