What a relaxing week we had. The space was perfect given we had me, my husband, my 12 year old daughter, my 20 year old niece and my 70 year old mother. We each basically had our own floor to sleep on and our own bathrooms. The condo is clean and well stocked. It is an end unit by the street and while I didn't hear much street noise at night during the months of July and August there is a dumpster that is emptied between 1am-4am which is close to the unit. Once we knew what the sound was it was fine. The parking was confusing for the guest space and a calendar of dates would be helpful. Trash is picked up daily. The pool was great with lifeguards. The private beach is Lewis Bay which has a lot of boat activity. You can swim if you would like though. 2 minute walk to Kalmus beach which was very nice and thankfully the owners provide a beach parking pass so you can visit any of the Barnstable beaches for free parking (THANK YOU)! There are technically 5 levels to the condo so a lot of stairs but we put my niece and daughter in the bedroom all the way upstairs which was nice because we couldn't hear them if they stayed up later. The couch is super comfortable and the views are wonderful. Again - such a relaxing week - great location in Hyannis and close to everything - shopping, beaches, restaurants and was awesome having the pool and beach access! Enjoy!

Nice condo has beautiful private beach located next to Hyannis Yacht Club and beautiful harbor also Yachtsman has a a lovely pool to enjoy and is close to town great area for walking. Shuttle available

We enjoyed our extended fall stay at Gene and Carol’s lovely condo. There was plenty of room for family to come visit and the proximity to the beach was ideal for enjoying early morning walks. We were also able to enjoy private sunsets from the rooftop deck!

Overall this is a very good location right on a private beach with warm water and no waves so great for the kids. Short walk to the ferry to take a trip to Nantucket which was great. Also can walk to Main Street for dining/shopping. House was not as clean as expected which was communicated to host. Also several condo association rules so make sure you read those in detail. We overall had a really nice trip.

Our family had an awesome time staying at this property. The unit was in great shape and was both well-stocked and also well-designed, giving a great Cape Cod beach feel. We loved the private beach nearby, which was quiet and great for kids. The condo is both quiet/private feeling but also a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the ferries and Main St Hyannis. We had a blast and would love to stay here again.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. There was a lot of space on the 3 levels. The beach was peaceful and clean, but several steps walking from the unit. It was also a bit noisy, located next to the street. Very convenient to Main Street shops and the island ferries. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a great stay in Hyannis. The short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. The beach is shallow and calm, good for floats, paddle boards etc. The pool was great, staff was super friendly, the grounds are very well kept. The unit was clean and spacious. The only drawback for a family with young children is all of the stairs. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and the multiple bathrooms and central air a definite plus! Gene was very responsive, easy booking, check in, check out process.

I spent the week here with my family. The home was very clean, and was equipped with everything my family needed to enjoy our week together! Gene was available to answer questions for me throughout our booking process. I would highly recommend this rental! Two beaches within a 5 minute walk and close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, parks etc. highly recommend!

Overall a good place that was convenient to the beach and any activities one wants to do. Price value was ok, but with some minor upgrades and cleanliness the cost for the week would have been fair.

I would say the property could use some updating and a more thorough cleaning. Communication with the owner was excellent.

This was our first experience visiting Cape Cod and we all had a great time. The directions were very clear, the unit was well stocked, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was very convenient for a young family - close to beach, pool and downtown.

Everything I expected

The house is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better! Walking distance to downtown, short walk to the beach, amazing pool. There are a lot of stairs which made it a little difficult for us with a baby crawling everywhere. The beds could also be a little more comfortable. Overall, would recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was extremely ideal as we were a 4-minute walk to a wonderful town beach as well as its own private beach and heated pool. The options were very welcomed. The amenities were more than substantial and we had a very comfortable stay.

Property very well situated. walking distance to the port where nice restaurants and bars are located, easy access to the ferry as well. Awesome to be so close to the beach! The pool was also very nice, unfortunately opened only on Saturday-Sunday on that week but we enjoyed it! The condo itself is great, very spacious and well equipped. Nice to have washing machine and dryer in addition to all necessary amenities. It was not very clean, and as discussed with Gene, a full spring cleaning should be done especially to clean behind furnitures, under beds, etc...Few little issues due to the age of the property but nothing major. We had a very nice time there and we recommend this property to families! Gene was very easy to contact and very responsive per email and phone. Awesome Host!

The initial photo and description of ocean view is a bit misleading. That aside everything was fabulous. Lovely condo, clean and well stocked. We really loved the location - walked to beach, walked to restaurants. Very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Gene was very attentive and clear about rules, procedures, parking etc. Thank you Gene and Carol!!

We absolutely loved staying in Gene's unit in Hyannis and we look forward to renting from him again! His townhome sits between two very family-friendly, private beaches and is also close to Main Street (shops and restaurants), Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Home Depot, etc. His townhome was perfect for our big family - four adults and two young children! Each bedroom has a bathroom and each bedroom/bath is located on a separate level so it was quiet and very private for our large family vacation! Additionally, Gene provided everything we needed for our week-long stay, including trash bags, bottled water, paper towels, tissues, etc. Thank you, Gene!

We enjoyed our stay here. Property owner Gene was very responsive and helpful in resolving minor issues we encountered during our stay. Very good location with proximity to Private Beach and close to Restaurants in town.

We had a wonderful one week stay in this beautiful townhouse only steps from the beach. It was very clean and the set up was perfect for our family of 5 plus two extra tweens/teens. Loved having 3 bathrooms, so helpful. Would love to come back.

Our family had a very pleasant 2-week stay on the Cape. We loved the quieter location of the condo, at the end of the building, with beautiful views of the ocean from the top deck. The large living room was very cozy for our large family of 7. The beach right by the condo complex was perfect for our small children, with quiet waters and lots of shells. Gene was the best host we have ever had, checking in with us before and during our stay, to make sure we were all set.

This is a great 3 level, 3 BR condo near the water in Hyannis, just down the street from the ferry. Nice layout, well-appointed, with excellent sunset views over a marsh. Short walk to the beach and longer walk into a nice downtown area of Hyannis. Gene was very attentive before, during, and after our stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. With 3 floors it separated the kids so we were not all in each other’s way and it was close to all the activities just down the street.

This was our first time renting this condo and were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo. The location was perfect for our family too being close the the beach and having a pool for the kids. Communication with the owner was always positive and prompt- always addressing our questions and needs quickly. We hope to rent again from this owner again next year!

The townhouse is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and ferries. Very spacious and has all the amenities. I stayed off season for work, but was able to walk the beach enjoy the views. I would recommend it 100% for off season stays or for summer vacation for the family. The owner is very accommodating.

Loved the property, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed with 3 little kids. Close walk to the beach which was quiet and perfect for the family. We loved waking to the harbor in the morning for coffee and to see the boats. Thank you for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Genes! The condo was perfect- great location, beautiful (kid friendly!) beaches a stones throw away, a clean pool, and virtually every ammenity we could need just a quick car ride away. We can’t wait to visit again!

The layout provides both privacy and common area space for multiple families to enjoy time together. Comfortable beds, and well supplied kitchen. Lovely view of conservation land. Perfect spot for grandparents and their families. We just love it!

We really enjoyed our vacation at your condo in Hyannis. First of all, we loved the location. We were able to walk to the ferries and restaurants downtown. We took long walks and runs from the condo and along the coast of Hyannis Port. It was great to have access to several beaches within walking distance. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. And being an end unit, we had a nice cross breeze with the windows open and didn't need to run the AC. The unit was clean and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient. The living room was a great place to gather in the evenings. We'd love to spend another vacation week there in the future. Thank you!
