Great spot to stay location wise

The apartment lived up to the advertised photos and descriptions. Very well appointed with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Communications with the manager/owner were also excellent. The apartment was exceptionally clean with good bedding and linens. It was a little quirky in sitting between floors 1 and 2! Excellent location within walking distance to most of the major attractions and sights. Highly recommend this apartment for small groups or couples.

A great apartment. Plenty of room as there was only 3 of us. Bathrooms worked well. Kitchen well equipped. No instructions for the Washer/Dryer. We contacted the agent and the lovely cleaning lady helped us there. The stairs could be a problem. As the apartment is between floors it could prove to be risky trying to get bags up or down to the lift as the stairs are very steep. Overall, it is a satisfactory apartment in a terrific location. Thank you for having us to stay.

This is a very clean, modern and nice Paris apartment. Location is very good, essentially across the river from Notre Dame and the Lourve. St Germain and the Latin Quarter are very close, too. Subway/metro access is nearly as well. I’d stay at this place again. For Americans: It’s on the second floor. That’s important to note when you’re checking in because the instructions are confusing if you don’t count the first/ground floor as floor zero. Also to note: We had a larger group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The fold out couch in the living room is comfortable, but you can get awaken by roommates seeking to use the bathroom during the night. There’s a main full bathroom in the living room area. We tried to use the washer and dryer and didn’t have any luck. It’s an all-in-one unit that both washes and dries. We ended washing the same load 4x but it never dried. Instructions on how to use the machine would be helpful. I don’t want this review to be perceived as negative. That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. It’s a great, clean place in a good location. The check-in instructions could be clearer; the 3 keys to gain access could be marked better; and instructions for the w/d would be a plus. But these are small things for improvement for an already solid and good place to stay in Paris.

Perfect location quite comfortable.

Apt was very nice. In a great location. Roomy enough for 4 adults & 2 teens. Kitchen was well equipped but never did find clothes iron. Washing machine & drying rack were very handy for a 10 day vacation.

Communication was great and everything was as described. The most important thing was that the apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4- and it was! Air conditioning worked great and beds were comfortable. Close walking distance to Louve and other great areas to explore on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was everything we wanted. Great location, comfortable beds, spacious, had clothes and washer AC. The AC was in one bedroom so that door needed to stay open to get the AC to the other rooms. We were in Paris during a heatwave so the AC was appreciated. We decided to cook one night and realized we could not figure out the stove. Texted the owners through WhatsApp and they helped us figure it out. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is the absolute best location you could ask for. Beautifully furnished and had everything you could need for your stay. Very secure as the apartment was behind 4 locked doors with separate keys so we felt very safe. Thank you Carol and Gilles!

Apartment was in great location. Entrance was up a half flight of stairs (not great for older family members, narrow and winding stairs). Apartment was very clean.

Really enjoyed our stay. From the charm of the apartment to the perfect location, we could not have asked for a better experience. Easy walking distance to everything and just a fun place to stay. Owner was very accommodating.

What a perfect size for 5-6 people and very clean. The location was great for walking to all of the sites.

From the onset of booking the property it was quite problematic communicating with the owner and property manager. The property manager definitely had an attitude. I had to have my French niece do all the communicating with him. There were six of us staying at the property. Two children and four adults. There were absolutely no instructions for any of the appliances except one. Therefore we really could not make use of the washing machine or really cook. The air conditioning was in only one of the bedrooms. The apartment is very dark and faces an interior courtyard which only one of the bedrooms has an actual window that looks out into the dark courtyard. We each had one very low quality pillow which caused severe neck ache for myself and created a sleeping problem for several others. For this caliber apartment there should be better linens and pillows. There should also be more written Instructions, like how to use the television! Whenever we have rented any property there have been complete printed instructions on how to use The television as well as all of the appliances. There Are four doors to get into the apartment. Two Of the door locks are quite problematic leaving me to stain in the last night for fear that we would be locked out of our apartment. I stayed in and miss going to the Eiffel tower with my grandchildren. So the answer is bad service but great location. Our stay was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Gilles was waiting for us at check-in and took us through the apartment and explained everything. The air conditioning worked very well. Our Dishwasher stopped working and they replaced it the very next day. You could not ask for a better location. Highly recommended

The VRBO was located in a great location close to Notre Dame and the Louvre and was well equipped. The host and manager were friendly and helpful at check in. However, the beds in the two secondary bedrooms could be more comfortable, very firm.

The Louvre is an easy 10 minute walk. The place is very clean and spacious for a group of 5 that we had. Property manager was readily available with any needs that might arise. We were able to leave our bags upon arrival because we were earlier than the check in time. They will try to accommodate you in every way they can. This is the perfect place to stay in Paris. Everything was fantastic except for the air conditioning. Being from the States, we are used to air conditioning that keeps the entire house cool. This was not the case. We had a few sleepless nights because we couldn't get it cool enough. Other than that, it was magnificant. Would stay there again in cooler weather. Great location.
