Everything was wonderful here! From the shared pool, the grill set up, to the short stroll to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. Loved the beautiful sunset off the master bedroom porch!

Great stay, we very happy with our condo choice. It met all of expectations and easy access to the beach.

The pictures on this listing are old. So old that there has been a house built next door. And the yellow house on the other side is blue now. The general upkeep of the property is poor. There are holes where things have fallen/been removed off the walls and haven’t been repaired. A large portion of the plates have chips. Several of the couch pillows have pencil eraser sized holes where buttons must have been. One of the guest rooms did not have blinds. One of the shelves in the bedroom fell down in the middle of the night. It had 2 shirts hanging on it. When we arrived, the house was not clean. Linens had been changed, and counters wiped, but that was about it. There was food in the couches, hair in the drawers, crumbs and hair in the kitchen drawers and cabinets as well as crusted food and grease on the outside of them. The walls were disgusting. We understand every scuff wouldn’t be wiped, but there were handprints and dirt covering the stairway and hallway walls. There was a literal crusted bloody booger on the wall in the stairway. The fans in every room were covered in black dust. The pictures, bed frames, and window sills were dusty. The grills were absolutely unusable. If this is an amenity you need, you will have to buy one. Besides a couple of buckets and small shovels, the beach supplies are all broken. The carpets were also not vacuumed. And looked liked they had never been cleaned. 3 blankets we pulled out for extra couch beds had crusted stains on them. And the kitchen towels and hot pads also had not been washed. I contacted the owner about the cleanliness issues and heard back from them just over an hour later. Although he did apologize (sort of) he was very argumentative about what cleanliness means. He said they can’t deep clean between every tenant, and they had just conducted one in May. He said they “only have 4-6 hours to clean a 2500 sq ft house”, as though any of that is an excuse to present a dirty home. He also told me that “dusting is not part of their general cleaning”. They sent their cleaner back out to the house. We were told she would be there in an hour. She came 2.5 hours later. And between her and 2 of us that were staying in the house, we spent 1.5 hours getting the house livable. The pros of the house are the location. It is AMAZING. The lagoon out the back and the ocean 1/2 block down was perfect. And the pool was fantastic. The house size was great. And we loved the back porches.

We enjoyed our stay . The location was great . The owner was great to work with and was very responsive to any issues. One note is there are stairs if you have any elderly people in your party. Would stay here again.

Property was in a good location close to beach and restaurants good Wifi. Beach house was very nice and had a good flowing theme throughout residence. My only complaints are the cleaning crew didn't get done cleaning residence until 3:57pm and we checked in at 4pm so that was hectic with children also prior to letting us into residence one of the cleaning crew members said they broke a talk box off the wall and they would fix it but ended up not doing so I had to fix it to best of my ability so the children were not exposed to the live electrical wires. But overall a good spot to stay with the family.

We had a great experience with this condo. It is very spacious and well located. Communication was very easy with the owners. Would definitely recommend 10/10

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very spacious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities and then some. The pool was fantastic. The gazebo provided a nice sitting area and a large griddle, which was perfect for grilling burgers. We also enjoyed sitting in the area under the house when it was raining. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the property is great. Close to the beach and not on a busy loud street. My disappointments were with the cleanliness and condition of the property and the grill area. The house needs some TLC and a really good clean. The pictures of the house are old and not the same as the current condition of the house. The grill area is a complete joke. It shouldn't even be listed as an amenity. It was absolutely disgusting. On grill had mold on it and I don'tthink

Great spring break location with room for all and beach access a short walk away. The size of the property, space, and amenities were perfect for our family.

We loved the house, very spacious. Just a short walk to the public beach access. We enjoyed the view of sunsets over the lagoon from the decks. Great place to ride bikes or walk to the pass to fish. Having a pool out your back door is a plus. Very peaceful from the crowd on the beach. We will be back.

It doesn’t get a whole lot better for the price. Like another reviewer, we experienced some problems with the WiFi and pool, but we understand this is out of the owner’s control. Richard was very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip and during our stay, despite being on his own vacation. Pros: the property was spacious enough for 2 families to fit pretty comfortably. The walk to the beach was just a couple minutes. The pool was a pretty decent size, and we didn’t run into much trouble sharing with the other units. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls, cooking utensils, and cookware. The master bedroom was huge - great bathroom with lots of space. Pretty much everything you’d need as far as shopping is nearby. My favorite was watching the sunset on the second floor balcony over the lagoon - amazing views! Cons: not that the property was not dirty by any means, but there were some random items under the couches and through the first floor (marshmallows and candy wrappers). I suspect the cleaners were rushed to get done, as they were there a little past check in. The pool was shut down for the first couple days - the cleaners said it was algae from the ocean from swimmers not rinsing before entering the pool. The WiFi was also unavailable for half of the trip from a cut line by nearby construction. As with most properties in this area, getting to the beach means crossing a fairly busy street. Although there are cross walks with flashing lights, we found most cars don’t stop. This was a bit difficult with young kids. Overall, this is a great property, especially for the price. Richard is a great host, and I appreciated his responsiveness!

