Friendly host and service for the check-in as well as the check out. Space is ideal for groups and families. Perfect value/facilities level, all renovated and easy for use.

Everything was very clean, very comfortable, newly furnished so modern, nice and neat. It really deserves its high grade in booking.com. Surprisingly looks just like in the pictures (and even larger than I imagined, knowing some Paris properties). Great location central place in Paris yet quiet neighborhood and close to Metro stations (5 min walk), walking distance from Muse d’Orsey and all highlights of the left bank. Nearly any site in Paris is within short ride in public transportation or even by foot if you are fine walking 15-30 minutes. We were a family of 5 persons (with 3 teenagers aged 13 to 16) and the apartment was perfectly accommodating us - from beds, linen and towels to dishes and dining table space. Wi-Fi was working properly providing good services at all times. The small balcony was a nice surprise we didn’t expect, with a green view to the typical Parisian avenue. Carefour supermarket open 7am to 23pm just nearby and convenience store just around the corner open even later at night.

The kitchen is small with no basic oven (only microwave), and the fridge does not have a freezer (-18C). Located just above the metro tunnel - you can sense the low sound of trains movement though the walls from time to time. (This is not that bad and noticeable only early morning when you wake up and everything is so quiet around). I did not find how to use the TV Box set, or stream to it from my mobile. Maybe it is just me but it could be better to have a guide or a guidance upon check-in.

The apartment is well located and comfortable. The air conditioning was important as we were there in June when the weather was hot. We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen is well equiped. A bonus was having access to washing machine and dryer.

Being on the first floor and on a relatively busy road the apartment gets some noise when the doors to the little balcony are open, so we closed the doors. Also some noise from the metro can be heard, but the trains stop about 11 pm.

Everything, was super easy to get to Louvre by walk, the neighborhood secure and beautiful.

Amazing apartment in the city center, close to most sightseeing attractions and museums. I definitely recommend this cozy place for your trip and will be happy to visit it again.

This is a very spacious apartment in a great location in Paris. The host was very friendly and met us to give us the keys and show us around the property. The apartment is very well decorated, close to metro stations and has a lovely balcony. The apartment was clean and well furnished. There was a party in the apartment complex one evening but the double glazing kept most of the noise away. If they fixed the drain, we would definitely stay again!

There was a problem with the drain in the shower that really affected our trip. The smell was HORRENDOUS. It was difficult to use the bathroom because of the smell and the whole apartment stank of sewage when we arrived back each evening. The host had advised us to put a bowl over the drain to stop the smell but this did nothing. In my opinion, they should not have guests stay in this apartment until the drain is fixed, it's very hard to stay somewhere where the smell of sewage is so strong - especially after showers. We felt like the price was quite high considering the issue with the drain.

everything was great, Emilia greeted us and was patient on showing us around- great location for our needs:) - would definitely stay again!
