We rented the property for Coachella weekend. The property was beautiful and clean. There were 8 young adults and 2 Moms. The bunk beds advertised were in a converted closet and were more suitable for small children, not older teens/adults.

Spacious home that is inviting to families to spend time together. The pool/jacuzzi is excellent, bedrooms are nice, and the casita is great. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly when a couple of minor issues came up. Will be staying there again when visiting the La Quinta area

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this property in Palm Springs for the past four years, and it has become our family’s favorite vacation spot. Every year, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect for all our needs, offering convenience and a fantastic atmosphere for creating lasting memories with our kids. This is a wonderful home in a superb location. We had some difficulty using the hot tub controls and the ice maker. Hopefully this will be addressed for future renters.

The living room, kitchen and patio/pool areas are amazing for a big social group. It’s a Nice view of the golf course. The two bedrooms in the main house, and one bed in the casita are very comfortable with really nice bathrooms. The pull out couch bed, and the rollaway twin bed are not comfortable. The only thing that takes away a star is the “sleeps 11” claim.

This property is gorgeous. Truly. It was clean, it had everything we needed for cooking/bbqing. The master suite is massive, open, and gorgeous. We stayed for the festival. This is not the place for you, however if you want to sit silently in the spa after a few days of walking around for 12 hours. They will have a curfew for any outdoor activities.
One of the people in the party was a late add. Though the property manager accommodated me, she scolded me for having someone to add after the original email of names were sent.
Though that situation was frustrating, I am fully confident this wouldn’t be a tough situation for most, including myself in normal situations.
Also: beware, the bunk beds see in a closet in the casita…

Beds are AWFUL!
Beautiful home! Great location and pool. The only down fall were the beds. They are ALL extremely uncomfortable. We were a group of women on a retreat and the bed sizes were not accurate. We even got a measuring tape to be sure we were not wrong. The casita says “King” it was a Full same with the “Queen” inside. It is a Full. The bunks are in a closet and look cute but My kids couldn’t even sleep in there. There were not curtains so the lights from the street shine in and since it is built inside a closet it gets no air and is unbearable to sleep in. Since we had such wrong information on the bed sizes we were able to review the couches and they are actually very comfortable! Other than the bed situation everything was very lovely.

Disappointed
I had read in past reviews that the air conditioning in the casita was struggling to keep it cool. I asked the property manager prior to making the reservation and she assured me that the air conditioning was working fine. Well it was working but the thermostat could not be lowered below 72 degrees or the unit will lock-up. Needless to say during the summer months the air needs to be lower than 72 degrees in a small building that has 4 exposed walls. My daughter and her boyfriend had to sleep on the sofa in the main house for 2 nights.
The house was clean, but all the outdoor furniture was filthy. I spent the first morning hosing down all of the sitting areas and patio. And there was only one small outdoor umbrella that was broken which my husband had to fix.
Overall disappointed for the cost.

Mother's Day Weekend
Two related families came with our adult children, 8 in total. The property is well appointed with incredible views and lovely upgrades. Our only problem was the amount of beds available versus the reality of adult children. When we return, we will come with three couples rather than 8 people adults.

great for a large group
love this place. was perfect for our group of 6 adults. this place would be ideal i think for 2 families with a few kids. pga west is so beautiful and peaceful. property was very clean upon check in. host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. the only complaint i have is that the control ipad system for the pool is super finicky and difficult to use. it is controlled by an awful app that works about 30% of the time. super annoying. other than that i loved this place! would stay again.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful holiday stay at this lovely home! Jenny was always available and responsive to any inquiry - a thoughtful, and well-appointed home. The proprietor has really considered exactly what travelers need while away from home!! Everything was easy to work, including the remote controls - :) You can drop your bags and settle in easily! A perfect place to stay in beautiful La Quinta!

Summer staycation
My family and my sister’s family stayed here and we loved this beautiful home. Owners were very helpful and responsive too. Great location for husbands to golf. We loved the pool, kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining, and loved the master room and en suite. Definitely one our favorite places we stayed in.