We were informed Thursday before our trip that Wi-Fi was temporarily down. When we arrived on Sat there was still no Wi-Fi. All the TV’s were only smart TV’s so that meant no TV as well. I had 6 teenagers with us so I reached out to owner. Was told the cable company says it would be fixed in 3-4 days from the Thursday before. I reached out again mid week and was told they were trying to get another company. Although I appreciate that they seemed to be trying to rectify the problem I was the one constantly reaching out to them. Needless to say we went the whole trip with no Wi-Fi or TV’s. I don’t see why if there was a problem this wasn’t getting fixed in a timely manor. The pool was very dirty the whole trip and was actually closed down at the end of our trip. The master is spacious but the bedrooms are small. The first level bedroom was extremely hot compared to the rest of the house despite turning air down. Kitchen supplies are minimal at best. Says it sleeps 12 but there are 6 forks total so we were constantly doing dishes. It’s in a nice location and a short walk to the beach. Hopefully with things getting fixed this would be potentially a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t that lucky.

Had a great time and the place was close to everything. There was an issue with wifi. I texted Richard and he did what he could to resolve it. He contacted the cable company and we attempted to resolve the issue via phone. They had to send out a tech who then realized the issue was outside. Unfortunately the issue was not resolved during our stay. They were going to have to replace the underground cable line. Thank you for trying.

We had a very good time. Enjoyed the surroundings and we all had a great time

This was a great house for my family. With five kids and four adults we all fit comfortably. The pool was well-maintained, and the beach was just a couple minutes away. Some things like the bathrooms and kitchen could have used some updating, but overall we has a great stay.

We enjoyed our vacation very much. We were the first renters of the season and post Hurricane Sally so I recognize many of our experiences may not be typical. Overall I would stay again. I'll start with the pros:The location is awesome. 1 block from the beach access on 13th street. The beach is beautiful. It's a quiet neighborhood, we were several blocks from the party houses which we enjoyed as a double family renting. The pool is shared with the adjoining unit and the duplex next door, so it won't be crowded for you. The pool lights were fixed while we were there so you can swim at night. The house is big, bathrooms are clean, beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Ample cupboard space in the kitchen. Some challenges we had were late check in by 2 hrs due to delayed cleaning, by this time our $100 dinner was an hour cold. There are not enough towels for the occupancy, without having to wash towels nightly; we had to go buy towels. Housekeeping left us only 6 rolls of TP and 4 garbage bags for 10 people for 7 nights. Housekeeping also required that we wash all of the towels before we left, and the dryer takes 3 hrs to dry a load of towels. Felt like we were constantly having something in the dryer. Sleeps 12, but we were charged "extra" for 10 people, might be a VRBO thing, but that stinks, especially when nothing appears to have been provided to us to account for the "extra" like TP, garbage bags, and towels. The internet in the house was out most of the time, frustrating the kids in the evening. Likely due to the storm there are no beach or pool toys or beach chairs, so expect to buy those. The kitchen is not stocked so bring or buy kitchen staples.Overall it's a great location and clean and comfortable. Expect to purchase staple items that you may be used to being included in your stay. It's definitely worth the stay.

Two families with teens enjoyed this house very much! It had a nice pool shared with 4 units and a very short walk to beach lifeguard station #9. We loved the BBQ and outdoor eating area . Richard and Velinda were quick to answer any questions or needs. We rented bikes and stand up paddle boards from Coyote rentals and kept them in the car port area . Bring a large skillet and griddle if you are cooking for large family. .There are plenty of small and medium sized pots and pans . Slow cooker and blender on property were nice to have as well . It seems like guests leave pool floats and beach chairs for others to use , we donated to the collection as well .We would return to this beautiful property again. We also rented the pontoon boat with slide for a half day from OB water sport rentals in Orange Beach . Our families loved it, saw dolphins , snorkeled and found a little beach to anchor . Our week in Gulf Shores was outstanding .

We rented this house for a week. We enjoyed the house. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to all our questions. We can’t wait to go back.

This unit was so spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed one week and cooked several times. There were plenty of appliances and cookware. The pool was so nice to have! We used the grill one night as well. The walk to the beach was easy. It is a short drive to the Pass where you can wade out in the lagoon or sit on the beach. We also fished off the pier by the Pass. We will definitely recommend this place. The only downfall for some could be the amount of stairs as it is a three story unit.

Great property in prime location. Nice pool and BBQ area. Short walk to beach. Master suite was awesome and a very comfortable mattress!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Great location for everything we wanted to do.
