The condo was clean and the atmosphere was cozy. The view of the beach and pool was perfect.

Breathtaking views beautiful pools and the lazy river is alot of fun. Conveniently located to everything you want to do. My family likes to fish so access to bay and pier were just the icing on the cake .

This condo was perfect! The view was amazing and my family really enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach and the umbrella and chair service was so convenient and made enjoying the beach a pleasant experience! Will most definitely book again. The host was prompt with her response to my question and very friendly! Overall ver loved it!

We enjoyed staying at this property which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo even came with little mini bottles of shampoo. There is so much to do at this resort from the beach to the lazy river. The only negative thing is that the baseboards need to be cleaned. The bunk beds were a little small for my teens but we made it work. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would recommend this condo.

The condominium we rented was very nice. Located on the fifth floor, we had a fabulous view of the gulf and beach. Several restaurants were in walking distance, which made things quite convenient.Staci was wonderful.

Pictures were true to the property. Surface cleaning was good but deep cleaning such as baseboards, under the beds, around the mattresses of the bunk beds are in need of attention. The property was great - beach and pools were great for families. A few things that would be helpful for future guests: there is no hair dryer and they supply one dish washer soap so add that to your packing / shopping list.

Our six night stay was pleasant. We thought the bunk bed area was a little too small and not exactly what we were expecting as a second bedroom. There was minimal closet space but we appreciated the bins and other storage options provided. The balcony was nice with the high chairs and beach chairs. None of the TVs had instructions and that was a little frustrating because we couldn’t get the living room tv to operate DVDs we rented on days it rained and we tried everything! The living room TV has a constant static-looking line down the middle which was annoying. We had to call maintenance twice. Once to help us lock the patio door. The issue was user-error as we did not realize there was a second sliding door that was stuck and not meeting the sliding door with the lock. The second call to maintenance was because there were no batteries in one of the remotes when we went to use it. The main bedroom TV turned on but did not show channels so that was disappointing. We were surprised to find there were no kitchen dish towels and only saw one dish cloth. There were only small bars of soap in the kitchen and bathrooms and we ended up buying liquid dish soap and hand soap for each bathroom. There may have been more toilet paper somewhere but one bathroom ran out and we had to purchase additional tissue. The refrigerator was great and held a lot and the kitchen table was nice to eat meals. The laundry option in the unit was super helpful and appreciated. From a cleanliness perspective, we were disappointed in the small things...For example, the corners of the baseboard in the main bathroom were FILTHY. I took photos of a few areas that were untouched for what appears like several weeks. There were several walls that looks like they needed updated paint (I.e., marks) and the back sliding door handle was full of chipped paint. All of the pools were AMAZING and the ocean view was wonderful. We loved the beach service that was included and it seemed like we were on a private beach at times. Access to the building was great. Upon arrival, we were unsure if we had to go to the office to check in or go straight to our unit so that was a little confusing. We also were unsure what level to park on when we arrived but once we figured that out, we were good and really liked how close the unit was to the parking garage. The overall look of the building was ok but a lot of rust on railings made it seem less desirable. We were disappointed in that.

This is a large facility, several buildings with MANY pools. This unit’s location provided one of the best views of the gulf, and was centrally located to all of the amenities. The Lazy River was super fun, Grotto Bar looked awesome but was too cold to swim in at the time for us thin-skin Floridians in March. Great spot close to parking garage as well so not a long walk with luggage etc. They unit itself was decorated beautifully, was comfortable and practical (plenty of hooks behind doors for bathing suits, stacked baskets in bathrooms for stuff, etc). Comfortable beds. Everything you would need for a relaxing stay.

This property is wonderful! My family of five (2 adults, a 7 year old, a 3 year old, and an infant) just returned from our stay and we were so impressed! The view from this property is magnificent! The pools are fantastic. The check in process was super easy and the property was beautiful! Staci did such a great job decorating this condo. It is super roomy and absolutely perfect. The only thing is - if you have little kids you may want to bring paper plates or plastic plates because all of the plates are glass. I was so worried that one of my littles would break a plate, fortunately they did not. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the near future.

Overall a wonderful experience and property. Loved the beach service that was included with our stay. Unit has a wonderful iew of the beach while also overlooking the pool. Could have used a little better instruction on where to go to check in. Paperwork just had building office address not the rental office address. Drove passed 3 times before finding during heavy incoming Destin Saturday traffic. The major downfall to the unit was the cleanliness of the floors. They had been lightly vacuumed. However we're guessing they hadn't seen a good mopping in a very long while. We cleaned the filter of the handheld vacuum on a stick, so that greatly helped to start. Then we mopped the floors twice and wiped the layer of dust off the baseboards. Then we could walk in our socks without them turning black. The lights switches were also covered in fingerprints. Other than that, we had a great time and loved spending the day at the beach to swim a few laps in the pool before showering and going to dinner. Thanks for the memories!

our family greatly enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo, we were able to cook all our meals there, which is really important for us because 2 of my kids have dietary restrictions. This place is located in a really family-friendly environment, and we highly recommended it. We hope to come back!

We were glad this unit was available for our semi-last minute trip to Destin! The unit was updated with nice decor and was well-stocked with everything we needed. Stacy was in communication with us from the first moment and made sure we were settled in. The view from the balcony can’t be beaten in this complex, and it’s very conveniently located for pool and beach access. Definitely A+!

This was an amazing property that we would absolutely rent again. The owner even let me pre-ship an life jacket for our daughter so it saved some packing room! The only thing I would add is explaining a bit better where the property is actually located. We struggled to find it but it could have also been total exhaustion since we didn't arrive until 2am.

We really enjoyed staying at Destin West Gulfside, the condo came with beach chairs and umbrella service and a quick walk out to the beach. The parking garage was so easy too. We also really enjoyed the lazy river and other pools. We would stay at this condo again! It was so easy to rent and just enjoy. Also, the condo provided beach towels so we didn’t have to bring any, such a nice amenity!!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The view from the condo was breathtaking! We watched dolphins play just about everyday from our balcony! We enjoyed all of the pools and the beach too! We loved having the beach chair service. Staci was so easy to work. We can't wait to come back again!!

This condo was perfect! Had everything we needed inside. Loved the location and view. The pool was great and you didn't have to fight for chairs like we have on other vacations. Staci was so easy to work with and super responsive, anytime I sent her a text with a question before or during the trip, she got back to me right away. I can't compare the condo to anything because I don't know what the others look like but her place was upgraded and clean. I highly recommend staying at her place, you won't be disappointed!

The condo is updated and very clean. We had stayed at Destin West Gulfside before, but in a different condo. The property is family friendly, has great amenities and convenient location. The condo was fabulous, ocean view and overlooked the pool. The owner's attention to detail made the stay more enjoyable. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys were included which meant less to pack for our trip. The owner responded quickly to any to questions we had. Staci showed a genuine interest in my family having a wonderful vacation. Staci contacted us before, during , and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised us with new wash cloths when I notified her some were missing from the condo. We had a great vacation! I will recommend this condo to friends and family. Interaction with the owner made this trip exceptional.
