We really enjoyed the property,but we were not told about the construction. The construction was a real bummer. We rented a unit that overlooked the ocean -- but the scaffolding was blocking our view. We were there on a Friday and the workers were busy working and constantly walking around the scaffolding. We had to be off the balcony for 4 hours on Friday as the paint dried. That was the bummer part of our stay. Everything else was as said. The managers quickly responded to our concerns and the property owner did their best to make it right in this situation. We will be coming again (hopefully without construction)!

We love staying at these condos. This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the layout. We were not prepared for the outside renovations that were going on for this unit. There was scaffolding up to replace exterior which obstructed the beautiful view and left the lanai wet and messy in the afternoon. We would go back but would have liked to know that this unit was being worked on.

They are a great property management company - easy to contact, very helpful and easy to deal with. Unit (E 113) was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked (though I prefer stainless steel cookware instead of supplied non stick cookware). Beds/pillows very comfortable. Good view of ocean - some beautiful sunsets and always the wonderful sound of ocean waves. Disappointed in the shower, either hot or freezing cold and there was water hammering in the pipes at times as well. The dishwasher worked OK. Wi-Fi worked most of the time - sometime did need to use our own data to get a connection (have had same issue in other units at Northcoast Village). Have stayed at NCV 8 times in a variety of units - and those with carpet instead of tile flooring are much quieter from the persepctive of noise carrying to other units. The unit above ours (E-213) has tile flooring - so fairly noisy - that was disappointing. NCV is an older, gated complex. It is very well maintained, the security team seems to do a good job and the gardens are beautiful!Side Note - we love eating at the LTH (Local Tap House)in Oceanside - great food!

We had a blast staying in Oceanside. The location was great and the accommodations were outstanding.

Very nice. Few times very spotty WiFi. Nothing to do with the individual unit, but the parking for a second vehicle is very confusing as is the finding each unit and garage. Perhaps a larger, clearer map😄

This unit had plenty of space and was in a very good location and was clean but I do feel like it could use some improvements. Upon arrival the unit was musty smelling, I'm sure the it was due to lack of air circulation so it would be nice if they could have left a fan on after cleaning or provided some kind of air freshener. We did open all windows and ran the fans and it was much better a few hours later. The view was nice but do be aware it is blocked by the building directly in front of you a bit. I think the side view from the 2nd bedroom was best. For a 2 bedroom unit there could have been more towels provided considering the washers and dryers are not in the unit but in a shared laundry room and are not free so it was not convenient to re-wash the towels after use. For the cost of rental I think more towels should be included. There was also no kleenex which was a bit odd for a "fully stocked" unit. We did have an issue when we first arrived as the CO2 unit was beeping and when I called the assistance # they said they couldn't come out until the next day and I had to climb onto a chair to remove it and throw it away (there was no way to access a battery or to turn it off) to keep it from beeping all day. They never did come out to replace it while we were there either. Overall it was a nice stay and I am not fully against this unit but I would look at other options before choosing to stay in this unit again.

Property was exactly as it described, super easy check in and out and in a great location.

We came for the Ironman 70.3. Loacation was convenient to race start and to walk to the finish. Easy beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Everything was great. Nice condo with awesome views of the beach. Really liked the designated parking made it really easy to get to our condo. The only dislike was the hot and cold water changing constantly while taking a shower and all the noise from the upstairs condo above ours. Other than that the location was perfect!

Great condo. Really comfortable and lots of amenities. Checked in after hours and not a problem at all. Overall, best condo we’ve stayed in around this area in Oceanside. Only complaint I have (and it’s a small one)… on our last night a family was staying in the unit above us and it was loud. We were trying to sleep and sounded like a herd of elephants (believe some kids play hide and seek) at 11 pm. Maybe the walls and ceilings thin? Otherwise, a great time!!!

Paid a lot of money to stay at this property… check-in process was tedious and then when we were in the townhouse it was infested with ants we reported it to the property manager and was told yes sometimes that happens…. I would not recommend this property to anyone

This place was SO cute actually better from the description. The only n negative was the check in process and parking is very tricky especially if you have a stroller or any type of wagon or wheels there is very limited parking to check in and you have to walk pretty far, get there by a certain time, and then get all of your parking and keys and hope that there’s enough parking, that’s my only negative thing. Besides the fact that there was construction going on all around that we didn’t know about not a huge deal but it was definitely pretty irritating at times the place itself is decorated super cute it’s very comfortable. Do you have everything you need. The grounds is like a resort in Hawaii. It’s very fun to walk around especially if you have kids I highly recommend!

We could see and hear the ocean from each window, the furnishings were cozy and thoughtful and we enjoyed the 'extras' that were provided -- the fluffy throws, beach chairs and towels, really nice dishes, etc. The location was just one building back from the beach and allowed easy access to the beach, pool, jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, pictured accurately, and had a beautiful view. It was also located in a great place by the pool, mini golf, and beach access. The property is also really close to the San Luis Rey Bike Trail. We had a great stay and would stay in this unit again.

No air conditioning. Lucky they had fans and ocean breeze helped. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony allowed us to enjoy sunset. Gated premise and lovely grounds. Lots of storage space and nicely furnished. We would go back.

I was surprised how rundown the apartment was. It was pretty but we learned as the days moved on how it needed some help. The appliances needed repair and there was a hole on the kitchen floor. We were all impressed how many things were there for our use for the beach. Chairs, a cart for hauling, a cooler and lots of beach toys. All in all we enjoyed our stay but we thought the price was high for the condition of the condo.

Our first booking at North Coast Village was out recent booking. Unit E113 was incredible. It had everything a family of four (two adults, two small children) could need. There was so much already in the unit that we probably over packed (there were beach chairs and toys and a wagon.). The unit was clean, and accurate to the pictures on the listing. This unit in particular is a corner listing so the larger bedroom has two windows providing an ocean view to the west and a beach/ocean view to the north. Sleeping with windows open and the sound of waves crashing never gets old. Check-in with security after-hours was easy, and having a dedicated parking space in a secure garage is an incredible bonus. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space in the larger room to put our pack and play for the baby. The only real criticism we can think of is not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back
